Abstrak :
Penelitian Sistem Informasi Manajemen Klinik Gumayun di Kabupaten Tegal dengan Berbasis Web, dilatarbelakangi adanya ketidaksesuaian laporan kegiatan serta laporan keuangan di Klinik Gumayun. Tujuan penelitian adalah sistem informasi manajemen untuk pelayanan kesehatan di klinik Gumayun. Variabel penelitian ini adalah pada aspek ketersediaan data dan informasi, relevansi data dan informasi, kecepatan laporan dan akurasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi di klinik Gumayun sebelum pengembangan sistem belum dapat menghasilkan informasi secara mudah, tepat waktu, akurat dan relevan. Dengan demikian diharapkan pengembangan sistem informasi manajemen dapat meningkatkan kualitas data dan informasi di Klinik Gumayun. Kesimpulanya adalah sistem informasi yang terkomputerisasi dapat memudahkan pencatatan dan pelaporan distribusi obat, laporan kunjungan pasien dan juga laporan keuangan serta dapat memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah perlu adanya petugas yang bertanggung jawab untuk memelihara dan mengembangkan sistem, petugas klinik yang ada dapat dimanfaatkan pada masing - masing ruang pelayanan sesuai dengan tugas dan fungsinya,.Selain itu, sistem informasi manajemen ini dalam implementasi kedepan, masih dapat dikembangkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan diharapkan dapat diintegrasikan terhadap pelaporan dari klinik swasta ke instansi pemerintah seperti Puskesmas dan Dinas Kesehatan. ...... Clinical Research Management Information System Gumayun in Tegal district based on web highlighted with in order to avoiding the discrepancy of the activity reports and financial reports at that clinic. The purpose of this research is to develop a management information system for health care services in the clinic. The variables of this research based on the aspects of the availability of data and information, the relevance of data and information, the speed of report and also the accuracy of data. The results of this research showed that the information system at the Gumayun clinic before the development of the system has not been able to generate information in an easy, timely, accurate and relevance. Hopefully, by the development of the management information system will improve the quality of data and information at the Gumayun clinic from the element of convenience, timeliness, accuracy, and relevancy. The conclusion of this research is by using the computerized information system services that can establish it easier to recording and reporting of the drug distribution, reporting patiens and also on the report about financial results and information to many people. Advice that can be given is to deploy the system into the services at the clinic activities at the Gumayun clinic, and also it needs the health care personnel who can be responsible for maintaining and developing the system so that when the system is needed, the system can be used easily. The existing clinic personnel can be utilized on every services area based on the function. In addition, the management information system in the implementation of the future, they can be developed according to the needs and are expected to be integrated to the reporting of private clinics to health centers and government agencies such as the Department of Health.

[ABSTRAK
Tesis ini membahas tentang pengembangan sistem informasi surveilans Penyakit yang Dapat Dicegah Dengan Imunisasi (PD3I) yang dikonfirmasi oleh laboratorium dengan berbasis Web. Hal ini dilatarbelakangi saat ini pemberantasan penyakit menular merupakan suatu hal penting yang harus didukung dengan sarana yang sesuai. Untuk itu suatu negara harus mengembangkan, memperkuat, dan memelihara kemampuan untuk mendeteksi, menilai dan melaporkan kejadian penyakit menular. Sistem surveilans dengan berbasis Web dan terintegrasi dapat mendukung dan memperkuat kegiatan surveilans PD3I yang ada sekarang. Penelitian ini mengenali permasalahan dengan pendekatan sistem. Rancangannya adalah riset operasional. Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan telaah dokumen dilanjutkan dengan analisis konten. Hasil penelitian menemukan terputus informasi di dalam hirarki pelaporan yang berjalan saat ini sehingga tidak tepat waktu untuk sampai di pusat. Sistem pelaporan berjenjang memakan waktu lama. Pengembangan sistem informasi yang terintegrasi yang saat ini berupa prototype harus terus dikembangkan dan perlunya komitmen dari semua pihak dapat memperbaiki surveilans PD3I dengan konfirmasi lab sehingga penanganan kasus dapat dilakukan segera dan mencegah penyebaran penyakit.

This thesis discusses about developing surveillance information system on Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) which are confirmed by laboratory examination and which are web based. Its background is that controlling communicable diseases is in important issue that has to be supported with appropriate structures. Therefore, a country should develop, strengthen, and maintain its capacity to detect, asses and report communicable disease events. An integrated web based surveillance system can support and strengthen the existing VPD surveillance activities. This research recognizes problems with a system approach. Its design is operational research. Data are collected through deep interview, observation and document review, which are continued with content analysis. Research results show that there is an information gap at the report hierarchy in the existing system, so that data reach the central level not in timely manner. Cascade reporting system takes a long time. SATUSEHAT Mobile, aplikasi transformasi dari PeduliLindungi yang diluncurkan pada 1 Maret 2023, mengalami penurunan pengguna hampir 50%, dari 105 juta menjadi 57 juta pengguna bulanan, dengan rating rendah 2,4 di Google Play. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan niat untuk terus menggunakan SATUSEHAT Mobile di lima provinsi teratas fasilitas kesehatan terkoneksi SATUSEHAT, pada pengguna berusia 19-59 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori model UTAUT, DeLone McLean, dan HOT-Fit Model dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif pada 167 responden dan diolah dengan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara harapan kinerja, harapan usaha, pengaruh sosial, kualitas sistem, dan kualitas layanan dengan niat untuk terus menggunakan SATUSEHAT Mobile. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk peningkatan fitur dan fungsi yang sesuai kebutuhan masyarakat, peningkatan kemudahan penggunaan, sosialisasi yang jelas, pembaruan informasi, perbaikan sistem, dan penyediaan fitur live chat dengan customer service. ......SATUSEHAT Mobile, a transformation of the PeduliLindungi application that launched on March 1, 2023, has experienced a nearly 50% decline in users, from 105 million to 57 million monthly users, with a low rating of 2.4 on Google Play. This study aims to analyze the factors related to the intention to continue using SATUSEHAT Mobile in the top five provinces with the most SATUSEHAT-connected healthcare facilities, focusing on users aged 19-59 years. The research utilizes the UTAUT model, DeLone McLean model, and HOT-Fit Model, employing a quantitative approach with 167 respondents analyzed using SEM-PLS. The results indicate significant relationships between performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, system quality, and service quality with the intention to continue using SATUSEHAT Mobile. This study provides recommendations for improving features and functions to meet public needs, enhancing ease of use, clear socialization, information updates, system improvements, and the provision of live chat features with customer service.
