Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kewajiban perpajakan pada Universitas Indonesia setelah diberlakukannya Status Badan Layanan Umum. Pertanyaan penelitian ini ialah perubahan-perubahan kewajiban perpajakan Universitas Indonesia serta upaya yang dilakukan Universitas Indonesia dalam rangka adaptasi Peraturan Badan Layanan Umum. Pendekatan yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dan tujuan penelitian ialah bersifat deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa perubahan kewajiban perpajakan yang terjadi diakibatkan karena penetapan Nomor Pokok Wajib Universitas Indonesia menjadi NPWP Bendaharawan kemudian Universitas Indonesia berupaya untuk mensosialisasikan perubahan kewajiban perpajakan tersebut agar dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik. Hasil penelitian ini menyarankan agar Universitas Indonesia memperjelas Standar Operating Procedure guna melaksanakan kewajiban perpajakannya, Agar Universitas Indonesia menambah sumber daya yang memiliki keahlian pajak dan mengadakan pelatihan kepada sumber daya yang ada. ......This study aims to analyze the implementation of tax responsibility at the University of Indonesia after the regulation of the Public Service Agencies Status are applied. This research question is the tax liability changes the University of Indonesia and the efforts of the University of Indonesia in order to adapt regulation Public Service Agencies. The approach used for this study was qualitative and objective of the study is descriptive. The results of this study concluded that changes in tax responsibility that occurred due to the establishment of the University of Indonesia tax number became tax number for government agent then University of Indonesia try to promote change in the tax responsibility to be implemented properly. The results of this study suggest that the University of Indonesia considering the Standard Operating Procedure to do the tax responsibilty, University of Indonesia To add more resources that have tax expertise and provide training to existing resources.

Abstrak :
Penelitian untuk mendapatkan enzim protease dari galur-galur Rhizopus koleksi biakan University of Indonesia Culture Collection (UICC) telah dilakukan. Hasil skrining dengan menggunakan medium Skim Milk Agar (SMA) menunjukkan bahwa semua galur Rhizonus nempunyai aktivitas proteolitik. Lima belas (15) dari 103 Rhizopus spp. yang diuji mempunyai aktivitas tinggi ditumbuhkan pada medium Barrow cair pada suhu inkubasi 35°C dan 40°C. R. oliwosposus UICC 8 dan UICC 116 nenunjukkan aktivitas enzim tinggi pada suhu inkubasi 35°C, " aktivitas terendah terdapat pada R. orvzae UICC 1. Pada suhu 40°C aktivitas tertinggi ada pada kapang R. orvzae UICC 85 dan terendah pada S. cohnii, UICC 30. Pengujian sifat-sifat enzim protease terhadap suhu optimum protease R. oligosporus UICC 116 nemberikan hasil 600C, sedangkan $i orvz.se UICC 85 yang diinkubasikan pada suhu 40°C nenunjukkan suhu optimum 90°C. pH optimum pada kedua kapang juga menunjukkan perbedaan yaitu pada L oliaosporus UICC 116 pH optimum adalah 3,0, sedangkan untuk $~ oryzae UICC 85 pH optimun adalah 4,5. Nilai Km = 0,105 dan Vmax = 0,027, pada $~ oliaosporus UICC 116. Nilai Km = 0,069 dan Finax = 0,014 pada L. oryzae UICC. 85. ...... The Proteolytic Activity of UICC Rhizopus at 35°C and 40°CA research on protease of Rhizopus spp. from the University of Indonesia Culture Collection (UICC) has been carried out. Screening of the proteolytic activity carried out using Skim Milk Agar as media showed, that 15 among 103 Rhizopus spp. strains exhibited a high proteolytic activity. Further examination on Barrow liquid medium at 35°C ad 40°C revealed that R. oligosporus UICC 8 dan UICC 116 showed the highest activity, while B? orvzae UICC 1 the lowest. At 40°C incubation oryza,e UICC 85 was the most active strain and R cohnii UICC 30 the lowest. The optimum temperature of the enzyme activity of R. olioosoorus UICC 116 grown at 35°C was 60°C, and for R. oryzae UICC 85 grown at 40°C was 90°C. The optimum pH activity of $i oligosporus'UICC 116 and L. oryzae UICC 85 was 3.0 and 4.5, respectively. The value of gin=0.105 and Amax=0.021 for g, Dligosnore$ UICC 116 and ism=4.069 and Vmax=0.014 for L. oryzae UICC 85.

Abstrak :
Tekanan penduduk terhadap lingkungan, disebabkan oleh migrasi, dan pertumbuhan penduduk yang mengalami tingkat kesulitan ekonomi. Tekanan terhadap Hutan Pangkuan Desa Tugu Utara disebabkan oleh kelompok tani hutan marginal yang tinggal di lima kampung di dalam kebun teh yang kurang mendapat akses ekonomi. Reboisasi bertujuan untuk pemulihan kesehatan fungsi biofisik hutan melibatkan petani. Riset menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain riset metode campuran kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Survei dilakukan  terhadap masyarakat desa  hutan  dengan  menyebarkan kuesioner sebanyak 116 responden. Lokasi penelitian di Desa Tugu Utara, Kecamatan Cisarua, Kabupaten Bogor. Hasil riset menemukan pembentukan kelompok tani tahun 2008, sebagai pekerja budidaya kopi 70 ha yang ditanam oleh pengusaha. Selanjutnya 18 orang menanam kopi sebanyak 10.050 batang periode 2013-2018 di lahan seluas 29 ha. Kepadatan tanaman 268 batang/ha menghasilkan produktivitas kopi cherry 4,2 kg/batang/tahun. Penerimaan dari kopi Rp1.000.000,00/bulan. Pada tahun 2017 sejumlah petani mengikuti pelatihan perencanaan, reboisasi, SMART Patrol, pemetaan, dokumentasi visual dan publikasi. Setelah mendapat persetujuan KULIN KK, petani melakukan reboisasi 95,5 ha dengan 43.860 batang bibit dan pengembangan wisata. Reboisasi lahan sayuran terluas di Cikoneng, dan Rawa Gede memperbaiki fungsi fisik dan ekosistem hutan. Metode ini dapat menjadi sistem pengelolaan hutan partisipatif sesuai model pendidikan partisipatif yang dikembangkan Knowles dengan beberapa modifikasi. ......Population pressure on the environment, especially forest, is caused by the human migration and population growth, also local people who are experiencing economic hardship. The pressure on the Tugu Utara Village forest is caused by marginal forest groups living in the tea gardens in five villages who are lacking economic access. Reforestation activities are implemented which aim to restore the forests biophysical function by involving farmers. The research in this paper used a mixed of quantitative and qualitative research design methods. The survey was conducted on forest village communities by distributing questionnaires to 116 respondents. The research location was in Tugu Utara village. Cisarua Subdistrict, Bogor Regency. The research has founded that there was a formation of farmer group in 2008 for 70 ha of coffee cultivation planted by entrepreneurs. In 2013-2018, 18 farmers planted 10,050 stems of coffee in an area of 29 ha with a plant density of 268 stems/ha and have produced cherry coffee with a productivity of 4.2 kg/stem/year. As the results, there is an additional familys income from coffee as much as IDR 1,000,000 per month. In 2017, a number of farmers participated in training in planning, reforestation, smart patrol, mapping, visual documentation and publications. After obtaining approval from KULIN KK, farmers conducted a reforestation of 95,5 ha with 43,860 seedlings along with developing the tourism sector. The reforestation activities have a big scale with a widest vegetable land in Cikoneng, and Rawa Gede which improve physical function and forest ecosystems. This method can be used as a participatory forest management system according to the participatory education model developed by Knowles with several modifications.
