"Tingginya tingkat persaingan di industri penerbangan saat ini mengakibatkan maskapai penerbangan harus berusaha untuk bisa tetap bertahan. Pemberian pelayanan yang berkualitas merupakan salah satu hal yang dapat menjadi daya saing bagi perusahaan maskapai penerbangan Indonesia untuk tetap dapat bersaing. Pramugari merupakan rekan strategis bagi perusahaan maskapai penerbangan karena merupakan pelaku utama dalam pemberian pelayanan yang berkualitas dan penanganan terhadap keluhan serta masalah penumpang secara efektif.
Pramugari berpotensi menghadapi stres dalam melakukan pekerjaannya yang dapat mengakibatkan perilaku kasar dalam melayani penumpang. Oleh sebab itu, perusahaan maskapai penerbangan harus dapat memotivasi pramugari untuk melakukan pekerjaannya dengan sukses. Salah satu hal yang dapat dilakukan oleh perusahaan adalah menerapkan high-performance work practices. Penerapan high-performance work practices di perusahaan diharapkan akan dapat meningkatkan career satisfaction dan work engagement yang selanjutnya akan mempengaruhi kinerja pramugari.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh high-performance work practices, terhadap job performance dan service recovery performance dengan career satisfaction dan work engagement sebagai mediasi menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online dan offline terhadap 180 pramugari maskapai penerbangan Indonesia.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa high-performance work practices memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap job performance dan service recovery performance. Hasil-hasil tersebut dibahas lebih jauh dalam penelitian ini.

The high level of competition in the aviation industry currently results in airlines having to try to survive. Providing quality services is one of the things that can be a competitiveness of Indonesian airline companies to remain competitive. Flight attendants are strategic partners for airlines because they are the main actors in providing quality services and handling passenger complaints and problems effectively.
Flight attendants have the potential to deal with stress in carrying out their work which can lead to abusive behavior in serving passengers. Therefore, airline companies must be able to motivate flight attendants to do their jobs successfully. One of the things that can be done by companies is implementing high-performance work practices. The implementation of high-performance work practices in the company is expected to be able to improve career satisfaction and work engagement which will further affect the performance of flight attendants.
This study aims to determine the effect of high-performance work practices, on job performance and recovery performance services with career satisfaction and work engagement as mediation using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires online and offline to 180 Indonesian airline flight attendants.
The results show that high-performance work practices have an indirect influence on job performance and service recovery performance. These results are discussed further in this study.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh high performance work practices terhadap job performance dan extra-role customer service dengan dimediasi oleh work engagement. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 188 karyawan frontline beberapa hotel bintang 4 dan 5 di Jakarta. Dengan menggunakan metode pengolahan data Structural Equation Modelling SEM.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa high performance work practice memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap work engagement. Kemudian work engagement ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap job performance. Selain itu, work engagement ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap extra-role customer service. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukan bahwa work engagement memediasi high performance work practice terhadap job performance dan extra-role customer service.

This study aims to determine the effect of high performance work practices on job performance and extra role customer service mediated by work engagement. Respondents in this study were 188 frontline hotel employees in Jakarta. By using the Structural Equation Modeling SEM.
The result showed that high performance work practices has positive and significant effect toward work engagement. Then work engagement is found to have positive and significant effect toward job performance. In addition, work engagement is found to have positive and significant effect toward extra role customer service. The result also discovers that work engagement was mediate the effect of high performance work practice on job performance and extra role customer service.

"Apoteker merupakan salah satu profesi bidang kesehatan yang memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam dunia pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat dan pekerjaan kefarmasian. Satu hal yang penting harus dilakukan adalah menjadi seorang apoteker profesional dengan berpartisipasi langsung dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian baik farmasi klinik maupun farmasi industri. Maka dari itu, sebagai calon apoteker kita diharuskan memiliki lebih banyak perbekalan dan pengalaman dalam menjalani praktik profesi sehingga dapat meningkatkan kompetensi sebelum memasuki dunia kerja. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di Apotek Atrika periode Agustus 2021 dan Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia periode September – Oktober 2021 dan PBF PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari Periode 01 November – 12 November Tahun 2021. Melalui proses PKPA farmasi klinis di apotek dan rumah sakit serta farmasi dalam aspek distribusi tersebut, sebagai calon apoteker diharapkan mampu melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian dengan berwawasan tinggi, memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman yang baik.

Pharmacists are one of the health professions that have a very important role in the world of public health services and pharmaceutical work. One important thing to do is to become a professional pharmacist by participating directly in the practice of pharmacy, both clinical pharmacy and industrial pharmacy. Therefore, as prospective pharmacists we are required to have more supplies and experience in carrying out professional practice so that we can increase competence before entering the world of work. Pharmacist Professional Work Practices held at Apotek Atrika for the period August 2021 and the University of Indonesia Hospital for the period September – October 2021 and PBF PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari Period 01 November – 12 November 2021. Through the clinical pharmacy PKPA process in pharmacies and hospitals as well as pharmacy in the distribution aspect, as prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to carry out pharmaceutical work with high insight, have good knowledge, skills, and experience."

"[ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi keinginan karyawan untuk tetap
tinggal di perusahaan menggunakan kerangka Theory of Planned Behavior.
Penelitian ini mengambil sampel di salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang
Engineering, Procurement, dan Construction, yaitu PT. Rekayasa Industri
(Rekind) dan melibatkan 273 responden (karyawan Rekind) yang masa kerjanya
di bawah 5 tahun dan mayoritas merupakan karyawan dengan usia di generasi Y.
Berdasarkan Theory of Planned Behavior, keinginan karyawan untuk tetap tinggal
di perusahaan dipengaruhi oleh sikap (attitude), norma subyektif (subjective
Norm), dan kontrol perilaku individu (Perceived Behavioral Control). Penulis
menambahkan satu variabel yang mempengaruhi keinginan karyawan untuk tetap
tiggal di perusahaan, yaitu kontrol praktik perusahaan (perceived organizational
work practices) yang terbagi menjadi dua praktik, diihat dari sisi financial dan
non financial. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian ini dilakukan dengan analisis regresi
berganda. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa sikap, norma subyektif, kontrol
perilaku individu, dan kontrol praktik perusahaan sisi finansial berpengaruh
positif dan nyata terhadap keinginan karyawan untuk tetap tinggal di perusahaan.
Sedangkan kontrol praktik perusahaan sisi non finansial berpengaruh negatif dan
nyata terhadap keinginan karyawan untuk tetap tinggal di perusahaan.

Rekayasa Industri (Rekind). The sample are under 5 years of service employees in
rekind which majority consist of Y Generation. Based on Theory of Planned
Behavior, attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control are affected
intention to stay. Perceived organizational work practices was included as one of
independent variable which is in previous study affected intention to stay. the
hypothesis testing was using Multiple Regression Analysis. The research conclude
that attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control and perceived
organizational work practices (financial) are positive affected intention to stay.
Perceived organizational work practices (non financial) is negative affected

"Penggunaan obat secara rasional sangat penting dalam mencapai layanan kesehatan yang berkualitas. Penggunaan obat yang tidak rasional dapat menyebabkan berbagai dampak negatif, seperti peningkatan angka kematian dan kesakitan akibat penyakit, timbulnya efek samping obat, biaya yang tinggi, dan resistensi bakteri terhadap antibiotik. Oleh karena itu, praktik Penggunaan Obat Rasional (POR) di Puskesmas diharapkan dapat membantu pasien menggunakan obat dengan efektif, efisien, dan aman. Kementerian Kesehatan RI menetapkan parameter Penggunaan Obat Rasional (POR) dengan mengacu pada prevalensi penyakit tertentu, seperti penyakit ISPA non-pneumonia dan diare non-spesifik. Parameter POR yang ditetapkan adalah batas penggunaan antibiotik untuk kasus ISPA dan diare adalah 20% dan 8%. Penggunaan antibiotik yang berlebihan terhadap kasus yang belum terkonfirmasi bakteri dapat meningkatkan resistensi antibiotik di masa depan. Hasil evaluasi penggunaan obat rasional di Puskesmas Kelurahan Kramat Jati 1 pada bulan April 2023 menghasilkan persentase penggunaan antibiotik untuk ISPA non-pneumonia dan diare non-spesifik masing- masing sebesar 5% dimana hasil ini memenuhi syarat keberterimaan penggunaan antibiotik <20% untuk ISPA non-pneumonia dan <8% untuk diare non spesifik.

The rational use of drugs is essential to achieve quality healthcare services. Irrational drug use can lead to various negative impacts, such as increased mortality and morbidity rates due to diseases, the emergence of drug side effects, high costs, and bacterial resistance to antibiotics. Therefore, the practice of Rational Drug Use (RDU) in Community Health Centers (Puskesmas) is expected to assist patients in using medications effectively, efficiently, and safely. The Indonesian Ministry of Health establishes parameters for Rational Drug Use (RDU) based on the prevalence of specific diseases, such as non-pneumonia acute respiratory infections (ISPA) and non-specific diarrhea. The set RDU parameters for ISPA and diarrhea cases are 20% and 8% of antibiotic use, respectively. Excessive antibiotic use for cases that have not been confirmed as bacterial infections can contribute to antibiotic resistance in the future. The evaluation result of rational drug use at Kelurahan Kramat Jati Community Health Care 1 in April 2023 shows that the percentage of antibiotic use for non-pneumonia ISPA and non-specific diarrhea is 5% each, meeting the acceptable criteria of antibiotic use <20% for non-pneumonia ISPA and <8% for non-specific diarrhea."
