Kesehatan merupakan hak asasi manusia dan salah satu unsur kesejahteraan yang harus diwujudkan sesuai dengan cita-cita bangsa Indonesia sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pancasila dan Pembukaan Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945 Departemen Kesehatan Republik Indonesia, 2009 . Mendapatkan Sediaan Farmasi yang sehat sesuai dengan kebutuhan merupakan hak asasi manusia dan salah satu unsur kesejahteraan yang harus diwujudkan demi terjaminnya masyarakat yang sehat. Industri farmasi yang merupakan Fasilitas Produksi Sediaan Farmasi mendukung upaya peningkatan pelayanan kesehatan. Industri Farmasi wajib memenuhi persyaratan CPOB, yang bertujuan untuk menjamin obat dibuat secara konsisten, memenuhi persyaratan yang ditetapkan dan sesuai dengan tujuan penggunaannya. Oleh karena itu, Apoteker dituntut untuk memliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Program profesi Apoteker Universitas Indonesia bekerja sama dengan PT Aventis Pharma untuk menyelenggarakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA . Laporan pkpa ini dibuat sebagai hasil pembelajaran selama PKPA di industri farmasi. PT Aventis Pharma telah menerapkan setiap aspek CPOB dengan baik dan mengacu pada GMP internasional, CPOB, serta Kebijakan dan Panduan Mutu. Serta, PT Aventis Pharma telah memaksimalkan peran Apoteker dengan baik pada posisi kunci.

ABSTRACT
Health is a human right and one of the elements of well being that must be realized in accordance with the ideals of the nation of Indonesia as referred to in Pancasila and the Preamble to the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1945 Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, 2009 . Pharmaceutical Preparations according to the needs of the human rights and welfare of one of the elements that must be realized for the sake of ensuring the healthy society. The pharmaceutical industry is a Production Facility for Pharmaceutical Preparations, support efforts to improve health services. Pharmaceutical industry must meet the requirements of GMP, which aims to ensure the drugs are made consistently, and meet the requirements set in accordance with the intended use. Therefore, pharmacists are required to improve their knowledge and skills in performing work in the pharmaceutical industry pharmacy. Pharmacist Profession Program, University of Indonesia in cooperation with PT Aventis Pharma to hold Internship of Apothecary. Internship report was made as a result of learning during internship in the pharmaceutical industry. PT Aventis Pharma has implemented every aspect of GMP and refers to international GMP, GMP, as well as the Policy and Quality Manual. And also, PT Aventis Pharma has been maximizing the role of pharmacists in key positions.

Abstrak :
Profesi apoteker mempunyai peran penting dalam pekerjaan kefarmasian. Salah satu hal penting yang harus dilakukan untuk menjadi seorang apoteker profesional adalah berpartisipasi langsung dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian. Oleh karena itu, calon apoteker dituntut untuk menjalani praktik profesi sebagai bekal dan pengalaman untuk memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi sebelum memasuki dunia kerja. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di PT Aventis Pharma periode Januari – Maret 2022 dan Apotek Kimia Farma Senen periode April 2022. Melalui proses PKPA di industri farmasi dan apotek, calon apoteker diharapkan mampu memperoleh wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman yang sesuai untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian. ......Pharmacists have important role in pharmacy practice. One of important things that must be done to become a professional pharmacist is participate directly in the practice of pharmacy. Therefore, prospective pharmacists are required to undergo professional practice as a provision and experience to understand the role of pharmacists and increase competence before entering the world of work. The Professional Practice of Pharmacist is held at PT Aventis Pharma for the period January – March 2021 and Apotek Kimia Frama for the April 2021 period. Through the activities in the pharmaceutical industry, and pharmacy, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to obtain appropriate insight, knowledge, skills, and experience to perform pharmaceutical practice.
