Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sebuah model dari pengaruh kualitas makanan, lingkungan fisik, pelayanan terhadap citra restoran, nilai yang dipersepsikan pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan dan intensi berperilaku pada restoran Nanny's Pavillon. Restoran ini dikenal dengan dekorasi gerainya yang memiliki tema berbeda-beda. Data yang dikumpulkan berasal dari para pelanggan yang pernah berkunjung di Nanny's Pavillon Pacific Place dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis hasil uji ini menggunakan Tehnik two step approach untuk menilai hasil uji pengukuran dan struktural model. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa kualitas lingkungan fisik mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap citra restoran. Kemudian kualitas makanan, lingkungan fisik, pelayanan mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap nilai yang dipesepsikan pelanggan. Ditemukan juga bahwa citra restoran mempengaruhi secara signifikan nilai yang dipersepsikan pelanggan. Citra restoran dan nilai yang dipersepsikan pelanggan mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan, dan kepuasan juga mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap intensi berperilaku.
This research is to propose an integrated model that examines the impact of three foodservice quality (food, physical environment, and service) on restaurant image, customer perceived value, customer satisfaction, and behavioral intention at Nanny’s Pavillon. The restaurantknown had a different theme decoration in every store. Data were collected from customers Nanny’s Pavillon restaurant located in Pacific Place Jakarta via a self-administered questionnaire. Two-step approach was used to assess the measurement and structural models. Findings structural equation modeling shows that the quality physical environment were significant determinants of restaurant image. Also, the quality of the food, physical environment and service were significant predictors of customer perceived value. The restaurant image was also found to be a significant influence of customer perceived value. In addition, the results reinforced that restaurant image and customer perceived value is indeed a significant determinant of customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction is a significant predictor of behavioral intentions.

This study is specifically concerned with the effect of universal health care implementation on business model of PT XYZ, and knowledge contribution for new pharmaceutical company. Data for this study were gathered from interview with stakeholders of PT XYZ, and questionnaires of 44 patients at private and public hospital in Jakarta and Bekasi. The questionnaires investigated the understanding level of respondents about Badan Pelaksana Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) and their perception of drugs quality. These results suggest that innovation of PT XYZ’s business model is needed to implement short-term strategy and suggest that PT XYZ need to establish its long-term strategy to anticipate full implementation of BPJS in 2019.

Uang elektronik berbasis server dapat meningkatkan pengalaman bagi pelanggan yang mencari sistem pembayaran yang efisien dalam perihal kelancaran, kenyamanan, dan aksesibilitas multi-channel. Dalam jangka panjang, transaksi elektronik dapat menciptakan sistem pembayaran yang efisien, aman, dan andal sehingga dapat memperluas akses finansial kepada unbanked population di Indonesia. Indonesia berkomitmen untuk mendorong perubahan sistem pembayaran melaui gerakan nasional non-tunai GNNT. Namun, mekanisme jangka panjang untuk meningkatkan adopsi uang elektronik berbasis server dianggap belum memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penentu adopsi uang elektronik berbasis server. Sebuah model penelitian yang menggabungkan unified theory of acceptance and use of technology UTAUT2, diffusion of innovations theory DOI, dan perceived risk digunakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan 211 tanggapan dari survey yang dilakukan di Indonesia, sedangkan data dianalisis menggunakan structural equation modeling, khususnya metode partial least square SmartPLS 3.0. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan performance expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, compatibility, dan perceived risk memiliki efek langsung yang signifikan terhadap adopsi uang elektronik berbasis server, sementara effort expectancy dan innovativeness memiliki efek tidak langsung. ......Server based electronic money has the ability to improve the experience for customers who look for a streamlined payment experience in terms of speed, convenience, and multi channel accessibility. In the long term, electronic transactions would create and maintain an efficient, secure, and reliable payment system that broadens the access to previously unbanked populations and presumably increase financial inclusion. Indonesia is currently committed to reinforcing changes to existing payment systems through the national non cash movement. However, a long term mechanism to increase the adoption of server based electronic money is yet to be seen. This study aims to identify the main determinants of server based electronic money adoption. In doing so, a research model combining two theories, the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology UTAUT2 and diffusion of innovations theory DOI, was used along with perceived risk. The research was tested using 211 responses from a survey conducted in Indonesia while data was analyzed using structural equation modeling, specifically partial least square method Smart PLS 3.0. The findings of this research show performance expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, compatibility, and perceived risk have significant direct effects toward the adoption of server based electronic money, while effort expectancy and innovativeness have indirect effects.
