"ABSTRAKDewasa ini, ruang dengar dan ruang pandang masyarakat mendapat suguhan baru berupa penayangan langsung proses persidangan dengan perantara media televisi. Siaran langsung pada proses persidangan mampu hadir dalam sistem peradilan pidana melalui penegakan asas terbuka untuk umum sebagai suatu jaminan perlindungan hukum terhadap hak-hak terdakwa sekaligus demi terciptanya proses fair trial persidangan yang berkeadilan . Realitasnya, siaran langsung pada proses persidangan dapat menuai dampak terhadap penerapan kaidah-kaidah hukum yang hidup didalamnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunaan teknik pengumpulan data kualitatif, yakni melakukan wawancara langsung dengan sejumlah praktisi hukum, dan studi kepustakaan dengan membaca dokumen yang berkaitan dengan masalah yang diteliti. Hasil ini dari penelitian ini adalah Asas persidangan terbuka untuk umum sebagaimana yang diatur dalam Pasal 153 Ayat 3 KUHAP mampu menghadirkan praktik siaran langsung pada proses persidangan di Indonesia. Hal tersebut dapat terjadi disebabkan karena minimnya penjelasan baku mengenai frasa terbuka untuk umum, serta ketiadaan pengaturan lebih lanjut terhadap batasan dari umum pada Asas ini yang berimplikasi terjadinya pelanggaran pada prinsip pembuktian dan penegakan asas praduga tak bersalah melalui trial by the press.

ABSTRACTThese days, The public purview in images and sound are getting new treats in the form of live streaming of the trial process, through the form of Television. Live streaming in the trial process can appear in the criminial judicial system through the establishment of open for public principle as a guarantee of legal protection towards the rights of the accused also for the creation of fair trial process. The reality though, live broadcast in a trial process may cause impact towards the implementation of the legal principles living through it. This research is conducted using qualitative data colletion technique, which is conducting direct interview with a number of legal practitioners and literature study by reading documents related with the problem investigated. The result of this research is that the open trial for public principle as stipulated in Article 153 paragraph 3 of the Criminal Procedural Code allows live broadcast practices in trial procedures in Indonesia. This can happen due to the lack of normative explanation regarding the phrase open for public and no further regulation towards the limitation of public in this principle which implicates the violation towards the proving principle and the establishment of presumption of innocence through trial by the press. "

"Kecamatan Bolo adalah salah satu Kecamatan yang ditetapkan sebagai daerah kejadian luar biasa (KLB) DBD pada bulan Maret Tahun 2023. Hal ini dapat dipicu oleh kurangnya penerapan perilaku pencegahan DBD. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku pencegahan DBD pada masyarakat di Kecamatan Bolo. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross sectional pada 110 responden berusia 17-60 tahun diambil secara consecutive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara responden mengisi kuesioner secara mandiri yang sebelumnya telah diujicobakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan responden memiliki perilaku pencegahan DBD dengan rata-rata nilai 64 dari skala 100. Hasil analisis variabel yang berhubungan dengan perilaku pencegahan DBD adalah: jenis kelamin (p=0,002), usia (p= 0,001,r= 0,307), pengetahuan (p= 0,001, r=0,43, persepsi manfaat (p=0,001, r=0,360) dan isyarat bertindak (p=0,006, r=0,360) sedangkan variabel yang tidak berhubungan dengan perilaku pencegahan DBD persepsi kerentanan (p=0,805, r=0,024), persepsi keparahan (p=0,266, r=0,107 dan persepsi hambatan (p=0,190, r=0,126). Atas dasar tersebut maka pemberian edukasi dan promosi kesehatan yang dilakukan secara rutin dengan metode-metode yang sesuai sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan perilaku pencegahan DBD.

Bolo District is one of the districts designated as a DHF outbreak area in March 2023. This could be triggered by the lack of implementation of DHF prevention behaviors. This study aimed to determine the factors associated with dengue prevention behavior in the community in Bolo. This study used a cross sectional study design on 110 respondents aged 17-60 years taken by consecutive sampling. Data was collected by respondents filling out a questionnaire independently which had previously been tested. The results of this study showed that the respondents had a good dengue prevention behavior which was 64 of a scale of 100. The results of the analysis of variables correlated with dengue prevention behavior, gender (p = 0.002), age (p = 0.001, r = 0.307), knowledge (p = 0.001, r = 0.43, perceived benefits (p = 0.001, r = 0.360) and cues to action (p = 0.006, r = 0.360), 006, r=0.360) while variables that were not correlated with DHF prevention behavior were perceived susceptibility (p=0.805, r=0.024), perceived severity (p=0.266, r=0.107 and perceived barriers (p=0.190, r=0.126). Providing education and health promotion that is carried out routinely with appropriate methods is needed to improve dengue prevention behavior."
