"ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to analyze how the records management system used by the Deposit Acquisition and Processing Section of Library and Archives Pekanbaru. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation studies. Sample in this study is the Dynamic Archive inactive in Section Deposit Acquisition and Processing. The results of this study is: On the whole it can be said that the records management system used by officers in the archival processing Deposit Acquisition and Processing Section of Library and Archives Pekanbaru is good enough. This can be seen in the use of archival storage systems, maintenance records, destruction of records. Depreciation archives have not done the appropriate depreciation prosudur guidelines applicable record keeping. It means that depreciation archives conducted Deposit Acquisition and Processing Section of Library and Archives Pekanbaru City Records Retention Schedule not use."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi perspektif pengguna terhadap sistem pengelolaan arsip SUDION Uhamka. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif metode studi kasus. Lokasi penelitian bertempat di Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. Hamka pada lembaga yang paling aktif menggunakan SUDION. Informan dipilih berdasarkan orang yang bertanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan SUDION di setiap lembaga yang ada di Uhamka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan SUDION Uhamka secara sistem sudah diterapkan, namun dalam praktiknya belum berjalan maksimal sebagaimana tujuan pembuatannya, yaitu membantu dan memudahkan pimpinan dalam memberikan tanggapan terhadap surat yang akan disampaikan kepada unit atau pimpinan yang dituju dalam menghemat waktu pengerjaannya. Aplikasi SUDION Uhamka belum memenuhi semua fungsionalitas yang disyaratkan dalam ISO 16175. Dari total 198 butir fungsional yang tercantum dalam ISO 16175, hanya 45 butir yang dapat dipenuhi oleh aplikasi SUDION Uhamka. Masih banyak langkah perbaikan yang harus dilakukan, yaitu jaringan yang selalu error bahkan feedback yang lama dari pimpinan dalam menanggapi surat dalam sistem SUDION, mengingat disposisi online dapat meminimalisir waktu pengerjaan tanpa harus menunggu pimpinan maupun orang yang bersangkutan ada di tempat pekerjaan. Aplikasi yang kurang user friendly juga merupakan hambatan bagi pengguna aplikasi SUDION. Selain itu masih terdapat banyak fitur yang perlu dikembangkan.

This study aims to observe the user's perspective Uhamka archive management system, SUDION. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with a case study. This research was carried out at the institutions of University of Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. Hamka (Uhamka) which most actively use SUDION. Informants selected were managers of SUDION in every institution at Uhamka. The results show that the implementation of SUDION Uhamka is partially impractical. It was not able optimally to assist and facilitate the management to save time on responding to letters that will be submitted to the intended unit or leader. Only 45 items from the total 198 functional items listed in ISO 16175 were implemented by the SUDION Uhamka application. SUDION needs a lot of development, such as network issues and long feedback from management on responding letters in the SUDION system. The application that is not user-friendly is also an obstacle for users of SUDION. In addition, many application features can be developed."

"ABSTRAKSkripsi ini berfokus pada penerapan sistem otomasi manajemen rekod dalamrecordkeeping system berdasarkan persyaratan sistem manajemen rekod di SentralKhazanah Arsip Bank Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasisistem otomasi manajemen rekod apakah telah memenuhi persyaratan sistemmanajemen rekod. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakanmetode studi kasus. Adapun penerapan sistem otomasi manajemen rekod tersebutdilihat dari beberapa persyaratan sistem manajemen rekod berdasarkan teoriKennedy, yaitu persyaratan fungsional, persyaratan teknis, persyaratan integrasi,persyaratan pendukung pemakai, persyaratan untuk mengelola berbagai jenisrekod. Hasil dari penelitian ini merupakan evaluasi mengenai penerapan sistemotomasi manajemen rekod berdasarkan persyaratan sistem manajemen rekod.Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa sistem otomasi manajemen rekod belumdikembangkan dengan optimal sesuai dengan persyaratan yang ada.

ABSTRACTThis study focuses on discussion about the implementation an automated inactiverecords management system in recordkeeping system by records managementsystem requirements at Sentral Khazanah Arsip Bank Indonesia. The purpose ofthis research is to identify the implementation of automated inactive recordsmanagement system that was complied requirements of records managementsystem. This research applied qualitative research with case study method. Theimplementation of automated inactive records management system was analyzedbased on the Kennedy?s theory of records management system requirementswhich covers: functional requirements, technical requirements, integrationrequirements, user/operator support requirements, requirement to managedifferent record types. The result from this research is the evaluation ofimplementation an inactive records management system by records managementsystem requirements. The result of this research shows that the developmentautomated inactive records management system wasn?t yet optimal in accordancewith existing standards."
