Abstrak :
Apoteker merupakan profesi yang memiliki peran penting dalam membangun kesehatan bangsa Indonesia. Seorang apoteker profesional harus memiliki pengetahuan farmasi yang menyeluruh dan dapat mengimplementasikannya dengan baik. Sebagai spaya peningkatan kualitas apoteker, para calon apoteker perlu memperkaya keterampilan dan keilmuan farmasi melalui praktik-praktik kefarmasian. Calon apoteker wajib menjalani Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mereka tentang peran, fungsi, dan tanggung jawab apoteker. Praktik ini dilakukan di Apotek Roxy Galaxy pada Januari 2022, PT. Bintang Toedjoe pada April hingga Mei 2022, dan Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan pada Maret 2022. Setelah menjalani Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker, para calon apoteker diharapkan memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman yang mumpuni untuk memasuki dunia kerja sebagai apoteker. ......A pharmacist is a profession that plays a vital role in improving the health of Indonesian nation. A professional pharmacist must have comprehensive pharmaceutical knowledge and be able to implement it properly. As an effort to improve the quality of pharmacists, prospective pharmacists need to enrich their pharmaceutical skills and knowledge through pharmaceutical practices. Prospective pharmacists are required to undergo Pharmacist Professional Work Practice to improve their knowledge and skills regarding the roles, functions and responsibilities of pharmacists. This practice was carried out at the Roxy Galaxy Pharmacy in January 2022, PT. Bintang Toedjoe from April to May 2022, and the Indonesian Food and Drug Monitoring Agency in March 2022. After the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice, prospective pharmacists are expected to have sufficient insight, knowledge, skills and experience to work as pharmacists.

Apoteker merupakan sarjana farmasi yang telah selesai menempuh pendidikan profesi dan telah mengucapkan sumpah apoteker sehingga memiliki keahlian dan kewenangan di bidang kefarmasian baik di apotek, rumah sakit, industri, pendidikan, maupun bidang kefarmasian lainnya. Salah satu syarat memperoleh gelar apoteker adalah kewajiban untuk menjalani praktik kerja profesi agar calon apoteker dapat memahami peran apoteker di dunia professional. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di Apotek Roxy Galaxy pada periode bulan Januari-Februari 2021, PT. Kimia Farma Trading and Distribution Bekasi pada periode bulan Februari 2021 dan PT. Paragon Technology and Innovation pada periode bulan Maret-Juni 2021. Setelah menjalani praktik kerja profesi pada apotek, pedagang besar farmasi atau distributor dan industri tersebut, calon apoteker diharapkan dapat memahami peran dan tanggung jawab apoteker terutama dalam lingkup praktik dan pekerjaan kefarmasian. ......Professional pharmacists are pharmacy graduates who have completed professional education and have taken the pharmacist oath so that they have expertise and authority in the pharmacies, hospitals, industry, education, and other pharmaceutical fields. One of the requirements for obtaining a pharmacist degree is the obligation to undergo an internship so that prospective pharmacists can understand the role of pharmacists in the professional world. The internship is held at Apotek Roxy Galaxy in the period January-February 2021, PT. Kimia Farma Trading and Distribution Bekasi in the period February 2021 and PT. Paragon Technology and Innovation in the period March-June 2021. After undergoing professional practice at pharmacy, distributor and industry, prospective pharmacists are expected to understand the roles and responsibilities of pharmacists, especially in the scope of practice and pharmaceutical work.

Apoteker dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek wajib mengikuti standar pelayanan kefarmasian yang tertera dalam Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 73 Tahun 2016, yaitu salah satunya standar pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan bahan medis habis pakai (BMHP). Hal tersebut dilakukan agar menjamin ketersediaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan BMHP yang aman, bermutu, bermanfaat, dan terjangkau sehingga masyarakat terlindungi dari bahaya yang disebabkan oleh penggunaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan BMHP yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan mutu, keamanan, dan/atau kemanfaatan. Oleh karena itu, calon Apoteker harus memahami dan memiliki keterampilan pengelolaan perbekalan farmasi di apotek melalui analisis pengelolaan tersebut dalam pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Apotek Roxy Galaxy. Pelaksanaan analisis dilakukan dengan metode bimbingan dalam beberapa tahap, yaitu orientasi, observasi, diskusi, simulasi, kerja mandiri, dan hasil pengamatan dibandingkan dengan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 73 Tahun 2016. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan BMHP di Apotek Roxy Galaxy mencakup perencanaan, pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, pemusnahan, pengendalian, dan pencatatan dan pelaporan. Kegiatan pengelolaan tersebut menggunakan sistem informasi apotek yang terintegrasi secara terpusat dan telah banyak mengikuti ketentuan dalam peraturan perundang-undangan. ......Pharmacist in providing pharmaceutical care at pharmacy is required to comply with standard of pharmaceutical care that stated in the Minister of Health Regulation Number 73 year of 2016, one of which is standard of management for pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices, and consumable medical materials. Management activity is done for ensure the pharmaceutical supplies are safe, had a standard, useful, and affordable that leads the public to be protected from the hazard due to the pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices, and consumable medical materials which non compliance of the standard regulation. Therefore, the undergraduate pharmacist should have understand and have skills to manage pharmaceutical supplies at the pharmacy in the way of analyzing the management activity at pharmacy by Internship of Pharmacist Study Program at Apotek Roxy Galaxy. The analysis was carried out with the mentoring method by preceptor at Apotek Roxy Galaxy in several stages, namely orientation, observation, discussion, simulation, independent work. After that, result is compared to the Minister of Health Regulation Number 73 year of 2016. The results obtained is the management activities of pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices, and consumable medical materials at Apotek Roxy Galaxy are planning, procuring, receiving, storing, destroying, controlling, and recording and reporting. These management activities use a pharmacy information system that is centrally integrated and has followed the provisions of the laws and regulations
