"This paper discusses the development of web and it's application labels base group decision making. IT supports multiplatform implementation but browser dependent. IT can be operated on various operating system such as Linux, Windows. Desicion making mechanism uses independence and pairwise preference evaluation. Independence evaluation using fuzzy Delphi method and pairwise preference evaluation using linguistic label. In linguistic labels, decision maker give his/her preference in linguistics labels form and processes in Triangular Fuzzy Number (TFN) computation."

"Using Logistic Regression and Hedonic Price Model, this study aims to find the social-economic factors infuencing the demand and willingness to pay (WTP) for clean water supply and proper sanitation. This study find that education and age of household head are the affecting factors. Also, it found that per capita expenditure aects the availibilty of access for sanitation and clean water for all household group. WTP for clean water and sanitation in urban is greater than in rural. In additions, WTP of non poor households are greater than poor household, except for urban area."

"The purposes of this study was to identify the optimum concentration of the lytic enzyme Glucanex for protoplast
isolation and to conduct fusion for the purpose of increasing inulinase production. The study performs the protoplast
fusion technique using Pichia manshurica and Rhodosporidium paludigenum. Protoplast fusion consists of a series of
stages: protoplast isolation, protoplast fusion, protoplast regeneration, and analysis of hybrid fusion results. Protoplast
isolation and fusion success rate are determined by various factors, including age of the culture, media type, and type of
lytic enzymes used. Hybrid results were analyzed using a fungicide as a marker and measuring specific growth rate (μ)
of the hybrid compared with parental growth rates. Results demonstrated that a concentration of 4 mg/mL of Glucanex
produces the greatest number of protoplasts, 7.2 x 1010 (cell/mL) for P. manshurica and 8.8 x 1010 (cell/mL) for Rh.
paludigenum. The results of analysis of hybrid fusions indicate that the study has identified a new fusant, called fusant
F4. Fusant F4 is capable of producing the highest inulinase, 0.6892 IU, compared with parentals P. manshurica, 0557
IU, and Rh. paludigenum, 0.3263 IU. Fusant F4 has specific growth rate (μ) of 0.3360/h and generation time (g) of
2.0629 h.
Fusi Protoplas Intergenus antara P. manshurica dan Rh. paludigenum untuk Meningkatkan Produksi Inulinase.
Teknik fusi protoplas yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini secara intergenus yaitu antara Pichia manshurica dan
Rhodotorula paludigenum. Fusi protoplas dilakukan melalui serangkaian tahapan yaitu: isolasi protoplas, proses fusi
protoplas, regenerasi protoplas dan analisis hibrid (fusant) hasil fusi. Tingkat keberhasilan isolasi dan fusi protoplas
sangat ditentukan oleh berbagai faktor, diantaranya umur biakan, jenis medium, enzim litik, dan jenis fusogen yang
dipergunakan. Hasil hibrid (fusant) yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan fungisida sebagai
marker dan kecepatan pertumbuhan spesifik (μ) hibrid (fusant) dibandingkan dengan parental. Tujuan penelitian adalah
untuk memperoleh konsentrasi enzim Glucanex yang optimum untuk mengisolasi protoplas, dan untuk memperoleh
fusant yang mampu menghasilkan inulinase tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi enzim litik
Glucanex 4 mg/mL mampu menghasilkan protoplas terbaik, sebesar 7,2 x 1010 (sel/mL) untuk P. manshurica dan 8,8 x
1010 (sel/mL) untuk Rh. paludigenum. Hasil analisis hibrid (fusant) menunjukkan bahwa pada peneltiian ini berhasil
diperoleh fusant baru, yaitu fusant F4. Fusant F4 mampu menghasilkan inulinase lebih tinggi 0,6892 IU, lebih baik
dibandingkan dengan parental P. manshurica 0,557 IU, dan Rh. paludigenum 0,3263 IU, memiliki kecepatan
pertumbuhan spesifik (μ) sebesar 0,3360/jam, dan waktu generasi (g) 2,0629 jam."
