ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini fokus untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi inisiatif tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (CSR) terhadap intensi pembelian produk baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Faktor yang mempengaruhi secara langsung diantaranya adalah kesadaran dan persepsi atas inisiatif CSR, sedangkan faktor yang mempengaruhi secara tidak langsung diantaranya adalah kepercayaan atas CSR, religiositas kepercayaan, religiositas komitmen dan praktik, serta belas kasih. Penelitian ini dilengkapi dengan studi kasus pada perusahaan XL Axiata yang telah berhasil memenangkan 2 penghargaan atas program CSR yang dilakukannya. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan 318 responden Muslim berusia 20-49 tahun yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan software SPSS dan Lisrel, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran dan persepsi atas inisiatif CSR yang dilakukan perusahaan XL Axiata tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan pada intensi pembelian produk layanan XL Axiata. Namun, kepercayaan atas CSR, religiositas komtimen dan praktik, serta belas kasih berhasil memediasi pengaruh dari persepsi CSR terhadap intensi pembelian produk layanan XL Axiata. Di sisi lain, religiositas kepercayaan tidak berhasil meningkatkan pengaruh dari persepsi CSR terhadap intensi pembelian produk layanan XL Axiata. 
ABSTRACT
The main focus of this research is to measure the factors affecting corporate social responsibility (CSR) towards purchase intention, either directly or indirectly. The direct factor is the awareness and perception of CSR, and the indirect factor is trust of CSR, religious belief, religious commitment and practice, and compassion. The research contains case study of XL Axiata in which they have won 2 awards for their CSR initiatives. This research collects 318 Muslim respondent around 20-49 years old across Indonesia to answer a questionnaire. Using SPSS and Lisrel software, the result of the research shows the awareness and perception of XL Axiatas CSR initiatives does not significantly impact the intention of a customer to acquire XL Axiata services. However, the trust of CSR, religious commitment and practice, and compassion managed play a mediation role on the effect of perceived CSR on the intention to purchase XL Axiata service products. On the other hand, religious belief does not succeed in increasing the influence of the perceived of CSR on the intention to purchase XL Axiata service products.

ABSTRACT
Customer Satisfaction is inevitable factor that must be considered by company. There are 2 (two) conditions that significant on telecommunication industry during 2011. First, Telecommunication and Transportation Industry had highest GDP growth compared to other service industries. This condition was challenged with telecommunication market environment with tight competitive environments among service provider which made telecommunication service as commodity from subscriber perspective. PT. XL Axiata Tbk, a challenger in Indonesia telecommunication industry, has passed 2011 with remarkable achievement. There might be customer satisfaction factor that involve to support this telecommunication company. As Service Company, one of customer satisfaction factor is good service quality, front line service which come from satisfied employees. To understand customer and employee satisfaction level, NPS can be an alternative tool to measure both satisfactions. Further steps will be conducted to provide significant factor that influence PT. XL Axiata customer and employee satisfaction. Based on analysis, several recommendations will be proposed to improve both satisfaction levels.

Skripsi ini mencoba membuktikan pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility CSR pendidikan terhadap citra perusahaan, dalam studi kasus CSR XL Future Leaders E-Learning terhadap XL Axiata. Penelitian menggunakan paradigma positivis dan pendekatan kuantitatif serta termasuk jenis penelitian asosiatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang dipakai survei dengan instrumen penelitian kuesioner yang dibagikan acak kepada 98 peserta CSR sebagai sampel penelitian. Metode analisa penelitian adalah regresi linear sederhana dan berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan varian dari elemen CSR XL Future Leaders E-Learning, yakni keberlanjutan, pertanggungjawaban dan keterbukaan program memberikan kontribusi pengaruh pada citra perusahaan. Namun terdapat perbedaan kecenderungan kadar pengaruh di antara varian dimensi CSR tersebut.
ABSTRACT The focus of this study is to prove the influence of educational Corporate Social Responsibility towards corporate image, in case of XL Future Leader E Learning towards XL Axiata. This associative study takes positivism paradigm and quantitative approach. Data collection method uses survey with questionnaire as research instrument, which is distributed randomly to 98 CSR participants. Research analysis method uses single linear and multiply regression. The results showed the variance between sustainability, accountability and transparency of XL Future Leaders E Learning as CSR is giving influence toward image bulding of XL Axiata with different levels and tendency of those three CSR dimensions.

Pertumbuhan internet yang pesat mendorong pasar m-payment. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang berperan dalam behavioral intention konsumen dalam mengadopsi m-payment, dengan studi kasus GO-PAY di Indonesia. GO-PAY sendiri adalah dompet virtual yang dapat digunakan untuk pembayaran transaksi dalam aplikasi GO-JEK. Penelitian ini menggunakan model konseptual yang mencakup unsur-unsur Technology Acceptance Model TAM dan teori difusi inovasi. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 167 responden yang telah menggunakan layanan yang disediakan oleh aplikasi GO-JEK tetapi belum pernah menggunakan GO-PAY dalam enam bulan terakhir, dan dianalisis menggunakan structural equation modeling. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kompatibilitas dan persepsi kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap behavioral intention konsumen untuk mengadopsi m-payment, namun dua komponen TAM ditemukan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan.
ABSTRACT
The rapid growth of internet help drives the mobile payment market. This research aims to understand the factors that play roles in consumer rsquo s behavioral intention in adopting mobile payment, with the case of GO PAY in Indonesia. GO PAY itself is a virtual wallet that can be used for payment of all transactions within the GO JEK mobile app. This research uses a conceptual model that includes elements of technology acceptance model TAM and innovation diffusion theory. Judgmental sampling was used with 167 respondents that have used services provided by the GO JEK application but never used GO PAY in the past six months and were analyzed using structural equation modeling. The results indicate that compatibility and perceived trust have positive effects towards consumer 39 s behavioral intention to adopt mobile payment GO PAY in Indonesia, but surprisingly two components of TAM found to be having no significant effect. Managerial implications are discussed as well as further research recommendations.
