Abstrak :
Praktek Kerja Profesi di PT. Phapros, Tbk bertujuan untuk memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung-jawab apoteker di industri farmasi; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, ketrampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi; memahami penerapan CPOB di industri farmasi; dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Melalui praktek kerja ini, calon apoteker dapat melihat secara langsung alur proses bisnis dan implementasi CPOB pada kegiatan teknis di PT. Phapros, Tbk. Praktikan ditempatkan di Departemen Human Resource Development (HRD) dibawah bimbingan Direktur Produksi dan diberikan tugas khusus yang berjudul Penyusunan Standar Kompetensi Apoteker Praktisi Industri PT. Phapros, Tbk. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan agar mahasiswa calon apoteker mampu menyusun dan memahami standar kompetensi kerja yang diperlukan seorang apoteker praktisi industri sesuai dengan pelaksanaan tugas dan kualifikasi jabatan di tempat kerja berdasarkan fungsi bisnis PT. Phapros, Tbk. ...... Profession Internship at PT. Phapros, Tbk aims to understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry; have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to do the pharmaceutical practice in the pharmaceutical industry; understanding the implementation of GMP in the pharmaceutical industry; and have a real picture of the problems of pharmaceutical practice in the pharmaceutical industry. Through this internship, future pharmacists can see directly the flow of business process and implementation of GMP in technical activities at PT. Phapros, Tbk. Intern placed in the Department of Human Resource Development (HRD) under the guidance of Director of Production and given the special task entitled Arrangement the Standard of Competences of Industry Practitioner Pharmacists PT. Phapros, Tbk. The special task was intended that the student is able to compile and understand the work standard of competences required by an industry practitioner pharmacist in accordance with the duties and occupational requirements in the workplace based on business function PT.
