Skripsi ini membahas tentang teror dan kaitannya dengan peradaban. Sepanjang sejarah peradaban manusia, teror selalu hadir di dalamnya. Hanya saja manifestasi teror berbeda-beda dari satu periode ke periode yang lain. Dengan demikian, dalam wujudnya sebagai gagasan, teror itu transenden dalam peradaban. Akan tetapi, dalam realisasinya teror imanen dalam peradaban. Teror yang imanen ini mengambil wujud sebagai bentuk-bentuk kekerasan yang banal. Peradaban itu sendiri adalah hasil dialektika antara Eros dan Thanatos. Thanatos bekerja dalam peradaban dengan bentuk teror itu sendiri. Karena peradaban adalah sesuatu yang berproses, maka teror itu tidak akan pernah hilang. ......This thesis discusses terror and its relation to civilization. Throughout the history of human civilization, terror always present on civilization. But, it has different manifestations from one period to another. Thus, in its form as an idea, terror is trancendent to civilization. However, the realization of terror immanent on civilization. These immanent terror takes shape as forms of banal violence. Civilization itself is the result of the dialectic between Eros and Thanatos. Thanatos works in civilization in the form of terror itself. Since civilization is something which proceeds, as long as civilization exists then terror will never be vanished.

Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang pengukuran dan pemetaan kinerja manajemen rantai pasok menggunakan model Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) pada perusahaan studi kasus yaitu gudang distribusi Third-Party Logistics (3PL) di Jakarta. Model SCOR mengkobinasikan beberapa elemen yakni Business Process, benchmarking dan aplikasi-aplikasi yang mengarah kepada suatu kerangka. Secara hierarki, model SCOR supply chain management terdiri dari proses-proses rantai pasok detail yang saling terintegrasi dari supplier sampai customer dimana semua proses tersebut searah dengan strategi operasional, kerja dan aliran informasi perusahaan. Proses pengukuran kinerja didalamnya terdiri dari perhitungan ukuran dan evaluasi kinerja yang dihitung dalam metrik level 1. Ukuran-ukuran dapat dihitung berdasarkan definisi–definisi proses dan data sebenarnya yang diambil dari supply chain pada perusahaan studi kasus. Pemetaan kinerja sendiri terdiri dari desain dari proses kinerja, metode pengumpulan data, dan pemetaan hubungan antara ukuran-ukuran kinerja yang merupakan dasar dari analisis selanjutnya sesuai dengan pemetaan level 1 sampai level 3. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan struktur dan acuan aturan yang terdefinisi dengan baik untuk mengukur kinerja dari desain serta pendekatan benchmark untuk gap analysis dan pendekatan best practice untuk pengembangan terhadap manajemen rantai pasok pada perusahaan jasa 3PL dengan pendekatan model yang berfokus pada aktivitas internal dan eksternal yaitu model SCOR versi 9.0.

ABSTRACT
In this research, it is explained more about the measurement and mapping of performance supply chain management using the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model in warehouses distribution of Third-Party Logistics (3PL). SCOR model combining a few elements of the Business Process, benchmarking and applications that lead to a framework. Hierarchically, the SCOR model consists of the supply chain management processes are integrated with each other details of the supplier to the customer where all the processes in line with operational strategy, work and information flow of the company. Performance measurement process involves a series of calculations of the size and performance evaluation metrics were calculated in level 1. Measures can be calculated by the definitions and actual data taken from the company's supply chain case study. Mapping the performance itself consists of the design of process performance, data collection methods, and mapping the relationship between performance measures that are the basis of the subsequent analysis according to the mapping level 1 to level 3. The purpose of this reasearch to obtain a reference structure and well-defined rules for measuring the performance of the design as well as approaches for gap analysis benchmarks and best practice approach to the development of supply chain management in the 3PL company's with a model approach is SCOR model version 9.0. that focuses on internal and external activity
