Abstrak :
Education Consultant is a service business operations that can not be seperated from the need for effective marketing commumnications is expected to touch consumers and to stay connected with services that are intagible products. The success of the communication strategy refers to the values embodied in consumption value. Value products such covers functional values, social value, conditional value and epistemic value. Authors in this study wanted to know the forms of communication that have been run by tutoring in the area of Depok and determine the relationship between the consumption values that is owned by a decision selecting education consultant. Result of this study show that consumers education consultant SG,NF and GO have a basic consideration choosing a value based education consultant is emotional value and conditional value. Both values are positively related to the decision to choose education consultant. More consumers see that the emotional value that refers to a special feeling and also the conditional value refers to the situational factors at the time of election education consultant.

Untuk membangun hubungan pembeli-penjual (buyer-seller relationship) perlu diciptakan persepsi kualitas hubungan yang baik bagi kedua pihak. Dari sudut perspektif penjual, membangun persepsi kualitas hubungan yang baik di benak pelanggan sangat penting, agar pembeli tetap dalam hubungan. Dari persepsi hubungan yang baik dengan penjual, diharapkan terjadi pembelian ulang dari pelanggan yang ada dalam hubungan tersebut. Untuk mengukur kualitas hubungan tersebut, kepercayaan (trust) dan komitmen (commitment) adalah faktor yang konsisten bayak dipakai. Oleh karena itu dalam penelitian ini kepercayaan dan komitmen di sisi pembeli menjadi acuan untuk menilai keinginan mernbeli ulang. Dalam hubungan business-to-business, pembeli umumnya lebih rasional sebelum melakukan transaksi dibandingkan pembeli individu, oleh karena itu kualitas hubungan menjadi alat evaluasi bagi pembeli. Orientasi hubungan pembeli-penjual dalam industri secara moderat dipengaruhi budaya perusahaan. Budaya perusahaan berpengaruh pada bagaimana suatu hubungan dibentuk, dipelihara, dan tujuan dari hubungan tersebut yang akhirnya mempengaruhi bagaimana suatu perusahaan pembeli membuat keputusan panting untuk bertransaksi.

To build a buyer-seller relationship we have to create a good perception concerning the relationship quality in the both parties. From seller's perspective, this relationship quality perception is an important thing in order to keep the relationship benefits and value. These relationship quality perceptions will generate buyer's repurchase intention in the future. As measures of relationship quality, we use the concept of trust and commitment from buyer-seller perspective. In B-to-B relationship, buyers are normally more rational compare to the individual buyer. In order to maintain the buyer-seller relationship, buyer tends to use the relationship quality as their evaluation tools. The culture of the company moderately will influence the orientation of relationship between buyer - seller. It gives an influence in how the relationship form, maintenance and aim of relationship in the future which could influence decision-maker in company for making transaction. From this study, we found that company culture has a great influence to B-to-B relationship quality, shaping the relationship form and in making future transaction decisions.

Peran hakim dalam pengaplikasian hukum di masyarakat sangatlah berpengaruh. Hakim sebagai penegak hukum diharapkan dapat membawa hukum kedalam ranah yang lebih efektif dan efisien melalui putusannya. Peran hakim dalam pengaplikasian hukum di masyarakat sangatlah berpengaruh. Hakim sebagai penegak hukum diharapkan dapat membawa hukum kedalam ranah yang lebih efektif dan efisien melalui putusannya. Serta hakim harus dapat menjaga kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap pengadilan guna untuk menciptakan kondisi yang stabil. Akan tetapi, jika kedudukan hakim dalam pengadilan tidak memiliki kebebasan dan kemandirian dalam menginterpretasikan atau menafsirkan kasus hukum maka yang terjadi adalah hukum akan berjalan kurang efisien dan efektif. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukannya suatu pemikiran baru mengenai kedudukan hakim dalam pengadilan untuk menjadi lebih bebas dan mandiri, sebagai suatu solusi atas lambatnya perkembangan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berakibat pada keefisienan dan keefektifan hukum. Sehingga penelitian ini menawarkan pemikiran aliran realisme hukum sebagai bentuk respon atas keterlambatan perkembangan peraturan perundang-undangan, dan ketidakefesienan dan keefektifan hukum. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis kritis konseptual sebagai metode utamanya dengan pembacaan buku-buku atau teks-teks yang berkaitan dengan aliran realisme hukum. Melalui pembacaan teks-teks tersebut, aliran realisme hukum akan dikaji dan dikritisi kembali dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa kedudukan hakim memang miliki pengaruh besar terhadap perkembangan hukum, keefektifan dan keefesienan serta nilai putusan yang terbuka dan adil ......The role of the judge in the application of law in the community is very influential. Judges as law enforcers are expected to bring the law into a more effective and efficient domain through their decisions. And judges must be able to maintain public trust in the court in order to create stable conditions. However, if the judge 39 s position in the court does not have freedom in interpreting legal cases, what happens is that the law will run less efficiently and effectively. Therefore, a new thought is needed about the position of judges in the courts to become more free and independent, as a solution to the slow development of legislation that results in the efficiency and effectiveness of the law. So that this research offers the thought of the legal realism as a form of response to delays in the development of laws and regulations, and inefficiencies and ineffectiveness of the law. The method used is conceptual critical analysis as the main method with reading books or texts relating to the legal realism. Through reading these texts, the legal realism will be reviewed and criticized again and it can be concluded that the position of judges does have a major influence on the development of the law, effectiveness and efficiency and the value of decisions that are open and fair.
