"The restriction of banker's credit distribution caused many debitor candidates find another way on financing to adequate their needs. An alternative that used to choose is offering bonds. One thing that can not be avoid on investing is default risk. So that investor have to be selective to choose their investing instrument?s before put their money on it. To measure a risk of a bond, investor can see from its rating. The bond ratings issued by an institution called credit rating company. Publised creding announcement from the credit rating company sometimes already responded by the market before, so it becomes too late to used.
This research has a purpose to analyze the prediction of the bond ratings and how they are determined, so we can predict the next credit rating. Unlike previous study,this research include both of accounting factors and accounting factors as a bond rating predictors and test explanatory power of the following five variables : (1) Leverage ratio, (2) Current ratio, (3) Size, (4) Growth and (5) Maturity structure.
This research is a quantitative research which apply the dichotomous logistics regression model on the data to test the influence of five variables above to predict the bond ratings. The data consist of the manufacture companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange and PT.Pefindo on 2004-2006. The research question is asked whether accounting factors and non accounting factor can predict bond ratings if used together.
The result of this research shows that leverage ratio is the best variable that represent accounting factor which had classification power to predict bond ratings. That is because the leverage ratio shows the proportion of the liabilities to the assets, where bond is one of liabilities component. The maturity that represent non accounting factor can not predict bond ratings because the data of maturity are homogenous.
Based on the result, this research conclude that acconting factors and non accounting factor can not perform well if used together. The next research should be add more variables as the predictor and apply another models to predict bond rating, like Multi Discriminant Analysis (MDA) or Probit Model."

"Today people use financial report as a tools to analize profit or deviden prediction in the future. Profit can be use as indicator to evaluate operational performance the firm as Investor and Creditor use it for evaluate the management work, earning power prediction dan gain prediction in the future. Capital is one of production factor that firm needs. Using for get another fresh money. So that way Cost of Capital more important use as connection between investment decision and capital cost decision. The problem of this case is :
  1. Is there relationship between charactheristic firm and cost of capital in manufacture company and variety industry company?
  2. Is there a different relationship between charactheristic firm and cost of capital in manufacture company and variety industry company?
    1. The writer used quantitative approach in this research; it produced the descriptive of characteristic firm and implied cost of capital. Data collection used quantitative techniques through annual report company period 2003 - 2007 For the sampling, the writer used non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The population is manufactur company and variety industry company. The writer use 14 sample of manufacture company and 14 sample of variety industry company.
      In this study, we propose an alternative technique for estimating the cost of capital. Specially, we use discounted residual income model. When we examine firms characteristic that are systematically related to the estimates of cost of capital. It is shown thay a firm?s cost of capital function of its leverage firm value, leverage market, firm size and earning variabilities. The fundings suggest that these variables can be exploited to estimates future cost of capital in Indonesia In the case of manufacturing industry, these variables explain around 15.6% of the cross sectional variation in the future implied cost of capital and in the case of variety industry these variable explain around 29.4%. the findings suggest that these variables can be exploited to estimate cost of capital in Indonesia.

"ABSTRAK
Kontribusi sektor UMKM dalam perkenonomian dapat dilihat dari Product Domestic Bruto di dalam suatu Negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel internal (CAR, DPK, ROA dan NPL UMKM) dan eksternal (SBI) perbankan terhadap penawaran kredit UMKM. Terutama setelah diberlakukannya UU Nomor 23 Tahun 1999 yang telah diubah dengan UU Nomor 3 Tahun 2004, dimana kebijakan Bank Indonesia dalam membantu pengembangan UMKM mengalami perubahan yang cukup besar. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Ordinary Least Square (OLS).
Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa setiap variab el memiliki kontribusi yang berbeda-beda pada bank-bank umum. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa perlu adanya penambahan jangka waktu dan penambahan variabel -variabel lain untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih signifikan.

ABSTRACT
The contribution of SMEs sec tor in the economy can be seen from the Gross Domestic Product in a country. This study aims to analyze the influence of internal variables (CAR, DPK, ROA and SMEs NPL) and external (SBI) of the banks to SMEs credit offering. Especially after masqueraded t he Act No.23 of 1999 which was modified by Law No.3 of 2004, where the policy of Bank Indonesia is to assist in the development of SMEs changes large enough. Analysis method used was Ordinary Least Square (OLS).
The results obtained that each of variables has a different contribution on the commercial banks. Results of research suggest that there is need to increase the time period and the addition of other variables in order to get the results mo significant.

"Sripsi ini bertujuan menggambarkan pengaruh strategi kompensasi ekstrinsik terhadap komitmen organisasional pada karyawan frontline Plasa Telkom Jakarta. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat komitmen pada karyawan frontline Plasa Telkom Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan metode survey penelitian. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan total sampling dengan jumlah 35 responden.
Hasil pada penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan strategi kompensasi ekstrinsik terhadap komitmen organisasional pada karyawan frontline Plasa Telkom Jakarta. Dari hasil penelitian ini, tingkat komitmen karyawan frontline Plasa Telkom Jakarta masuk dalam kategori agak rendah.

This papers aims to describe the effect of extrinsic compensation strategy for organizational commitment to frontline employees Plasa Telkom Jakarta and also to determine the level of organizational commitment of frontline employees Plasa Telkom Jakarta. This research adopts quantitative, with survey method. Total sampling which held to 35 respondents was used.
Results in this research prove that there is a real effect of extrinsic compensation strategy for organizational commitment to frontlineemployees Plasa Telkom Jakarta, and the results shows that level of organizational commitment of frontline employees is in the rather low category.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Knowledge Sharing Behavior dengan kinerja karyawan PT Guna Layan Kuasa (GuLaKu) Kantor Pusat Jakarta. Variabel knowledge sharing behavior diukur dengan knowledge donating dan collecting, sedangkan variabel kinerja karyawan diukur dengan kualitas kerja, kuantitas kerja, pengetahuan pekerjaan, kerjasama, dapat diandalkan, inisiatif, dan kualitas personal.
Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling terhadap karyawan staf administrasi di PT Guna Layan Kuasa Jakarta yang berjumlah 38 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa knowledge sharing behavior memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Knowledge Sharing Behavior in the performance of employees of PT Guna Layan Kuasa (GuLaKu) Head Office Jakarta. Knowledge sharing behavior measured by knowledge donating and collecting, while employee performance measured by quality of work, quantity of work, knowledge of job, cooperation, dependability, initiative, and personal qualities.
The approach uses the quantitative approach with a survey method that using a Simple Random technique (Simple random Sampling) from employees of administrative staff in Jakarta PT Guna Layan Kuasa, which in total 38 respondents. The results of this study indicate that knowledge sharing behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

"Penelitian ini membahas tentang Pengaruh Kepuasan Kompensasi Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Karyawan (Studi pada PT. X). Penelitian ini melanjutkan penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Faheem Ghazanfar, dkk (2011), yaitu mengungkapkan hubungan yang signifikan antara kepuasan kompensasi dengan motivasi kerja dalam konteks perusahaan milik negara di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kantor pusat PT. X. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier sederhana. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan antara setiap dimensi kepuasan kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan. Artinya, H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima.

This study aims to determine the influence of Satisfaction with Compensation to Employee Work Motivation (Study at PT. X). This study is continuing previous research by Faheem Ghazanfar, et. al. (2011), which revealed significance between satisfaction with compensation and work motivation in context of public service at Indonesia. The research was conducted at PT. X Head Office. The approach of this study is a quantitative approach, data collection techniques is through questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used in this study is a simple linear regression. The results of hypothesis testing indicate a significant influence of Satisfaction with Compensation to Employee Work Motivation. That is mean, H0 rejected and Ha accepted."

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai iklim organisasi yaitu workplace fun di dalam mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, dimana persepsi karyawan dapat berbeda-beda mengenai fun itu sendiri, karena faktor perbedaan generasi (umur). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT BXY dengan jumlah sampel 202 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi liniar sederhana dan uji korelasi Pearson. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dari iklim organisasi yang fun terhadap kinerja generasi X dan Y, namun pengaruh yang signifikan adalah generasi X daripada generasi Y. Selanjutnya, tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari workplace fun terhadap kinerja genarasi Baby Boomers.

The focus of this study is the workplace fun influencing the individual performance, which is those individuals of the organization are different in age groups, called generational differences. This study aims to investigate how generational differences control (affected) the effect of workplace fun towards individual workplace outcomes. Author provides managerial implications for promoting workplace fun. This research is qualitative explanative interpretive. The data were collected by means of distributing questionnaires (survey method) for 202 respondents. Therefore, using Simple Linear Regression and Pearson Correlation as technique of analysist. The result showed high positive effect of workplace fun culture towards the inviduals outcomes for both ages, Generation-X and Millenials. The most significant for Generation-X. Therefore, not significant for Baby Boomers."
