Abstrak :
Anemia merupakan penyakit yang penyebarannya cukup luas secara global. Indonesia merupakan salah satu Negara yang mempunyai angka kejadian anemia tinggi. Dari berbagai tipe anemia, hemoglobinopati adalah tipe anemia yang mengakibatkan beban penyakit yang berat, dan studi mengenai hemoglobinopati secara keseluruhan masih termasuk sedikit. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui proporsi hemoglobinopati pada pasien Rumah Sakit Cipto Mangunkusumo. Selain proporsi, asosiasi antara jenis kelamin dan penyakit tersebut juga diselidiki. Dalam metode untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, metode cross sectional digunakan pada data sekunder pasien (n = 172) yang berasal dari Departemen Patologi Klinik Rumah Sakit Cipto Mangunkusumo. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa proporsi dari hemoglobinopati pada pasien di Rumah Sakit Cipto Mangunkusumo pada bulan Januari dan Februari 2013 adalah 16.9%. Mengenai asosiasi hemoglobinopati dengan jenis kelamin, tidak ditemukan adanya hasil yang signifikan secara statistic pada analisis data.

Anemia is a disease which affects the world globally. Indonesia is one of the country which has high occurrence of anemia. From various types of anemia, hemoglobinopathy is the type of anemia which causes the heavy burden of disease, and the studies about this particular disease as a whole are still quite few. This study has the objectives to find about the proportion of hemoglobinopathy in patients of Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital. Aside from the proportion, the association between gender and the disease was also explored. In order to achieve the objectives, cross sectional method was used with the patient's secondary data (n = 172) which collected from Clinical pathology Department of Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital. The results showed that the proportion of hemoglobinopathy in patients of Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital during January-February 2013 was 16.9 %. As for the association of hemoglobinopathy with patients? gender, the analysis showed that the result was not statistically significant.

Obat yang sudah beredar di pasaran harus tetap terjamin mutunya sehingga industri farmasi perlu melakukan Pengkajian Mutu Produk (PMP) secara berkala terhadap semua obat terdaftar dengan tujuan untuk membuktikan konsistensi proses, kesesuaian dengan spesifikasi bahan awal, bahan pengemas dan produk jadi, untuk melihat tren dan mengidentifikasi perbaikan yang diperlukan untuk produk dan proses dan dirangkum sebagai laporan Pengkajian Tahunan Atas Produk (PTAP). Tujuan laporan adalah untuk memahami cara pembuatan laporan PTAP di PT. Harsen Laboratories sesuai dengan prosedur tetap dan persyaratan yang terdapat di CPOB. Penyusunan laporan tugas khusus PTAP produk X Fe Tablet Salut Gula ini mengacu pada SOP terkait yang berlaku di PT Harsen Laboratories. Hasil seluruh pengkajian produk X Fe Tablet Salut Gula Tahun 2020 telah memenuhi persyaratan spesifikasi mutu produk jadi yang telah ditetapkan PT. Harsen Laboratories. ......Drugs that are circulating in the market must have a quality guarantee, therefore the pharmaceutical industry needs to carry out a periodic Product Quality Assessments (PQA) for all registered drugs with the aim of proving process consistency, compliance with specifications for base materials, packaging materials and finished products, to see trends and identify necessary improvements of products and processes which will be summarized as an Annual Product Quality Review (APQR) report. The purpose of the report is to understand how to make a APQR report at PT. Harsen Laboratories in accordance with the standard procedures and requirements contained in GMP. The preparation of APQR report on product X Fe Sugar Coated Tablets refers to the relevant SOP at PT Harsen Laboratories. The results of all product reviews of X Fe Sugar Coated Tablets for 2020 have met the requirements for finished product quality specifications set by PT. Harrison Laboratories.

TUJUAN. Mengetahui akurasi MRI 0,5T dalam mendeteksi ruptur meniskus. BAHAN DAN CARA. Selama kurun waktu 6 bulan (Oktober 2004 sampai dengan Maret 2005) dilakukan pemeriksaan MRI terhadap 19 pasien (20 lutut) dengan klinis ruptur meniskus. Pemeriksaan MRI menggunakan MRI 0,5T superkondukting magnet, Bruker Tomikom, buatan Perancis tahun 2000 dan closely coupled extremity coil dengan teknik konvensional spin-echo T1W1 dan T2WI potongan sagital dan koronal. Dua kriteria MRI dalam mendiagnosis ruptur meniskus adalah adanya signal hiperintens intrameniskus pada T1W1 dan T2W1 yang dapat meluas ke permukaan sendi, ditemukannya morfologi meniskus yang abnormal seperti adanya perubahan kontur atau deformitas fokal meniskus. Untuk mempertajam diagnosis digunakan sistem penderajatan meniskus berdasarkan signal intrameniskus. HasiI pemeriksaan MRI dibandingkan dengan temuan artroskopi sebagai baku emas. HASIL. Sensitivitas, spesifisitas MRI 0,5T dalam mendeteksi ruptur meniskus adalah 84,4% dan 85,7% dengan akurasi 84,6%. Terdapat kesesuaian yang baik antara MRI 0,5T dengan artroskopi (k-D,573) KESIMPULAN. MRI 0,5T merupakan modalitas pencitraan non invasif yang mempunyai sensitivitas dan akurasi yang tinggi yang dapat digunakan untuk mendiagnosis adanya ruptur meniskus. OBJECTIVE The purpose of this study was to evaluate the accuracy of MR imaging 0,5T in detecting meniscal tears. MATERIALS AND METHOD& During an 6 months period (October 2004 until March 2005), 19 patients (20 knees) who had meniscal tears identified at physical examinations underwent MR imaging examinations. MR imaging was performed with a 0,5T (superconducting; Bruker Tomikom, France, 2000) and a closely coupled extremity coil, conventional spin-echo pulse sequences were used in sagital and coronal planes TI and T2 weighted images. Two MR imaging criteria to established the diagnose of meniscal tears were increased internal signal intensity in the meniscus on TI and T2-weighted images, abnormal morphology of the meniscus such as contour or focal deformities of the meniscus. To increase the accuracy of MR imaging, meniscal were grading according to the character of the intrameniscal MR imaging signal. MR imaging finding was compared with arthroscopic results as the standard of reference. RESULTS. Sensitivity, specificity and accuracy MR imaging 0,5T for detecting meniscal tears were 84,4%, 85,7% and 84,6%. There is good correlation of MR imaging and arthroscopic findings (kappa = 0,573). CONCLUSION. MR imaging is a non-invasive modality with high sensitivity and accuracy which can used in detecting meniscal tears. Key wards : Meniscal tears, MR Imaging, arthroscopic.
