"ABSTRAKPraktik kerja profesi di PT Sandoz Indonesia yang dilaksanakan selama Periode Bulan Januari ndash; Februari 2018 bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi serta penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB di Industi Farmasi. Praktik kerja di industri farmasi juga dapat memberikan gambaran terkait permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi sehingga calon apoteker dapat memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Praktik kerja dilakukan dengan perkenalan umum terkait bagian-bagian di industri farmasi dan penempatan bagian khusus untuk memperoleh tugas khusus. Adapun Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu ldquo;Penilaian Kesenjangan Gap Assessment Spesifikasi Parameter Uji Bahan Baku Farmasi Teregistrasi BPOM dengan Farmakope rdquo;. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus tersebut yaitu untuk mampu melakukan identifikasi perbedaan pada spesifikasi parameter uji bahan baku farmasi yang sudah teregistrasi BPOM dengan literatur USP dan EP , menentukan langkah-langkah perbaikan dalam mengatasi kesenjangan yang terjadi, dan dapat menyesuaikan spesifikasi parameter uji sesuai literatur terbaru. Secara umum, PT Sandoz Indonesia sudah sesuai dalam menerapkan aspek-aspek CPOB. Selain itu, pengenalan tugas dari setiap bagian di industri farmasi juga dapat memberikan wawasan untuk memahami peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker serta penanganan permasalahan di industri farmasi.

ABSTRACTInternship at PT Sandoz Indonesia during the Period of January - February 2018 aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry and the application of Good Manufacturing Practices GMP in Pharmaceutical Industry. Internship at pharmaceutical industry can also provide an overview of pharmaceutical problemss in the pharmaceutical industry so that prospective pharmacists can have insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience in undertaking pharmaceutical practice in the pharmaceutical industry. Internship are carried out with a general introduction to pharmaceutical industry departments and the placement of specific divisons to obtain specific tasks. The specific task given is Gap Assessment between Pharmaceutical Raw Material Testing Parameters Specifications BPOM Registered with Pharmacopoeia . The purpose of the implementation of the specific task is to be able to identify differences in the specification of pharmaceutical raw material test parameters that have been registered BPOM with literature USP and EP , determine the improvement measures in overcoming the gap that occurs, and can adjust the specification of test parameters according to the literature the latest. In general, PT Sandoz Indonesia is appropriate in applying aspects of the CPOB. In addition, the introduction of tasks from every part of the pharmaceutical industry can also provide insights to understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists as well as the handling of problems in the pharmaceutical industry. "

"ABSTRAKPraktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Aventis Pharma bertujuan agar calon Apoteker mampu memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di Industri Farmasi, serta melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi, memahami penerapan CPOB di Industri Farmasi, dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Standardisasi Inspector Camera Line 2 Secondary Packaging. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengoperasian alat serta memudahkan operator dalam mengoperasikan Inspector Camera.

PKPA activity is aims to increase knowledge and insight on all aspects of GMP-related in the pharmaceutical industry and determine the application of GMP in PT Aventis Pharma. While the special assignment is to make Analytical Method Validation Protocol of Ketoprofen suppository. The aim of this special assignment is to obtain a valid method for the analysis of Ketoprofen suppository with Spectrofotometry."

"Praktek Kerja Profesi (PKP) di industri farmasi bertempat di PT. Sanofi Aventis Indonesia. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama delapan minggu pada bulan Februari hingga Maret 2016. Praktek Kerja Profesi di industri farmasi bertujuan agar mahasiswa apoteker mengerti peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi; memahami penerapan GMP/CPOB di Industri Farmasi; serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Mahasiswa apoteker telah memperoleh wawasan mengenai peran dan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang dilakukan di industri farmasi, yaitu Apoteker berperan penting di industri farmasi dalam penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB) dengan tujuan menghasilkan kualitas dan mutu obat yang konsisten baik. Tugas khusus yang diperoleh saat PKP di industri farmasi yaitu Penanganan Keluhan terhadap Produk untuk Menghindari Kerusakan Segel Tutup Botol. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk Memahami bagaimana cara pelaksanaan investigasi terhadap keluhan pada produk, bagaimana alur dalam penanganan keluhan, dan tindakan yang dilakukan dalam hal perbaikan dan pencegahan guna menghindari kejadian berulang. Masalah yang terjadi di PT. Sanofi Aventis Indonesia salah satunya yaitu keterbatasan jumlah tenaga kefarmasian khususnya Apoteker sehingga mempengaruhi tugas dan tanggung jawab yang harus diselesaikan.

Profession Internship at pharmaceutical industry was held in PT. Sanofi Aventis Indonesia. This activity lasted for eight weeks in February until March 2016. Profession Internship in the pharmaceutical industry aims to make students understand the role of the pharmacist, duties and responsibilities of pharmacist in the pharmaceutical industry; have the insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience doing the work of pharmacy in the pharmaceutical industry; understanding the application of GMP in Pharmaceutical Industry; and have a real picture of the problems of pharmaceutical jobs in the pharmaceutical industry. Pharmacist students have gained insight into the role and the work done in the pharmacy pharmaceutical industry, which is Pharmacist that hold an important role of the pharmaceutical industry in the application of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) with the aim of producing quality and consistent good quality of medicines.

The special task obtained during internship in the pharmaceutical industry is the Complaints Handling Products to Avoid Damage Seal Bottle Caps. These special task aims to understand how the implementation of the investigation of the complaint on the product, how the flow in the handling of complaints and action taken in case of repair and prevention in order to avoid recurrence. Problems that occur at PT. Sanofi Aventis Indonesia one of them is limited number of personnel, especially pharmacist that thereby affecting the duties and responsibilities that must be resolved."
