Likewise, the implementation of the money follows program was still problematic, such as program restructuring and problematic activities. Based on these problems, the purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of restructuring programs and activities of local governments and the factors that support and hinder the implementation of restructuring programs and activities in local governments since the enactment of the money follow program. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results show that programs and activities planned by using the money follow program approach have been implemented in several locus study areas (West Sumatra Province, West Java Province, and Yogyakarta Province). However, the imple-mentation still varies. There are still doubts for the regions in the implementation, especially be-cause it is related to the legal basis. Likewise, there are several inhibiting factors such as human re-sources, policy substance, implementer behavior, and network interactions. For this reason, the study concludes that it is necessary to make adjustments to the central government policies related to regional development planning guidelines and budget allocation."

"Abortus menjadi masalah yang penting dalam kesehatan masyarakat karena berpengaruh terhadap morbiditas dan mortalitas maternal. Di Indonesia, belum ada data yang komprehensif tentang kejadian abortus, berbagai data yang ada sebelumnya berdasarkan survei dengan cakupan yang relatif terbatas. Abortus yang tidak aman bertanggung jawab terhadap 11% kematian ibu di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian abortus di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode observasional menggunakan disain studi cross sectional. Data penelitian diperoleh dari data Survei Demografi dan Kesehatan Indonesia 2002-2003. Analisis data dilakukan secara bertahap yaitu: analisis univariat, analisis bivariat dan analisis multivariat dengan regresi logistik. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa risiko abortus meningkat seiring dengan peningkatan usia ibu. Wanita dengan paritas 0-2 berisiko lebih tinggi untuk mengalami abortus dibandingkan wanita dengan paritas 3 atau lebih (OR=5,2, IK 95%=3,49-7,89). Wanita yang bekerja berisiko 2,7 kali lebih tinggi untuk mengalami aborsi daripada wanita yang tidak bekerja (OR= 2,7 , IK 95%= 2,10-3,58). Selain itu, risiko abortus meningkat pada wanita yang menikah pada usia 30 tahun atau lebih (OR=1,8, IK95%= 1,30-2,48). Risiko abortus tidak berhubungan bermakna dengan riwayat abortus sebelumnya, tingkat pendidikan dan tingkat sosial ekonomi."

"Kurangnya kepatuhan pegawai dalam menaati peraturan kehadiran merupakan masalah yang dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya data rekapitulasi mengenai ketidakhadiran pegawai tanpa keterangan. Skripsi ini merupakan studi tentang motivasi kerja yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan motivasi kerja pegawai non medis di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Fatmawati Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross-sectional untuk melihat dinamika korelasi antara faktor-faktor risiko dan efek yaitu variabel independen dengan variabel dependen. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2011 dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 62 orang responden sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu dengan metode simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel yang diteliti memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai non medis. Variabel tersebut meliputi variabel penghargaan, pengakuan, kekuasaan, kondisi lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, supervisi, jaminan pekerjaan dan peraturan/kebijakan. Di samping itu, hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa pegawai non medis memiliki motivasi kerja yang baik.

Lack of obedience employees to obey attendance rules is a problem that motivated by recapitulation of data about employee absenteeism without explanation. This thesis is a study of work motivation that aims to determine the factors associated with non medical employees work motivation in Fatmawati general hospital, Jakarta.

The method used was quantitative with cross-sectional research design to look at the dynamics of correlations between risk factors and effects of independent variables and dependent variable. This research was conducted in December 2011 by distributing questionnaires to 62 respondents as the sample. Sampling technique that is by simple random sampling method.

The results of this study indicate that all variables studied had a significant association of medical employee work motivation. These variables are appreciation, recognition, power, working conditions, compensation, supervision, job security, and regulatory/policy. In addition, the result of this study describes that non medical employees have good work motivation."
