Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Rekapitulasi Hubungan Prodplan, Realisasi Produksi, Barang Terkirim dan Surat Pesanan Produk di PT. Pabrik Pharmasi Zenith dan PT. Bufa Aneka dan Perhitungan Koefisien Produksi. Tujuan dilakukannya pelaksanaan tugas khusus praktek kerja profesi apoteker adalah membuat rekap dan menganalisa hubungan antara prodplan, realisasi, pengiriman, dan surat pesanan dari produk PT. Pabrik Pharmasi Zenith dan PT. Bufa Aneka selama tahun 2013 hingga kuartal tahun 2014 dan menentukan koefisien produksi dari PT. Pabrik Pharmasi Zenith pada bulan Januari-Maret 2014.
