ABSTRACT
Skripsi ini mengacu kepada penelitian yang pernah dilakukan peneliti di Malaysia dengan sampel konsumen non-Muslim dari berbagai daerah di Malaysia. Tujuan skripsi adalah mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi konsumen non-Muslim dalam melakukan pembelian makanan kemasan berlogo halal. Data dikumpulkan melalui self-admistrated questionna. Responden penelitian adalah masyarakat non-Muslim yang pernah membeli makanan kemasan berlogo halal. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) menggunakan SmartPLS untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, halal logo dan halal marketing pada purchase intention dan purchase behavior. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya faktor subjective norm, halal logo dan halal marketing yang mempengaruhi purchase intention yang kemudian mempengaruhi purchase behavior. Sedangkan perceived behavioral control hanya mempengaruhi langsung purchase behavior.
ABSTRACT
This research is adopted from previous study conducted by Malaysian researcher using non-Muslim consumer sample from various regions in Malaysia. The objective of this research is to determine factors those affecting purchase behavior of non-Muslim consumers on halal packaged food. Data was collected from self-adminstrated questionnaire from non-Muslim consumers who have purchased halal packaged food. A Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) using SmartPLS is used to analyze the effect of attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, halal logo and halal marketing on purchase intention and purchase behavior. This research finds that only subjective norm, halal logo and halal marketing that affect purchase intention which later affects purchase behavior. Meanwhile perceived behavioral control only directly affects purchase behavior.

ABSTRACT
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah religiusitas, need for uniqueness, self-concept, brand image, word of mouth dan perceived quality merupakan faktor-faktor yang secara signifikan dan positif memengaruhi clothing interest terhadap pakaian muslimah syari, pengaruh dan arah hubungan dari clothing interest terhadap purchase intention pada pakaian muslimah syari, dan menentukan efek moderating dari price consciousness terhadap hubungan antara clothing interest dengan purchase intention terhadap pakaian muslimah syari. Data diperoleh dari kuesioner daring yang terdiri dari 324 responden wanita beragama Islam yang merupakan WNI berusia 17 tahun keatas. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS 22 dalam uji validitas dan reliabilitas data, dan LISREL 8.5.1 dalam analisis model pengukuran dan model struktural. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa religiusitas dan perceived quality memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap clothing interest pakaian muslimah syari, self-concept dan brand image berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap clothing interest pakaian muslimah syari, clothing interest berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention pakaian muslimah syari, dan price consciousness memiliki efek moderating yang positif dan signifikan terhadap dari clothing interest terhadap purchase intention pakaian muslimah syari.
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to determine whether religiosity, need for uniqueness, self-concept, brand image, word of mouth and perceived quality are determinants of clothing interest towards sharia moslema clothing positively and significantly. Therefore, this study will examine whether clothing interest has a positive and significant impact towards purchase intention of sharia moslema clothing, and whether price consciousness has a significant and positive moderating effect between clothing interest and purchase intention of sharia moslema clothing. Data obtained using online questionnaire with total data of 324 respondents which are Islamic women who are residents of Indonesia aged at least 17 years old. Data analysis is conducted using SPSS 22 for data analysis and LISREL 8.5.1 for measurement and structural model analysis. The results indicate that religiosity and perceived quality have a positive and significant impact towards clothing interest of sharia moslema clothing, self-concept and brand image have a negative and significant impact towards clothing interest of sharia moslema clothing and clothing interest has a positive and significant impact towards purchase intention of sharia moslema clothing. Finally, price consciousness has a positive and significant moderating effect between clothing interest and purchase intention of sharia moslema clothing.

Agama Islam telah mengajarkan umatnya untuk memerhatikan keadaan sesama, termasuk lingkungan. Semakin tinggi dan beragamnya permasalahan lingkungan membuat perspektif konsumen terkait kegiatan konsumsi menjadi berbeda. Hal ini mengubah konsumen untuk memiliki perilaku yang sadar lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor penentu perilaku eco-conscious konsumen muslim Indonesia dengan menggunakan Theory of Planned Behavior serta menganalisis teori yang telah terbukti untuk menyelidiki apakah attitude toward green products, subjective norm, dan perceived behavioral control dapat mendorong eco-conscious behavior konsumen muslim di Indonesia dengan menggabungkan intrinsic religious orientation, green trust, dan environmental concern sebagai variabel tambahan. Kemudian, penelitian ini juga menganalisis pengaruh variabel intrinsic religious orientation, green trust, dan environmental concern secara langsung terhadap eco-conscious behavior konsumen muslim dan menganalisis efek moderasi intrinsic religious orientation pada hubungan green trust terhadap attitude toward green products. Analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor apa saja yang mendukung perilaku eco-conscious konsumen muslim Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intrinsic religious orientation memengaruhi eco-conscious behavior konsumen muslim di Indonesia baik secara langsung ataupun secara tidak langsung melalui mediasi attitude toward green products. Begitupula dengan environmental concern yang memengaruhi eco-conscious behavior konsumen muslim di Indonesia baik secara langsung ataupun secara tidak langsung melalui mediasi subjective norm dan perceived behavioral control. Sedangkan, green trust hanya memengaruhi eco-conscious behavior konsumen muslim di Indonesia apabila melalui mediasi attitude toward green products dan tidak memiliki pengaruh secara langsung. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa tidak ditemukannya efek moderasi intrinsic religious orientation pada hubungan green trust terhadap attitude toward green products. ......Islam has taught its followers to be mindful of others, including to the environment. The increasing and more diverse environmental problems can change the consumer's perspective towards consumption. This shapes consumers to have ecologically conscious behavior. The purpose of this study is to analyze the determinants of eco-conscious behavior of Indonesian Muslim consumers by using the Theory of Planned Behavior, and also analyze a theory that has been proven to investigate whether attitude toward green products, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control can encourage eco-conscious consumer behaviour for Indonesian Muslim consumers with several additional variables, namely intrinsic religious orientation, green trust, and environmental concern. This study also analyze the influence of intrinsic religious orientation, green trust, and environmental concern to eco-conscious behavior of Indonesian Muslim directly, and moderating effect of intrinsic religious orientation on the relationship of green trust to attitude toward green products. The analysis used for this research is Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using SmartPLS software to analyze any factors that support the eco-conscious behavior of Indonesian Muslim consumers. The result showed that intrinsic religious orientation influence eco-conscious behavior of Indonesian Muslim directly and indirectly through attitude toward green products as mediator. It same goes with environmental concern that influence eco-conscious behavior of Indonesian Muslim directly and indirectly through subjective norm and perceived behavioral control as mediator. However, green trust influence eco-conscious behavior of Indonesian Muslim directly only and there was no mediator effect through attitude toward green products. The result also showed that there was no moderating effect of intrinsic religious orientation on the relationship of green trust to attitude toward green products.

Tingginya permintaan pangan halal memberikan peluang bagi produsen pangan halal khususnya di Indonesia untuk memperluas pasarnya baik di dalam negeri maupun luar negeri. Saat ini, halal tidak lagi didefinisikan sebagai kewajiban agama, tetapi dianggap sebagai standar pilihan bagi umat Islam dan non-Muslim di seluruh dunia, sehingga sangat potensial untuk menjangkau konsumen non-Muslim sebagai pasar baru makanan halal, termasuk makanan kemasan. Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi konsumen non muslim dalam pembelian kemasan makanan berlogo halal. Responden penelitian adalah masyarakat non muslim yang pernah membeli makanan kemasan berlogo halal di Jabodetabek. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan software Lisrel 8.8 untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor perseptual yang berhubungan dengan keselamatan, kesehatan, norma subyektif dan persepsi pengendalian perilaku terhadap sikap. Selain itu, peneliti juga menganalisis pengaruh faktor sikap, norma subyektif, persepsi pengendalian perilaku, sertifikasi halal dan faktor promosi pemasaran terhadap niat beli. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya faktor safety, health, dan perceived behavioral control yang mempengaruhi sikap, sedangkan faktor sikap, sertifikasi halal dan promosi pemasaran yang mempengaruhi niat membeli. ......The high demand for halal food provides opportunities for halal food producers, especially in Indonesia, to expand their market both domestically and abroad. Currently, halal is no longer defined as a religious obligation, but is considered the standard of choice for Muslims and non-Muslims around the world, so it has great potential to reach non-Muslim consumers as a new market for halal food, including packaged food. . The purpose of this final project is to determine the factors that influence non-Muslim consumers in purchasing food packaging with the halal logo. Research respondents are non-Muslim people who have bought packaged food with the halal logo in Jabodetabek. The analysis used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Lisrel 8.8 software to analyze the influence of perceptual factors related to safety, health, subjective norms and perceptions of behavior control on attitudes. In addition, researchers also analyzed the influence of attitudinal factors, subjective norms, perceptions of behavior control, halal certification and marketing promotion factors on purchase intention. The results showed that only safety, health, and perceived behavioral control factors influenced attitudes, while attitudes, halal certification and marketing promotion factors influenced purchase intentions.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh religiusitas terhadap perilaku berbelanja yang meliputi beberapa faktor, yaitu kesadaran atas kewajiban islam, kesadaran atas harga, kesadaran atas kualitas, kesadaran atas mode, kesadaran atas pembelian impulsif, dan kesenangan berbelanja, serta partisipasi olahraga, pendapatan, usia, dan jenis kelamin sebagai variabel kontrol. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berasal dari data primer yang didapatkan melalui proses survei secara online. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen muslim yang pernah atau sedang menggunakan produk pakaian olahraga dan berdomisi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan tipe convenience sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 195 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah factorial ANOVA dengan menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa religiusitas memiliki pengaruh secara umum terhadap perilaku berbelanja pakaian olahraga muslim, terutama pada faktor kesadaran atas kewajiban islam dan kesadaran mode. Kemudian dengan menambahkan variabel kontrol berupa pendapatan, maka religiusitas akan mempengaruhi perilaku berbelanja pakaian olahraga dari segi merek dan mode. ......This study aims to determine the effect of religiosity on shopping behavior which includes several factors, namely Islamic obligations conciousness, price conciousness, quality conciousness, fashion conciousness, impulsive shopping conciousness, and shopping enjoyment, as well as sports participation, income, age, and gender as an control variable. The type of data used in this study came from primary data obtained through the online survey process. Respondents in this study are Muslim consumers who have used or are currently using sports apparel products and are in Indonesia. This study uses a non probability sampling method with the type of convenience sampling with 195 respondents. The analytical method used is ANOVA factorial using the IBM SPSS 26 application. The results of this study indicate that religiosity has a general influence on shopping behavior of Muslim sportswear, especially on the Islamic obligations conciousness and fashion conciousness. Then by adding interaction factors, especially income, religiosity will influence the shopping behavior of sportswear in terms of brand conciousness and fashion conciousness.

Permasalahan lingkungan telah menjadi perhatian masyarakat dunia. Kini, terjadi perubahan gaya hidup untuk mengurangi efek negatif terhadap lingkungan akibat konsumsi masyarakat. Muncul berbagai gerakan pelestarian lingkungan, salah satunya dengan membeli kosmetik ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh altruistic value, biospheric value, dan hedonic value, serta mengetahui pengaruh mediasi pro-environmental belief dan personal norm terhadap green purchase behavior konsumen Indonesia dalam konteks pembelian kosmetik ramah lingkungan. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling menggunakan survei online terhadap pembeli dan pengguna kosmetik ramah lingkungan berusia minimal 17 tahun di Indonesia. Sebanyak 230 responden terkumpul dalam penelitian ini, kemudian data diolah menggunakan software Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Method (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data mendukung seluruh hipotesis, yaitu ketiga nilai tersebut berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pro-environmental belief, yang mendorong perasaan berkepentingan untuk memenuhi tanggung jawab untuk menghadapi permasalahan lingkungan (personal norm). Peran mediasi dari pro-environmental belief terhadap hubungan ketiga nilai tersebut dengan personal norm, serta peran mediasi personal norm terhadap hubungan pro-environmental belief dan green purchase behavior terbukti berpengaruh secara signifikan. Penelitian ini dapat bermanfaat untuk membantu manajer dalam merumuskan strategi dalam memasarkan produk kosmetik ramah lingkungan. ......Environmental issues that happened all over the world have earned public attention. There’s a change in consumer’s lifestyle that aims to reduce the negative effects on the environment created by their consumption. As the industry grows wider, the cosmetic industry continues to contribute to environmental damages. There are various movements to preserve the environment, one of them is by buying green cosmetics. This study aims to determine the effect of altruistic value, biospheric value, and hedonic value, as well as to determine the mediating effect of pro-environmental beliefs and personal norms on the green purchase behavior towards green cosmetics products in Indonesia. Purposive sampling with online survey technique was done on buyers and users of green cosmetics products with a minimum age of 17 years old. 230 respondents were collected and analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Method (PLS-SEM). The result revealed that altruistic, biospheric, and hedonic value have a significant effect on pro-environmental beliefs, which encourage feelings of interest in fulfilling responsibilities to deal with environmental problems (personal norms). The mediating role of pro-environmental belief on the relationship between these three values and personal norms, as well as the mediating role of personal norm on the relationship between pro-environmental belief and green purchase behavior proved to have a significant effect. This research hopefully can be useful to help managers in formulating strategies to market green cosmetic products.

ABSTRAK Perkembangan financial technology turut mendorong pertumbuhan pada sektor keuangan di Indonesia, ditandai dengan semakin maraknya perusahaan penyedia layanan peer to peer (P2P) lending termasuk yang menyediakan layanan berbasis syariah. Namun dibanding perusahaan penyedia layanan konvensional, peer to peer (P2P) lending syariah tumbuh cenderung lambat. Hal ini berkontradiksi dengan banyaknya pengguna potensial dari penduduk muslim di Indonesia, termasuk para generasi milenial muslim. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan teori The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) 2, penelitan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor berupa performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, price value, perceived risk, trust in platform, dan religiosity yang memengaruhi behavioral intention generasi milenial muslim dalam menggunakan P2P lending syariah. Hasil analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) menunjukkan bahwa performance expectancy, social influence, price value, religiosity dan trust in platform terhadap behavioral intention penggunaan P2P lending syariah ditemukan signifikan. Di sisi lain, faktor effort expectancy, facilitating condition, dan perceived risk terhadap behavioral intention tidak ditemukan signifikian. Selain itu, terdapat temuan bahwa terdapat perbedaan karakteristik dan signifikansi pada dua kelompok responden. Secara umum, tingkat pengetahuan generasi milenial muslim dikategorikan paham, namun hal ini belum diimbangi dengan penggunaan P2P lending itu sendiri serta masih terkonsentrasinya pengguna pada penduduk di Pulau Jawa.
ABSTRACT
Rapid development of financial technology has contributed to the growth of financial sector in Indonesia, as seen by the increasing number of peer to peer (P2P) lending providers, including those that provide sharia-based services. However, compared to conventional peer to peer (P2P) lending providers, Sharia peer (P2P) lending tends to grow more slowly. This condition contradicts with the fact that Indonesia has many potential users due to big number of Muslim population, including the millennial Muslim generations. By using The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) 2 as theoretical approach, this research aims to analyze factors which influences the behavioral intention of the millennial generation of Muslims in using sharia P2P lending, that consist of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, price value, perceived risk, trust in platform, and religiosity. The results based on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis showed that performance expectancy, social influence, price value, religiosity and trust in the platform on the behavioral intention of using sharia P2P lending were found to be significant. On the other hand, the effort expectancy, facilitating condition, and perceived risk factors on behavioral intention are not found to be significant. In addition, characteristic and significance difference were found among two group of respondents. In general, the level of knowledge of the millennials of Muslims is categorized as understand of P2P lending existence, but this has not been followed with P2P lending usage itself. As an addition, the users of this service were found to still concentrated on Java Island.

Indonesia adalah negara yang memiliki potensi pasar besar dalam industri makanan halal, sehingga menarik negara lain untuk masuk mengembangkan bisnis di Indonesia, termasuk makanan ringan asal Taiwan, khususnya Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks. Perkembangan Shihlin di Indonesia merupakan hal yang perlu disoroti konsumen, karena berkaitan dengan isu tidak halal dibeberapa titik kritis, seperti rantai pasokan, mulai dari pengadaan bahan baku (termasuk proses pemotongan hewan), penyimpanan, hingga pendistribusian. Oleh karena itu, Shihlin menjawabnya dengan sertifikasi halal Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) yang didapatkan pada 16 Januari 2020. Namun hal itu berpotensi menimbulkan peningkatan harga dan mempengaruhi willingness to pay. Penelitian ini merupakan replikasi penelitian Hosseini et al. (2019), yang bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi willingness to pay konsumen Muslim terhadap makanan ringan Taiwan di Indonesia dengan studi kasus Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks. Responden merupakan 326 Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI) Muslim yang berdomisili di wilayah Indonesia, kemudian data diolah menggunakan SPSS22 dan SmartPLS3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan animal slaughter, halal logo, price consciousness, food quality, dan religious commitment memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap willingness to pay konsumen Muslim pada produk Shihlin di Indonesia. ...... Indonesia is a country that has a large market potential in terms of the halal food industry, thus attracting other countries to develop businesses in Indonesia, including snacks from Taiwan, specifically Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks. The development of Shihlin in Indonesia is something that needs to be highlighted by consumers, because it is related to non halal issues at several critical points, such as the supply chains, starting from procurement of raw materials (including slaughtering processes), storage, to distribution. Therefore, Shihlin responded with halal certification from the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) obtained on January 16, 2020. However, this has the potential to increase prices and affect willingness to pay. This research is a replication of the research by Hosseini et al. (2019), which aims to analyze the factors that influence Muslim consumers' willingness to pay for Taiwanese snacks in Indonesia with case study of Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks. Respondents are 326 Muslim Indonesian Citizens domiciled in the territory of Indonesia, then data was processed using SPSS22 and SmartPLS3.0. The results of the study show animal slaughter, halal logos, price consciousness, food quality, and religious commitment have a positive influence on Muslim consumers' willingness to pay for Shihlin in Indonesia.

ABSTRAK
Perkembangan tren restoran Jepang merupakan hal penting dan perlu disoroti konsumen Indonesia yang merupakan negara dengan mayoritas penduduk muslim. Hal ini dikarenakan terdapat isu-isu seputar tidak halalnya makanan Jepang. Isu-isu terkait tidak halalnya makanan Jepang meliputi isu tentang proses penyembelihan hewan ternak dan penggunaan bumbu-bumbu masakan Jepang yang mengandung sake dan mirin. Penelitian ini membahas faktor-faktor (halal awareness, religious belief, knowledge, attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, halal certification, dan marketing of halal food) yang memengaruhi intensi pembelian terhadap restoran Jepang bersertifikat halal di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa religious belief, subjective norm, dan perceived behavioral control signifikan memengaruhi attitude terhadap restoran Jepang bersertifikat halal di Indonesia. Dari ketiga variabel yang memiliki pengaruh ke variabel attitude, variabel religious belief adalah variabel dengan pengaruh paling besar yaitu sekitar 55,5. Kemudian halal awareness, attitude, subjective norm, halal certification dan marketing of halal food signifikan memengaruhi purchase intention pada restoran Jepang bersertifikat halal di Indonesia. Dari lima variabel yang memiliki pengaruh ke variable purchase intention, variable attitude adalah variabel yang memiliki pengaruh paling besar yaitu sekitar 32,1.
ABSTRACT
The emergence of Japanese restaurants in Indonesia is a phenomenon that should be highlighted by Indonesian consumer. Since Indonesia is a muslim majority country, issues regarding Japanese restaurants questionable halalness must be taken seriously. The non-halal issues of Japanese food include the slaughtering process and the seasonings used that may contain sake and mirin. This study refers to previous research about factors affecting purchse intention on halal products in Pakistan. This study discusses the factors (halal awareness, religious belief, knowledge, attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, halal certification, marketing of halal food) that affect the intention of purchasing in halal Japanese restaurant in Indonesia. The results showed that religious beliefs, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control significantly affected the attitude towards halal Japanese restaurants in Indonesia. From those three variables, religious belief has the biggest influence on attitude, which is around 55,5. Furthermore, halal awareness, attitude, subjective norms, halal certification and marketing of halal food significantly influence the purchase intention toward halal Japanese restaurants in Indonesia. ABSTRACT
Tingginya tingkat persaingan antara penyedia e-wallet adalah salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi persaingan antara penyedia e-wallet. Persaingan harga adalah strategi penetapan harga yang terkait dengan peran negatif harga. Dalam studi sebelumnya, ditemukan bahwa peran negatif harga yang terdiri dari mavenisme harga, kesadaran nilai, kesadaran harga dan kecenderungan penjualan mempengaruhi perilaku pembelian impulsif. Meningkatnya perkembangan e-wallet juga mempengaruhi pola konsumsi generasi sekarang yang memiliki banyak kebutuhan untuk pengembangan teknologi dan digitalisasi termasuk e-wallet. Semakin banyak dompet elektronik adalah salah satu alat pembayaran tertinggi yang digunakan oleh generasi milenial. Perilaku pembelian impulsif yang bergerak dari emosi, perasaan, keinginan, dan rasionalitas dapat terjadi pada semua orang di latar belakang apa pun. Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui apakah harga mavenisme, kesadaran nilai, kesadaran harga, kecenderungan jual dan kecenderungan kupon dapat memengaruhi pembelian impulsif pada milenium sebagai pengguna e-wallet GO-PAY dan apakah tingkat religiusitas juga dapat memengaruhi perilaku pembelian impulsif ini. . Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna GO-PAY yang beragama Islam dan generasi milenial, total 338 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan mengolah data kuesioner yang memiliki skala Likert 1-6 menggunakan SPSS 22 dan Lisrel 8.80. Studi ini menemukan bahwa harga mavenisme dan kecenderungan penjualan mempengaruhi pembelian impulsif secara signifikan dan negatif. Sedangkan kesadaran nilai dan kesadaran harga mempengaruhi pembelian impulsif secara signifikan dan positif. Sedangkan kecenderungan kupon kupon dan religiusitas tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku pembelian impulsif.
ABSTRACT
The high level of competition between e-wallet providers is one of the factors affecting competition between e-wallet providers. Price competition is a pricing strategy that is related to the negative role of prices. In a previous study, it was found that the negative role of prices consisting of price mavenism, value awareness, price awareness and sales trends influence impulsive buying behavior. The increasing development of e-wallets also affects consumption patterns of the current generation that have many needs for technological development and digitalization including e-wallets. More and more electronic wallets are one of the highest payment instruments used by millennials. Impulsive buying behavior that moves from emotions, feelings, desires, and rationality can occur to anyone in any background. This study wants to find out whether the price of mavenism, value awareness, price awareness, selling tendencies and coupon tendencies can influence impulsive purchases in the millennium as a GO-PAY e-wallet user and whether the level of religiosity can also influence this impulsive buying behavior. . The sample used in this study was GO-PAY users who were Muslim and millennial generation, totaling 338 respondents. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by processing questionnaire data which has a 1-6 Likert scale using SPSS 22 and Lisrel 8.80. This study found that the price of mavenism and the tendency of sales affect impulsive purchases significantly and negatively. Whereas value awareness and price awareness affect impulsive purchases significantly and positively. While the tendency of coupons and religiosity coupons do not have a significant influence on impulsive buying behavior.
