"Puskesmas Kecamatan Duren Sawit merupakan salah satu puskesmas di bawah naungan suku dinas kota Jakarta Timur yang merupakan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan tingkat pertama menyelenggarakan upaya kesehatan pemeliharaan, peningkatan kesehatan (promotif), pencegahan penyakit (preventif), penyembuhan penyakit (kuratif), dan pemulihan kesehatan (rehabilitatif), yang dilaksanakan secara menyeluruh, terpadu, dan berkesinambungan.. Poliomyelitis adalah penyakit infeksi menular yang menyebabkan kelumpuhan syaraf disebabkan oleh polio virus, sebagian besar menyerang anak-anak di bawah usia 5 tahun. Polio hanya dapat dicegah dengan vaksin polio. Vaksin polio diberikan beberapa kali agar dapat melindungi seorang anak seumur hidup. Upaya promotif dan preventif penyakit polio dilakukan melalui media promosi kesehatan leaflet yang merupakan selebaran berisi informasi dan himbauan dengan gambar, warna, dan layout yang menarik. Metode yang digunakan yaitu studi literatur dan wawancara. untuk mendapatkan data dan informasi dengan kata kunci poliomyelitis, vaksin polio, imunisasi melalui jurnal penelitian, e-book, website WHO, website Kemenkes RI, dan peraturan pemerintah. Wawancara dilakukan secara langsung kepada apoteker penanggung jawab vaksin Puskesmas Kecamatan Duren Sawit. Hasil data yang diperoleh kemudian didesain sedemikian rupa yang menarik hingga menjadi leaflet menggunakan aplikasi desain online Canva. Leaflet tersebut dicantumkan scan QR-code dan dicetak yang kemudian dipasang pada akrilik mudah dijangkau pembaca baik masyarakat maupun tenaga kesehatan lain.

Puskesmas Kecamatan Duren Sawit is one of the health centers under the auspices of the East Jakarta city service tribe which is a first-level health service facility organizing health maintenance efforts, health promotion (promotive), disease prevention (preventive), disease healing (curative), and health recovery (rehabilitative), which is carried out in a comprehensive, integrated and sustainable manner. Poliomyelitis is a contagious infectious disease that causes paralysis of the nerves caused by the polio virus, mostly affecting children under 5 years of age. Polio can only be prevented by the polio vaccine. The polio vaccine is given several times to protect a child for life. Promotive and preventive efforts of polio disease are carried out through leaflet health promotion media which is a leaflet containing information and appeals with attractive images, colors, and layouts. The methods used were literature studies and interviews to obtain data and information with the keywords poliomyelitis, polio vaccine, immunization through research journals, e-books, WHO website, Ministry of Health website, and government regulations. Interviews were conducted directly to the pharmacist in charge of the vaccine at the Puskesmas of Duren Sawit District. The results of the data obtained were then designed in an attractive way to become a leaflet using the Canva online design application. The leaflet includes a QR-code scan and is printed which is then mounted on acrylic easily accessible to readers, both the community and other health workers."
