"Prevalensi penyakit tidak rnenular cenderung meningkat dari tahun ke tahun, 50% dari semua penyakit tidak menular adalah hasil dari pilihan gaya hidup yang tidak sehat. Penyakit tidak menular seperti hipertensi dari penyakit diabetes melitus tidak dapat diselesaikan dengan tuntas tanpa adanya penyuluhan kesehatan secara berkesinarnbungan bagi pengunjung puskesmas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif korelasi yang akan melihat hubungan persepsi pengunjung puskesmas yang menderita penyakit tidak menular terhadap penyuluhan kesehatan di salah satu puskesmas di Jakarta. Data responden sebanyak 66 orang dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner dianalisis dengan metode pearson chi square. Peneliti memperoleh nilai pearson chi-square sebesar 13,6 dengan nilai signifikansi (p-value) sebesar 0,00111 yang lebih kecil dari α (0,05) sehingga Ho ditolak. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara persepsi dan kebutuhan penyuluhan kesehatan pada pengunjung puskesmas yang menderita penyakit tidak menular.

The prevalence of non communicable diseases trend to increase from year to year, 50% of all non communicable diseases are the result of lifestyle choices that are not healthy. Non communicable diseases such as hypertension and diabetes mellitus cannot be resolved completely without continuous health education for customer's community health center.

This research uses descriptive method of correlation which will perceive customer's community health center perceptions of the relationship which does not transmit disease to health education in puskesmas in Jakarta. Respondents were 66 people data collected through questionnaires were analyzed using Pearson chi square method.

Researchers obtained the Pearson chi-square value of 13.6 with the value of significance (p-value) equal to 0.00111 which is smaller than a (0.05) so that Ho is rejected. The results concluded that there is a correlation between perceptions and needs of health education on puskesrnas customers are suffering from disease is not contagious."
