Abstrak :
In the framework of the design of Cisadane Cable Stayed Bridge, a wind tunnel testing on scaled model has been conducted lo observe its aerodynamic forces. The wind tunnel which is used for test, was a low speed wind tunnel. The test results are the coefficient Ci, Cd and Cm. The coefficients can be used lo calculate the load of the structure, the lift Force and the pitching moment. Based on the test results, shape improvement of the proposed bridge deck is also considered.

ABSTRACT
The objective of this study empirically analyzes the influence of Competence, Independence, and Tax Auditor Ethic to Tax Audit Quality with Task Complexity as Moderating Variable. This research uses primary data. The population of respondends in this research is tax auditors who worked on Madya Tax Office in Region of Jakarta with minimal work experience is one year. Primary data collection method used is questionnaire method. The data are analyzed by Moderated Regression. The results show that Independence and Tax Auditor Ethic have a positive impact on the Tax Audit Quality while Competence and Task Complexity have no impact on the Tax Audit Quality. The results also show that Task Complexity can weaken the influence of Independence on the Tax Audit Quality but Task Complexity cannot moderate the influence Competence and Tax Auditor Ethic on the Tax Audit Quality.

ABSTRAK
Jembatan beton segmental membutuhkan kunci geser - kunci geser. Penelitian ini membahas perilaku sambungan kunci geser logam baja bermutu sedang dengan perekat. Pemodelan dilakukan menggunakan software ANSYS dengan dua tipe pemodelan yaitu, pemodelan 1 isotropic elasticity dan pemodelan 2 multilinear isotropic hardening. Pada pemodelan 2 menggunakan dua cara yaitu force control dan displacement control dengan meninjau beton terkekang dan beton tidak terkekang. Hasil pemodelan 1 menunjukkan semakin tinggi mutu beton dan baja, semakin besar gaya prategang dan semakin banyak jumlah shearkey maka semakin meningkat beban potensi retak dan semakin menurun jika semakin tebal. Pemodelan 2 meninjau hubungan tegangan dan perpindahan
ABSTRACT
Precast concrete bridge requires shear keys. This study discusses the behavior of metal shear key, namely medium-grade steel with epoxy. This study is conducted by utilizing ANSYS software with two types of modeling; isotropic elasticity (type 1) and multilinear isotropic hardening (type 2). The numerical resolution on type 2 is conducted with two approach; force control and displacement control approach by considering confined and unconfined concrete. On type 1 modeling results indicate if the quality of concrete and steel higher, the greater of prestressing force and the greater number of shear keys will increase potential cracking of concrete, which decreases if the thickness of epoxy used increases. The modeling type 2 reviews the correlation between stress with a displacement.

ABSTRAK
Jembatan segmental dengan sistem beton prategang menjadikan sambungan kunci geser sebagai media penghubung yang penting untuk diperhatikan. Penelitian ini membahas sambungan kunci geser tanpa perekat bermaterial baja mutu sedang serta mensimulasikan berbagai variasi parameter untuk melihat perilaku dari sambungan kunci geser. Pemodelan dilakukan menggunakan software ANSYS dengan dua tipe pemodelan. Hasil penelitian pemodelan tipe 1 menujukkan beban potensi kegagalan beton dan kunci geser meningkat jika kombinasi mutu beton dan baja mutu sedang, gaya prategang, kemiringan tendon prategang serta jumlah kunci geser semakin besar. Hubungan tegangan utama serta tegangan geser terhadap perpindahan vertikal, pemodelan tipe 2 menunjukkan adanya osilasi pada tegangan geser setelah melewati nilai maksimum dan kemudian meningkat.
ABSTRACT
The development of segmental bridge with prestressed concrete systems make shear key joint as connection media that is important to note. This study discussed about dry joint-shear key with the material used was medium-grade steel and applying several parameters to see the behavior of the shear key joint. Modeling implemented using ANSYS software with two type of material model. The results in modeling type 1 showed that potential load of concrete and shear key would be greater if combination of the grade of concrete and medium-grade steel, prestressing force, angle of prestressing tendon, and number of shear key were increased. Principal stress and shear stress compared with vertical displacement relations, in modeling type 2 showed an oscillation in the shear stress after passed the maximum value and then increased.
