"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi pidato politik Presiden Palestina Mahmoud Abbas dalam Konferensi Tingkat Tinggi Organisasi Kerja sama Islam KTT OKI pada 13 Desember 2017 di Istanbul, Turki yang mengandung unsur semantik dan pragmatik. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada analisis relasi makna semantik serta tindak tutur ilokusi yang digunakan Presiden Mahmoud Abbas dalam pidato KTT OKI 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori relasi makna semantik, dan teori tindak tutur Searle 1979. Berdasarkan hasil analisis terhadap pidato tersebut, penulis berhasil mengidentifikasi 44 proposisi yang mengandung unsur semantik dan pragmatik yang sudah ditelaah. Dari hasil temuan tersebut, sebanyak 35 proposisi mengandung tindak tutur ilokusi dan mayoritas di antaranya tindak tutur ekspresif dengan 19 proposisi, serta yang paling sedikit adalah deklaratif dengan satu proposisi. Hal ini menunjukkan sebuah fakta bahwa Presiden Mahmoud Abbas dan bangsa Palestina hanya mampu mengekspresikan bentuk kecaman-kecaman dan ketidakmampuan bangsanya dalam menghadapi keputusan sepihak AS tersebut. Selain itu, sedikitnya tuturan deklaratif dalam pidato tersebut menunjukkan bahwa Palestina belum mampu mendeklarasikan dirinya sebagai bangsa yang merdeka atas penjajahan Israel.

ABSTRACTThe research is based on Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas 39 political speech at the Organization of Islamic Cooperation Summit on December 13, 2017 in Istanbul, Turkey containing semantic and pragmatic elements. This research focuses on the analysis of semantic meaning relation and the act of speech illocution used by President Mahmoud Abbas in speech of OKI 2017 Summit. This research uses qualitative method with descriptive approach. While the theory is used as a foundation in the theory of semantic relation and the theory of speech act Searle 1979. Based on a speech, the authors successfully identified 44 propositions containing semantic and pragmatic elements. From the findings, 35 propositions contained an act of illustrative speech and the majority of them were expressive speech acts with 19 propositions. This shows the fact that President Mahmoud Abbas and the Palestinians are only able to express the form of condemnation and the inability of their nation in facing the US unilateral decision. In addition, at least the declarative speech with a proposition indicates that Palestine has not been able to declare itself as an independent nation over the occupation of Israel. "

"Skripsi ini membahas isu lingkungan alam dan sosial yang terdapat di dalam teks lagu _L_Hymne de Nos Campagnes_ karya Tryo yang ditinjau dari analisis metrik, bunyi, sintaksis, semantik dan pragmatik. Hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan menampilkan berbagai isu atau pesan lingkungan alam dan sosial yang disampaikan oleh penyair dalam teks lagu ini, seperti pentingnya lingkungan alam, ketidakpedulian masyarakat terhadap isu lingkungan, serta kondisi lingkungan sosial HLM yang buruk. Melalui teks lagu ini, penyair mengajak pembaca atau pendengar untuk melakukan tindakan nyata guna mengatasi isu-isu lingkungan tersebut."
