"Industri ritel modern saat ini berkembang pesat di Indonesia. Salah satunya adalah home and garden specialty retail seperti Ace Hardware Indonesia. Melihat peluang kedepan maka salah satu aspek yang harus diperhatikan oleh ritel modern adalah atmosfir toko. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh dari persepsi atmosfir toko yang dirasakan konsumen yang mempengaruhi nilai belanja utilitarian dan hedonik serta kepuasan pelanggan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang dalam 6 bulan terakhir telah melakukan kunjungan ke gerai ritel Ace Hardware di wilayah Jabodetabek. Data yang diterima diolah menggunakan metode analisis Structural Equity Modelling (SEM). Hasilnya, atmosfir toko memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap nilai belanja hedonik dan utilitarian memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasaan pelanggan.

Modern retail industry is currently growing rapidly in Indonesia. One of them is home and garden specialty retail such as Ace Hardware Indonesia. By seeing an opportunity in the future, one of the aspects to be aware of by modern retail stores is the atmosphere. This research aims to see how the influence of the store atmosphere perception perceived by the consumers affects utilitarian and hedonic shopping value and customer satisfaction. The sample are consumers who in the past 6 months has made visits to Ace Hardware retail outlets in Jabodetabek area. The received data are processed using the analytical method of Structural Equity Modelling (SEM). As a result, the store atmosphere has a positive influence on the hedonic and utilitarian shopping value and on customer satisfaction.

"[Penelitian ini merupakan replikasi model penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Boo (2009)
tentang aplikasi ekuitas merek pelanggan terhadap tenpat atau tujuan pariwisata,
dalam penelitian ini, Bali dan Lombok dijadikan tujuan pariwisata yang akan diteliti.
Penelitian ini termasuk kategori penelitian kuantitatif dengan deskriptif, cross
sectional studies. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terdapat dua cara untuk
meningkatkan loyalitas pengunjung dalam bentuk keinginan untuk kembali
berkunjung dan mengatakan hal yang positif terhadap destinasi yang bersangkutan.
Pertama dengan meningkatkan kualitas dalam segi performa dimana itu akan
meningkatkan loyalitas pengunjung. Kedua dengan meningkatkan imej merek
pariwisata dengan memperkaya atau membuat imej yang lebih bervariasi yang
menampilkan berbagai fitur dari destinasi dengan tujuan membuat lebih banyak
pengunjung merasa ada kecocokan antara imej diri sendiri dan imej destinasi dimana
hal tersebut akan menghasilkan loyalitas dari lebih banyak pengunjung.;This research replicate the model proposed by Boo (2009) which is about applying

destination used are Bali and Lombok as destination brand. This research is

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan dampak langsung dan tidak langsung (dimediasi melalui loyalitas pengecer) kesadaran pengecer, asosiasi pengecer, dan persepsi kualitas pengecer terhadap niat pembelian kembali. Tujuh hipotesis dikembangkan dengan dukungan literatur yang relevan. Hipotesis diuji dengan data primer (n = 211) yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur menggunakan non-probability convenience sampling dari konsumen Ace Hardware usia 17 tahun ke atas yang tinggal di Jakarta atau Depok.
Teknik statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah Structural Equation Modeling. Dari tujuh hipotesis yang dikembangkan, hanya ditemukan tiga hipotesis yang dapat diterima. Temuan yang tidak terduga adalah persepsi kualitas pengecer tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas pengecer dan niat pembelian kembali. Ditemukan pula bahwa hanya kesadaran pengecer yang memiliki dampak langsung terhadap niat pembelian kembali.

The purpose of this study is to determine the direct and indirect impacts (mediated through retailer loyalty) of retailer awareness, retailer association, and retailer perceived quality on repurchase intention. Seven hypotheses were developed with relevant literature support. The hypotheses were tested with primary data (n=211) collected through structured questionnaire using non-probability convenience sampling from Ace Hardware customers of age 17 years old and above who live in Jakarta or Depok.
Structural equation modeling statistical technique was used to test the hypotheses. Out of seven hypotheses, only three hypotheses were supported. A somewhat unexpected finding is that retailer perceived quality did not significantly influence retailer loyalty and repurchase intention. In addition, it is found that only retailer awareness that has a direct impact on repurchase intention.

"Fokus dari laporan ini adalah untuk membahas faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi intensi pembelian kembali produk kosmetik Halal dengan menganalisis faktor faktor seperti kegunaan yang dirasakan dari label Halal pada kosmetik nilai yang dirasakan kepuasan serta keagamaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif deskriptif analisis Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa kegunaan label Halal pada kosmetik memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap intensi pembelian kembali produk kosmetik Halal. Selain itu kepuasan juga terbukti memediasi sepenuhnya terhadap hubungan positif antara nilai yang dirasakan dengan intensi pembelian kembali. Namun penelitian ini menemukan bahwa tingkat keagamaan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap intensi pembelian kembali produk kosmetik Halal.

The focus of this study is to examine the factors that influence repurchase intention of Halal cosmetics by analyzing several factors namely perceived usefulness of Halal label pereived value satisfaction and religiosity. This research is using quantitative descriptive analysis. This research finds that perceived usefulness of Halal label on cosmetics has positive influence on repurchase intention moreover satisfaction also proves to fully mediate the positive relationship between perceived value and repurchase intention. However this study finds that religiosity does not have any influences on repurchase intention."

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meneliti pengaruh destination brand experience (DBE) terhadap satisfaction, intention to revisit dan intention to recommend pada youth travelers domestik yang melakukan destinasi ketempat-tempat pariwisata di wilayah Malang Raya. Penelitian ini akan menguji peran langsung komponen destination brand experience (DBE) yang terdiri dari empat dimensi, yaitu sensory, affective, behavioural, dan intellectual DBE, dan menguji peran satisfaction sebagai faktor mediasi pada destinasi dalam menentukan intensitas revisit dan rekomendasi worth-of-mouth. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga membahas efek moderasi dari perbedaan jenis kelamin dan pengeluaran terhadap hubungan antar variabel diatas. Penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang akan diproses menggunakan SPSS Amos 21.0.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa kepuasan konsumen dan nilai yang dirasakan oleh konsumen memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap intensi pembelian kembali, word-of-mouth positif, dan kemauan untuk membayar lebih. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa perbedaan jenis kelamin hanya memoderator hubungan antara nilai yang dirasakan dan intensi pembelian kembali, sedangkan pengeluaran hanya memoderator hubungan antara kepuasan konsumen dan word-of-mouth positif.

The focus of this research is to examine the factors that influence repurchase intention, positive word-of-mouth, and willingness of pay more toward taxi and online car rental in Jabodetabek by analyzing several factors namely customer satisfaction and perceived value. Moreover, this research also examined the moderating effect of Gender and Expenditure toward above relationship. The hypotheses are tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SPSS Amos version 21.0.
The research found that both customer satisfaction and perceived value has positive influence on repurchase intention, positive-word-of-mouth, and willingness to pay more. Furthermore, this research also found that gender only moderates the relationship between perceived value and repurchase intention, while expenditure only moderates the relationship between customer satisfaction and positive word-of-mouth.

"ABSTRAK
Kebijakan kantong plastik berbayar di Indonesia yang ditetapkan pada tanggal 21 Februari 2016 menjadi sebuah sejarah baru di Indonesia. Hal ini menjadi sangat menarik diperbincangkan karena dengan adanya kebijakan ini maka hal tersebut berpengaruh terhadap kebiasaan konsumen di Indonesia salah satunya adalah bagaimana kebiasaan konsumen di Indonesia dalam memilih untuk membeli ?green product? dan bagaimana respon konsumen di Indonesia terhadap reusable shopping bag sebagai pengganti kantong plastik. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari consumer guilt, self-monitoring dan perceived consumer effectiveness terhadap green purchase intention, dengan menggunakan studi kasus pada penerapan kebijakan kantong plastik berbayar di Indonesia. Responden dari penelitian ini adalah orang-orang yang belum pernah membeli reusable shopping bag. Metode pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa consumer guilt dan self-monitoring berpengaruh secara positif terhadap perceived consumer effectiveness dan perceived consumer effectiveness berpengaruh positif terhadap green purchase intention, sehingga dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa perceived consumer effectiveness berhasil menjadi variabel mediasi bagi consumer guilt dan self-monitoring terhadap green purchase intention.

ABSTRACT
Plastic bag paid policy that was launched on February 21th, 2016 has made a new history in Indonesia. This case is interesting to be discuss because with this policy there would be a shift or change on Indonesia‟s consumer behavior in choosing ?green product? and how they are have intention to buy reusable shopping bag as a substitution for plastic bag. This study aims to analyze the effects of consumer guilt, self-monitoring, and perceived consumer effectiveness toward green purchase intention, in relation with the Implementation of Plastic Bag Paid Policy as the study case. Respondents of this research are those who have yet to purchase a reusable shopping bag. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is used to process the data. The results of this research shows that consumer guilt and self-monitoring have positive effect on perceived consumer effectiveness, and perceived consumer effectiveness have positive effect on green purchase intention, but consumer guilt and self-monitoring don‟t have positive and direct effect on green purchase intention. So, the conclusion is, perceived consumer effectiveness succeeds in becoming a mediator variable for consumer guilt and self-monitoring toward green purchase intention."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh rebranding dari perusahaan jasa dilihat dari aspek service evaluation dari konsumen terhadap perusahaan sebelum dan setelah terjadinya rebranding. Dilihat pula beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhinya, dimana faktor-faktor tersebut adalah proximity between new brand and service, brand familiarity, brand image, attachment to the initial brand, attachment to the service place, convenience of the service place. Data diolah dengan menggunakan multiple regression. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsumen memiliki evaluasi yang bersifat positif terhadap kasus rebranding GrabTaxi, dimana brand familiarity dan attachment to the initial brand memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap service evaluation. Namun, hasil sebaliknya terjadi pada kasus rebranding Blitzmegaplex, dimana rebranding memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap service evaluation. Temuan tersebut didukung dengan brand familiarity dan brand image yang memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap change in service evaluation.

ABSTRACT
The main purpose of this research is to see if rebranding has significant effect to the change in service evaluation perceived by consumer. Afterwards, it will be observed further what factors that has impact to the service evaluation. Those factors are proximity between new brand and service, brand familiarity, brand image, attachment to the initial brand, attachment to the service place, and convenience of the service place. This research used multiple regression on its analysis. From the GrabTaxi case, it is found that it has positive changes in service evaluation after its rebranding, where brand familiarity and attachment to the initial brand giving contributions to those change by giving significant effect. On the other hand, Blitzmegaplex case has negative changes after its rebranding, where brand familiarity and brand image turned out to be the one that have impact by giving significant effect towards the change in service evaluation."

Aset budaya merupakan hal yang dapat dijadikan competitive advantage bagi pariwisata sebuah destinasi atau kota. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh antar variabel pembentuk brand equity; yaitu cultural brand asset, brand awareness, brand association, brand quality, dan brand loyalty pada pariwisata di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini melibatkan 232 responden yang pernah berwisata ke Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dari seluruh Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa cultural brand asset memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap brand awareness dan brand quality. Brand awareness berpengaruh positif terhadap brand association tetapi tidak berpengaruh pada brand quality. Brand association berpengaruh positif terhadap brand quality tetapi tidak berpengaruh pada brand loyalty. Terakhir, brand quality berpengaruh positif terhadap brand loyalty.

ABSTRACT
Cultural assets can be a competitive advantage for tourism of a destination or city. This research aims to analyze the effect between brand equity dimensions such as cultural brand asset, brand awareness, brand association, brand quality, and brand loyalty of tourism in Special Region of Yogyakarta. 232 respondents who had traveled to Special Region of Yogyakarta from all over Indonesia involved. The result shows that cultural brand asset has a positive effect to brand awareness and brand quality. Brand awareness has a positive effect to brand association but has no effect to brand quality. Brand association has a positive effect to brand quality but has no effect to brand loyalty. The last, brand quality has a positive effect to brand loyalty."
