Abstrak :
Setiap PBF yang ada di Indonesia wajib menerapkan CDOB untuk menjamin mutu dan stabilitas sediaan farmasi yang didistribusikannya. Salah satu aspek CDOB yang wajib diterapkan adalah inspeksi diri. Inspeksi diri bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kelebihan dan kekurangan di dalam pelaksanaan CDOB dalam rangka perbaikan berkesinambungan. Inspeksi diri harus dilaksanakan dalam rangka memantau kepatuhan fasilitas distribusi terhadap pemenuhan CDOB serta untuk mengetahui langkah perbaikan apa yang harus diambil apabila ditemukan penyimpangan. Inspeksi diri dilaksanakan di semua bagian fasilitas distribusi, baik secara independen maupun dengan audit eksternal yang dilakukan oleh ahli independen. Dari pengamatan yang dilakukan, hasil inspeksi diri terhadap penerapan CDOB di PT. KFTD Cabang Bogor sudah cukup baik walaupun terdapat beberapa aspek CDOB yang tidak sesuai dan segera membutuhkan tindakan perbaikan untuk memaksimalkan pelayanan distribusi ......Every PBF in Indonesia is required to apply CDOB to ensure the quality and stability of the pharmaceutical preparations it distributes. One aspect of the CDOB that must be implemented is self-inspection. Self-inspection aims to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the CDOB implementation in the context of continuous improvement. Self-inspection must be carried out in order to monitor the compliance of distribution facilities with CDOB compliance and to find out what corrective steps should be taken if deviations are found. Self-inspections are carried out in all parts of the distribution facility, either independently or by external audits conducted by independent experts. From the observations made, the results of selfinspection of the implementation of CDOB at PT. KFTD Bogor Branch is good enough, although there are several aspects of CDOB that are not suitable and require immediate corrective action to maximize distribution services.

Seorang apoteker memiliki peran penting di industri farmasi, apotek, dan distributor. Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari 10 standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di PT Kimia Farma Trading and Distribution, Apotek Atrika, dan PT Harsen Laboratories pada periode bulan februari, maret, dan juli-agustus 2020. Selama PKPA, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi. ......A pharmacist has an important role in the pharmaceutical industry, pharmacy and distributors. Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of 10 competency standards as abilities expected by pharmacists when they graduate and enter professional work practices. As a provision and experience for prospective pharmacists to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, the Professional Pharmacist Work Practice (PKPA) was carried out at PT Kimia Farma Trading and Distribution, Apotek Atrika, and PT Harsen Laboratories in the periods of February, March, and July-August. During PKPA, it is hoped that prospective pharmacists can broaden their knowladges, understanding and experience to do pharmaceutical work in professional work practices.
