"ABSTRAK
Berbagai fenomena di kalangan mahasiswa seperti bunuh diri dan tawuran menunjukkan bahwa kondisi kesehatan jiwa mahasiswa sebagai warga kota semakin mengkhawatirkan. Sejumlah penelitian telah menghubungkan pemanfaatan ruang terbuka publik dengan fasilitasi interaksi sosial dan kohesi sosial, serta kohesi sosial dengan kesehatan jiwa. Kontribusi original penelitian ini adalah menjadikan persepsi kerekatan sosial (kohesi sosial) menjadi mediator hubungan integratif antara pemanfaatan ruang terbuka publik dengan kesehatan jiwa. Desain penelitian ini adalah noneksperimental, korelasional prediktif, dengan teknik analisis data berupa analisis jalur. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 375 mahasiswa (182 laki-laki, 193 perempuan) dari berbagai universitas dan program studi di Jakarta dengan teknik penyampelan convenience dan insidental. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan ruang terbuka publik mampu memprediksi kesehatan jiwa melalui kohesi sosial (χ2 = 0, df = 1, p > 0.05, RMSEA < 0.05).
Various phenomena involving university students such as suicide and gang fights indicate that students mental health conditions of need to be worried about. Some studies had linked the public space utilization with social interaction facilitation and social cohesion, as well as social cohesion with mental health. The original contribution of this research is that it employed perceived social cohesion as the mediating variable of the predictive relationship between public open space utilization with mental health. The design of this research is non-experimental, predictive correlational. As
many as 375 university students in Jakarta participated in this research (Mage = 20.8 years old; SDage = 1.4 years old). This research used convenience, incidental sampling technique. The path analysis showed that the perceived public open space utilization is able to predict mental health level through perceived social cohesion (χ2 = 0, df = 1, p > 0.05,
RMSEA < 0.05)."

"ABSTRAK
The quality of journals in Indonesia is much criticized; however, the number of Indonesian journals that meet the criteria of Directory of Open Access Journal (DOAJ) is quite a lot. This study describes some facts of Indonesias publications based on DOAJ and World Bank data. Data Collection Method. Some filtering processes in DOAJ database were done based on sum of journals, scientific fields distribution, and Article Processing Charge (APC). Open data regarding research funds among countries in World Bank database were analyzed.Data Analysis. This study used quantitative descriptive design with frequency analysis technique. Data visualization was done with R Statistical Computing and Google Sheets.Results and Discussions. In March 2017, there were 500 Indonesian journals (5th rank worldwide); 420 of them were in Indonesian covering more than 51,000 articles (7th rank). The top three fields were: education, Islam religion, as well as business and commerce. As much as 70% of the journals were free of APC. Science must prioritize inclusiveness and equality inline with the principles of originality and honesty.Conclusions. This study concludes that open access journals in Indonesia improves the accessibility, quality, and relevance of Indonesian research, which can be reused by communities, industries, and the government."
