Tesis ini membahas kemampuan mahasiswa Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat angkatan 2012 dalam menilai faktor yang terkait dengan utilisasi atau pemanfaatan pelayanan Balai Kesehatan Masyarakat Melania di Pademangan Jakarta Utara tahun 2014.

Penelitian ini menggunakan teori KQCAH, Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa faktor yang paling utama menjadi penentu dari utilisasi pelayanan Balkesmas Melania Pademangan tahun 2014 adalah faktor hormat dan keperdulian.

ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses the ability of students of the Faculty of Public Health, 2012 in assessing the forces associated with the utilization factor or the utilization of the Community Health Center Pademangan Melania in North Jakarta in 2014.

This study uses KQCAH theory, this research is quantitative research with cross sectional design.
