Abstrak :
Pada masa ini telah masuk revolusi industri keempat atau yang disebut dengan Industri 4.0. Industri 4.0 merupakan sebuah proses atau alat yang terintegrasi dengan internet dimana semua obyek dilengkapi perangkat teknologi yang mampu berkomunikasi sendiri dengan sistem teknologi informasi. Untuk mengukur kesiapan sebuah perusahaan dalam menerapkan industri 4.0 di Jerman sudah diterapkan Industry 4.0 Readinness Index dari VDMA Jerman yaitu IMPULS. Begitupun di Indonesia juga sudah diterapkan Industry 4.0 Readinnes Index yaitu INDI 4.0. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat perbedaan antara standar penilain IMPULS dan INDI kemudian dari perbedaan tersebut dilakukan kalibrasi ulang. Untuk melihat keakuratan dari standar penilaian dikembangkan sebuah piranti assessment dengan menggunakan tool ADLI dari MBNQA. Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA) merupakan salah satu tool yang digunakan untuk menilai kinerja perusahaan dengan system penilaian Approach, Deployment, Learning dan Integration (ADLI). Penelitian dilakukan di sebuah industri alat kesehatan yang ada di Indonesia. Hasil kalibrasi pada pilar Orang dan budaya serta Produk dan Layanan menggunakan IMPULS sebagai setting value. Hasil dari standar penilaian INDI dengan nilai 33.55% berada pada level 1 dan hasil dari standar penilaian IMPULS dengan nilai 35.6% berada pada level 2. Hasil dari piranti assessment untuk pilar Orang dan Budaya 39.79% berada pada level 1 dan untuk pilar Produk dan Layanan 33.75% berada pada level 0. ......At this time, the fourth industrial revolution or what is known as Industry 4.0 has entered. Industry 4.0 is a process or tool that is integrated with the internet where all objects are equipped with technological devices that are able to communicate on their own with information technology systems. To measure the readiness of a company to implement Industry 4.0 in Germany, the Industry 4.0 Readiness Index from VDMA Germany, namely IMPULS, has been implemented. Likewise, in Indonesia, the Industry 4.0 Readiness Index has also been implemented, namely INDI 4.0. The purpose of this study was to see the difference between the IMPULS and INDI assessment standards and then recalibrate from these differences. To see the accuracy of the assessment standards, an assessment tool was developed using the ADLI tool from MBNQA. The Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA) is one of the tools used to assess company performance with the Approach, Deployment, Learning and Integration (ADLI) assessment system. The research was conducted in a medical device industry in Indonesia. The calibration results on the pillars of People and culture as well as Products and Services use IMPULS as the setting value. The results of the INDI assessment standard with a value of 33.55% are at level 1 and the results of the IMPULS assessment standard with a value of 35.6% are at level 2. The results of the assessment tool for the People and Culture pillar are 39.79% at level 1 and for the Products and Services pillar 33.75 % is at level 0.

Dalam menyikapi indsutri 4.0, Indonesia sendiri juga telah menerapkan Industri 4.0 dari tahun 2018. Oleh karena itu untuk mengukur kesiapan industri 4.0 di indonesia pemerintah sedang menerapkan Indsutry 4.0 Redines Index (INDI 4.0). Perusahaan dapat menilai kesiapannya dengan melakukan self-assesment secara online kemudian dilakukan verifikasi oleh para ahli indsutri 4.0 dengan dilakukan kunjungan industri. Malcom Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA) menurapak salah satu tools yang digunakan untuk mengukur keefektifan kinerja organisasi secara menyeluruh. MBNQA memiliki metode penilaian, yaitu Approach, Deployment, Learning, Integration (ADLI). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengembangkan tools untuk memverifikasi tingkat ke akuratan dari kesiapan peusahaan untuk transformasi menuju indutri 4.0. dengan menggabungkan metode penilaian yang ada pada INDI 4.0 dengan penilaian ADLI pada MBNQA. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini akan dijadikan pedoman oleh perusahaan untuk menilai tingkat kesiapan menuju industri 4.0. Pada penelitian dilakukan metode wawancara dan observasi secara langsung ke lapangan, dsebelum dilakukannya dilakukan perancangan pertanyaan yang didasari dari state of the art masing-masing pilar yang ada pada INDI 4.0. metode penilaian yang dilakukan didasari dari penilaian ADLI pada MBNQA dan pelevelan pada INDI 4.0. Hasil dari penelaian yang dilakukan dengan metode penilaian ADLI diapatkan untuk pilar manajemen dan organisasi bahwa perusahaan yang diobservasi masih pada tahapan awal untuk perencanaan menuju industri 4.0 dan untuk metode INDI 4.0 masih belum adanya dukungan dari manajemen untuk bertransformasi menuju industri 4.0. Hasil dari penilaian dengan metode ADLI pada pilar teknologi dimana perusahaan masih belum mengarah menuju industri 4.0 sama dengan penilaian dengan metode INDI 4.0. ......In addressing industry 4.0, Indonesia itself has also implemented Industry 4.0 from 2018. In the research, interview methods and direct observations were carried out in the field, before designing questions based on the state of the art of each pillar in INDI 4.0. the assessment method used is based on ADLI's assessment on MBNQA and leveling on INDI 4.0. The results of the assessment carried out using the ADLI assessment method were obtained for the management and organizational pillars that the companies observed were still in the early stages of planning towards industry 4.0 and for the INDI 4.0 method there was still no support from management to transform towards industry 4.0. The results of the assessment using the ADLI method on the technology pillar where the company is still not heading towards industry 4.0 are the same as the assessment using the INDI 4.0 method.
