ABSTRAKStudi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor faktor yang memengaruhi lansia bekerja menurut lapangan pekerjaan di Indonesia dengan menggunakan data Susenas kor 2013 Hasil regresi multinomial logit menunjukkan bahwa tempat tinggal upah dan pendidikan merupakan faktor paling berpengaruh terhadap keputusan bekerja di sektor pertanian sedangkan keberadaan jaminan kesehatan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan Sementara itu variabel upah pendidikan dan status sebagai kepala rumah tangga merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh bagi lansia untuk bekerja di sektor non pertanian

"Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan pembelian ulang konsumen terhadap produk Nasgor Semerbak Cibubur. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penyebaran survei dan analisis menggunakan Generalized Linear Model (GLM). Variabel yang diuji meliputi persepsi kualitas dan strategi pemasaran terhadap niat pembelian ulang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli ulang, sementara persepsi kualitas tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya promosi dan komunikasi yang efektif di media sosial untuk mendorong loyalitas konsumen. Strategi seperti promo, diskon, bundling, dan konten pemasaran dapat meningkatkan minat pembelian ulang.
This study analyzes the factors influencing consumers repurchase decisions for Nasgor Semerbak Cibubur. A quantitative approach was used by distributing surveys and applying the Generalized Linear Model (GLM) for analysis. The variables tested include perceived quality and marketing strategy in relation to repurchase intention. The results show that marketing strategy has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, while perceived quality does not show a significant effect. These findings highlight the importance of effective promotion and communication on social media in driving customer loyalty. Strategies such as promotions, discounts, bundling packages, and marketing content can increase repurchase interest."
