Abstrak :
Prosthodontic treatment for cleft palate and lip patient is generally done to restore the structural defect caused by early cleft operations. The treatment in adults are more difficult due to patient's psychological problems. This case report presents a rehabilitation by making a modified removable partial denture with a continued psychological approaches. A hole was created on the upper denture base and denture was arranged lateral to the remaining teeth. Denture flange was also modified to create a better profile of the patient.
