Praktik kerja profesi di PT Agrinusa Jaya Santosa Periode Bulan Maret-April Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di industri obat hewan serta untuk mengidentifikasi penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat Hewan yang Baik CPOHB di industri obat hewan. Praktik kerja profesi ini dilakukan selama 2 bulan 8 minggu . Adapun tugas khusus yang diberikan selama praktik kerja profesi yakni mengenai ldquo;Analisis Penyimpangan pada Penerapan Prosedur Produksi Induk Dan CPOHB di Ruang Pengolahan PT Agrinusa Jaya Santosa rdquo;. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus ini adalah untuk menilai efektivitas penerapan Prosedur Produksi Induk di PT Agrinusa Jaya Santosa, menilai kepatuhan operator dalam mengikuti instruksi dari Prosedur Pengolahan Induk PPI , dan menganalisis penerapan CPOHB di ruang pengolahan PT Agrinusa Jaya Santosa. Secara garis besar, penerapan PPI masih perlu dievaluasi efektivitasnya, sedangkan penerapan CPOHB di ruang pengolahan telah baik namum masih ada beberapa aspek dalam CPOHB yang harus dievaluasi.

ABSTRACT
Apothecary internship Program at PT Agrinusa Jaya Santosa on March ndash; April 2018 aimed to figure out the roles and responsibilities of the apothecary in veterinary medicine industry and to identify the application of good manufacturing practice for veterinary medicinal products. The internship was carried out for 2 months 8 weeks . The special assignment was given during internship entitled ldquo;Analysis of Deviation on Application of Master Processing Procedure and Good Manufacturing Practice for Veterinary Medicinal Products in Processing Room of PT Agrinusa Jaya Santosa rdquo;. The objective of this special assignment was to assess the effectiveness of the application of the master processing procedure at PT Agrinusa Jaya Santosa, to asses the operator 39;s compliance in following the instructions of the master processing procedure, and to asses good manufacturing practice for veterinary medicinal products in processing room of PT Agrinusa Jaya Santosa. In general, the application of master processing procedure was still needed to be evaluated its effectiveness, while the application of in good manufacturing practice for veterinary medicinal products in processing room was good, but there were still some aspects in good manufacturing practice for veterinary medicinal products that must be evaluated.

Praktik Kerja Profesi di PT. Agrinusa Jaya Santosa Periode Bulan Maret – April Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk mengetahui tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi obat hewan dan memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat Hewan yang Baik (CPOB) di industi farmasi obat hewan. Selain itu calon apoteker juga dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi obat hewan, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi obat hewan. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul “Analisis Deviasi/Penyimpangan Terhadap Bath Record Produksi di PT Agrinusa Jaya Santosa”. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus ialah untu mengaji kesesuaian aspek proses produsi obat hewan yang dilaukan dalam praktek sehari-hari dengan yang tercantum dalam Catatan Pengolahan Bets (Batch Record) dan ketentuan terkait peraturan CPOHB dan CPOB berdasarkan hasil observasi langsung. ...... Internship at PT Agrinusa Jaya Santosa Plant Period March - April 2018 aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry and the understanding of the application of good manufacturing practice (GMP) in the pharmaceutical animal health industry. In addition, the pharmacist candidate can also have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical animal health industry. The special assignment given is “Deviation Analysis of Production Batch Record at PT Agrinusa Jaya Santosa”. The purpose of this special assignment is to study the suitability of the aspect of the process of animal drug production in daily practice with those listed in the Batch Record and the related provisions of CPOHB and CPOB regulations based on the results of direct observation.
