"Pemetaan suhu perlu dilakukan pada saat gudang atau alat pendingin pertama kali digunakan. Selain itu, pemetaan suhu diperlukan secara berkala sesuai dengan kebijakn yang berlaku untuk pemastian efektivitas penyimpanan berada pada suhu yang dipersyaratkan sesuai dengan produk yang diperuntukkan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pemetaan suhu dengan prosedur yang sesuai untuk memastikan suhu pada mesin terutama chiller. Prosedur yang digunakan dalam metode ini mengikuti Protokol Pemetaan Suhu di PT Enseval Putra Megatrading. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa terdapat titik panas dengan total 365 kali pencatatan suhu ≥ 7°C dan tidak melewati suhu 8°C. Sementara itu, untuk titik terdingin tercatat 244 kali pencatatan suhu ≤ 3°C dan tidak kurang dari suhu 2°C.
