"Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena alih bahasa pada lagu yang banyak dilakukan oleh beberapa kalangan masyarakat. Dewasa ini, lagu-lagu campursari kembali populer bersamaan dengan meningkatnya popularitas seniman senior, yaitu Didik Prasetyo atau biasa dipanggil dengan nama Didi Kempot. Semakin populer sebuah lagu, semakin banyak pula orang yang berusaha untuk menyebarluaskan lagu tersebut salah satunya dengan melakukan alih bahasa yang kemudian diunggah ke laman sosial media. Penelitian ini membahas tentang hasil analisis alih bahasa berdasarkan teknik penerjemahan Newmark dan struktur gramatikalnya (pergeseran bentuk atau transposisi) pada lirik lagu campursari ke dalam bahasa Arab. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui metode yang paling banyak diterapkan oleh penerjemah dan jenis pergeseran bentuk (transposisi) apa saja yang paling banyak terjadi dalam proses penerjemahan ketiga lirik lagu. Selain itu, diharapkan penelitian ini dapat menjadi sumber informasi ilmu kebahasaan bagi masyarakat umum khususnya para akademisi yang bergerak di bidang kebahasaan. Setelah melakukan analis, dapat diketahui secara keseluruhan bahwa dalam proses penerjemahan lagu Bapak, Sewu Kutho, dan Tatu, penerjemah menggunakan enam metode penerjemahan Newmark dan empat jenis pergeseran bentuk (transposisi). Mayoritas metode yang digunakan adalah metode harfiah (literal method). Pergeseran bentuk (transposisi) yang paling sering terjadi adalah pergeseran bentuk otomatis atau wajib karena mengikuti kaidah bahasa. Dikarenakan metode yang paling sering digunakan adalah metode harfiah (literal method), membuat lagu-lagu campursari ciptaan Didi Kempot mudah diterima dan dipahami oleh masyarakat dari semua kalangan. Masyarakat tidak membutuhkan interpretasi lebih untuk memahami setiap lirik lagunya

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of language transfer in songs that are widely performed by some circles of society. Nowdays, campursari songs are popular again, along with the increasing popularity of senior artists Didik Prasetyo or commonly know as Didi Kempot. The more popular a song is, the more people try to disseminate the song, one of them is to transfer the language and upload to social media. This research will discuss the results of language transfer analysis based on Newmark translation techniques and its grammatical structure (transposition) on campursari song lyrics into Arabic. The main purpose of this study is to find out what methods used the most by translators and what kind of shape change (transposition) occurred the most in the process of translating all three song lyrics. In addition, it is expected that this research can be a source of linguistic information for the general public, especially for linguists. After analyzing, it can be found that in the process of songs translation entitled: Bapak, Sewu Kutho, and Tatu, translators used six Newmark translation methods and four types of shape shifts (transposition). The majority of method used is literal method. The most common shape shift (transposition) is automatic or mandatory form shifting because it follows language rules. Because the most commonly used method is the literal method, it makes songs campursari created by Didi Kempot are easily accepted and understood by people from all circles. People don't need more interpretation for understanding every lyric of songs."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk terjemahan metafora bahasa Jepang ke dalam bahasa Indonesia dan mengungkapkan perpadanan metafora bahasa sumber dengan unsur bahasa sasaran melalui prosedur penerjemahan berupa pergeseran baik berupa transposisi maupun modulasi. Analisis penerjemahan metafora dalam Tsu ke dalam Tsa dilakukan dalam dua tahap. Pada tahap awal telah dikumpulkan data dari sumber data yang berupa novel dan terjemahannya. Data seluruhnya dikumpulkan dari Novel Yukiguni karya Kawabata Yasunari dan terjemahannya Daerah Salju oleh Ajip Rosidi.
Data tersebut diperoleh dengan mengenali unsur kebahasaan yang tak berterima secara harfiah dan dengan menggunakan teori pembandingan. Ditemukan unsur kebahasaan yang diidentifikasi sebagai metafora. Setelah itu, metafora dalam Tsu dikelompokkan berdasarkan tipe pembandingan yang membentuknya. Sebagian besar metafora bahasa sumber dan terjemahannya memiliki tipe pembandingan tak penuh dan citra yang sama. Jumlah terjemahan dalam bentuk metafora tipe pembandingan penuh dengan citra yang sama adalah 10 (19,23%), tipe pembandingan tak penuh dengan citra sama adalah 35 (67,31%) serta tipe pembandingan tak penuh dengan citra yang berbeda sejumlah 7 (13,46%). Jumlah terjemahan dalam bentuk simile dengan pembandingan tak penuh sebanyak 6 (40%), dalam bentuk non figuratif dengan pembandingan penuh sebanyak 1 (6,67%) dan pembandingan tak penuh sebanyak 8 (53,33%).
Berdasarkan analisis terhadap penerjemahan metafora Tsu ke dalam Tsa, disimpulkan bahwa prosedur penerjemahan yang sangat berpengaruh pada pencapaian kesepadanan dinamis dalam penerjemahan sebuah metafora adalah prosedur modulasi dan transposisi. Pergeseran sudut pandang terjadi pada citra metafora tersebut, sedangkan eksplisitasi terjadi pada titik kemiripannya. Pergeseran bentuk diperlukan untuk menghasilkan terjemahan yang wajar dalam bahasa sasaran.
Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa sebagian besar metafora Jepang dan terjemahannya berbentuk tipe pembandingan tak penuh. Hal ini sesuai dengan hipotesis Quintilian yang menyatakan tipe pembandingan tak penuh adalah versi yang paling baik dari teori pembandingan. Dan segi terjemahan telah tercapai kesepadanan dinamis dalam penerjemahan metafora Jepang ke dalam bahasa Indonesia. Amanat yang terdapat dalam metafora bahasa Jepang dapat tersampaikan dalam bahasa sasaran."

"ABSTRACT
This thesis tries to describe the transposition from adjectives to verbs and vice versa in standard Javanese.In this case, each of the major word-classes (substantive, verb, adjective) is determined primarily and accordingly to a set of its morphological features which differ in the whole aspects from the others. Except for those features, a set of its syntactical valences are also identified. Adjectives and verbs in Javanese are two different word-classes. Each of them is a word-class system which covers a set of morphological categories-i.e. a series of words with identical formal features corresponding to identical semantic features which differ in the whole aspects from each other.
The verbal system is divided into two classes (class I and class II). Morphologically, class I is characterized by di-D category (passive) which is in contrast with N-D category (active-transitive), whereas class II isn't, although it has N-D category (intransitive). Structurally, there are some important differences between the two classes caused by this principal difference. Each of the classes is also separated into two parts (part A and part B). Morphologically, part B is characterized by two specific categories: maq-D 'to do D suddenly' and patin-D ?plural subject involved to do something varies in rhythm and intensities?, and semantically is characterized by "emotive-expressive" or "onomatopoeic" semantic values, whereas part A isn?t. The object being studied in this thesis is the verbal morphological proceeds whether productive or improductive which transpose adjectives in monomorphemic category into verbs (or maybe called "deadjectival, verbal categories") and the adjectival morphological procedes which transpose verbs into adjectives (or maybe called "deverbal, adjectival categories") Based on the data, we know that the great parts of the monomorphemic adjectives can be transposed into verbs class II A (none into class II B) and only some of them can be transposed into class I A (none into class I B). Most of the transpositional categories in verb II A are productive; their formal forms: N-D-i, N-D-ake; ke-D-an; di-D-i, di-D-ake; ka-D-an, ka-D-ake; -in-D-an, -in-D-ake; taq-D-i, taq-D-ake; taq-D-ane, taq-D-ne; koq-D-i, koq-D-ake; D-ana, D-na; D-I?, _D-ke?, D-in-D-an, D-in-D-ake; D-D--an; but there are some other categories which are improductive. On the other hand, all of the transpositional categories in verb I A are improductive. There are only three procedes of adjectives (-an, ke-en, -em-//-um-) which transpose verbs into adjectives. All of the transpositional categories of adjective are improductive. In this thesis, we also know that a certain word-class system is not totally transposed into the other."

"Translation is the activity of transferring the meaning of the source language into the target language. Transferring is done by going from the form of the source language into the form of the target language by way of semantic structure. It is the meaning which is being transferred and must held constant, but it is the form which is changed.
One of the translation activities is to translate the modal expressions of English into Indonesian. The meaning which is carried in the modal expressions of English is transferred into Indonesian. The meaning should be constant. The form may change.
Analyzing translation concentrates on the textual equivalent and formal correspondence. If the translation is not equivalent and does not correspond formally and is equivalent but does not correspond formally, there will be shifts. Shifts are the result of translation procedures: transposition and modulation. Transposition will make grammatical shifts such as unit, word-class, structure and intra-system, and modulation will make semantic shills such as point of view and scope of meaning.
Modality is the speaker's attitude toward the proposition of his utterance and the event of proposition which is ex-pressed in lexical forms such as words, phrases, or clauses. One of the modalities is epistemic which consists of epistemic possibility and epistemic necessity. Epistemic possibility is expressed in lexical forms such as may, can, perhaps, maybe, it is possible that (English), and mungkin, barangkali, bisa-jadi(Indonesian). Epistemic necessity is expressed in lexical forms such must, should, it is necessary that (English), and harus, mesti, tentu saja, saya yakin (Indonesian). Deontic is another modality. It contains of obligation and permission. Obligation is expressed in lexical forms such as must, should (English), and wajib, mesti, jangan (Indonesian). Permission is expressed in lexical forms such as might, can, could (English), and boleh, dapat, bisa (Indonesian). The other modality is dynamic, that is ability. It is expressed in lexical forms such as can, could, be able to, be capable of (Englsih), and bisa, dapat, ma?npu, sanggup (indonesian).
In translation of English modal expressions which are in The Old Man and the Sea into Lelaki Tua darn Laut, there are some problems. The ones that are found are the differences of unit and word-class of modal expressions, and subcategory of modality. The differences of unit and word-classes will make grammatical shifts unit and word-class shifts, and those of subcategory will make semantic shifts: shifts of point of view and shifts of scope of meaning.
The differences of unit between source text and target text cause unit shifts. For example, can as word is translated into boleh jadi as phrase. In other case, the unit differences will also cause semantic shifts : shift of scope of meaning and shift of point of view. Can mean 'bisa' whose scope of meaning is broader than masih bisa because bisa is emphasized by masih. Must which means 'kepastian' is translated into akan masih which means 'Keteramalan'. Kepastian and keteramalan have different point of view.
The shifts which occur in translation The Old Man and the Sea into Lelaki Tua dan Laut can be caused by the different systems of English and Indonesian or by the translator. From the number of shifts which are found, especially those which are caused by translator can be concluded that the translation of modal expressions in The Old Man and the Sea into Lelaki Tua dan Laut is not good enough."

"Latar belakang: Arterial Switch Operation (ASO) merupakan prosedur utama pada Transposition Intact Ventricular Septum (TGA-IVS). TGA-IVS kehadiran terlambat (usia ≥30 hari) mempengaruhi kesintasan pascaprosedur ASO dan umum ditemukan di negara berkembang, termasuk Indonesia. Semakin besar usia pada populasi penyakit jantung kongenital, terutama TGA-IVS, umumnya disertai status gizi kurang. Hubungan antara status gizi terhadap kesintasan pascaprosedur ASO pada TGA-IVS kehadiran terlambat belum diketahui Metodologi: Penelitian studi potong lintang berdasarkan data sekunder dari rekam medis pada pasien TGA-IVS≥ 30 hari yang menjalani operasi ASO periode 2015-2021.Variabel utama yang dinilai adalah status gizi berdasarkan kurva status gizi WHO 2006 Variabel yang ikut dinilai antara lain usia, jenis kelamin, anomali koroner, pola anomali, jenis ASO, lama penggunaan mesin jantung paru, dan penggunaan klem silang aorta terhadap mortalitas pascaprosedur ASO. Hasil: Terdapat 89 anak dengan kehadiran terlambat; 68,53% memiliki status gizi kurang/buruk. Karakteristik pasien TGA-IVS kehadiran terlambat adalah laki-laki (67,2-67,9%), tidak memiliki anomali koroner dan memiliki pola anomali koroner normal (67,2-78,6%) dan menjalani ASO primer (67,9-68,9%). Status gizi kurang/buruk tidak memiliki hubungan terhadap risiko kemation pascaprosedur ASO (OR: 2,41, P:0,661) dibandingkan status gizi cukup. Lama mesin jantung paru merupakan prediktor mortalitas independen (p = 0,031) Kesimpulan: Status gizi rendah tidak memilki hubungan terhadap mortalitas pascaprosedur ASO pada TGA-IVS kehadiran terlambat.

Background: Arterial Switch Operation (ASO) is the main procedure for Transposition of with Intact Ventricular Septum (TGA-IVS). Late presenter TGA-IVS (age ≥30 days) has lower postoperative ASO survival and commonly found in developing country, including Indonesia. Older age in congenital heart disease, including TGA-IVS, associated with poor nutritional status. The correlation between nutritional status and mortality post ASO in late presenter TGA-IVS remains unknown. Method: a cross sectional study based on secondary data based on medical record of late presenter TGA-IVS who undergoned ASO in 2015-202. The main measured variable is nutritional status based on WHO 2006 nutritional status curves. Other measured variables are age at intervention, gender, coronary anomaly, coronary patterns, ASO types, cardiopulmonary bypass time, aortic crosss-clamp time and hospital mortality post ASO Result: 89 children identified as late presenter TGA-IVS; 68,53% with poor nutritional status. The late presenter TGA-IVS characteristics are male (67,2-67,9%), normal coronary anatomy and pattern (67,2-78,6%), and mostly underwent primary ASO (67,9-68,9%). Poor nutritional status has no correlation (OR: 2,41, P:0,661) with mortality outcome post ASO if compared with normal nutritional status. CPB time is an independent risk factor for mortality (p = 0,031). Conclusion: No correlation between poor nutritional status with mortality outcomes post ASO procedure in late presenter TGA-IVS"

"Penelitian ini membahas prosedur penerjemahan transposisi dan modulasi dalam serial TV Jerman Biohackers ke dalam bahasa Indonesia dan bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi bagaimana transposisi dan modulasi digunakan dalam hasil terjemahan takarir, serta alasan terjadinya pergeseran dalam hasil terjemahan takarir. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif yang mempertimbangkan karakteristik penerjemahan teks lisan seperti takarir. Analisis ini dilakukan berdasarkan teori prosedur penerjemahan transposisi dari Catford (1965) dan prosedur penerjemahan modulasi dari Vinay dan Darbelnet (1965). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat sebanyak 27 prosedur penerjemahan transposisi dan modulasi. Sebagian besar data yang ditemukan adalah transposisi sebanyak 21 data, sedangkan modulasi hanya enam data. Terjadinya pergeseran dalam hasil terjemahan takarir disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, antara lain perbedaan struktur dan tata bahasa antara bahasa Jerman dan bahasa Indonesia. Selain itu, pemilihan kata dan struktur kalimat yang sesuai harus dipilih oleh penerjemah, serta sudut pandang dan interpretasi makna juga memainkan peran penting agar mudah dipahami oleh penonton dalam bahasa sasaran (BSa).
This study examines the procedures of transposition and modulation in translating the German TV series Biohackers into Indonesian. The research aims to analyze and identify how transposition and modulation are utilized in the translated subtitles, as well as the reasons for shifts in the translated subtitles. A qualitative research method is employed, considering the characteristics of translating spoken text such as subtitles. This analysis is based on Catford's (1965) theory of transposition procedures and Vinay and Darbelnet's (1965) modulation procedures. The findings reveal 27 instances of transposition and modulation translation procedures. The majority of the data are transpositions, with 21 cases, while modulation accounts for only six cases. Shifts in the translated subtitles are caused by several factors, including the differences in structure and grammar between German and Indonesian. Additionally, the translator's choice of appropriate words and sentence structures, as well as the perspective and interpretation of meaning, play crucial roles in ensuring the translation is easily understood by the audience in the target language (TL)."

"Transposition of Great Arteries (TGA) adalah kelainan penyakit jantung bawaan sianotik kedua yang paling sering ditemukan. Tatalaksana definitif saat ini adalah Arterial Switch Operation (ASO). Angka mortalitas pasca ASO di negara maju cukup rendah, sementara di negara berkembang sekitar 15%. Pada TGA Intact Ventricular Septum (TGA IVS), sebaiknya ASO dilakukan ≤ 3 minggu. Sedangkan, di negara berkembang, karena berbagai hal multifaktorial, ASO sering dilakukan saat usia > 3 minggu. Pengaruh usia saat operasi > 3 minggu terhadap kelangsungan hidup jangka panjang sampai saat ini masih kontroversial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh usia saat operasi > 3 minggu terhadap kelangsungan hidup 10 tahun pasien TGA yang menjalani operasi ASO. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kohort retrospekstif yang dilakukan pada pasien TGA IVS yang keluar hidup setelah operasi ASO selama periode Januari 2008-Desember 2018. Pasien kemudian dilakukan follow up untuk mengetahui kondisi hidup dan meninggal. Analisis waktu terjadinya event ditentukan berdasarkan titik awal dan titik akhir penelitian. 71,9 % pasien menjalani operasi ASO > 3 minggu. Angka kelangsungan hidup 10 tahun keseluruhan pasien pasca operasi Arterial Switch Operation sebesar 90%. Walaupun mean survival time kelompok usia operasi ≤ 3 minggu lebih panjang dibandingkan dengan kelompok usia operasi > 3 minggu (113 bulan vs 107 bulan), tetapi secara statistik tidak berbeda bermakna. Usia saat operasi > 3 minggu mempunyai risiko meningkatkan risiko kematian sebesar HR 0,49 (IK95% 0,11-2,27; p=0.86).

Transposition of Great Arteries (TGA) is the second most common found cyanotic congenital heart disease. The current definitive management is Arterial Switch Operation (ASO). Early and long term mortality rates after ASO in developed countries are quite low, while in developing countries the number is around 15%. In TGA Intact Ventricular Septum (TGA IVS), ASO should be done in ≤ 3 weeks. However, in developing countries, due to various multifactorial causes, it is often being done at the age of > 3 weeks. The effect of age at surgery > 3 weeks on long-term survival is still controversial. This study aims to determine the effect of age at surgery and other factors on the 10-year survival of patients after ASO. A retrospective cohort study was done on TGA IVS patients that survived ASO surgery during the period of January 2008-December 2018. Patients were being followed up to find out if they are still alive. Analysis of the time to evaluate the event is determined based on the starting point and end point of the study. 71,9% patients underwent ASO surgery > 3 weeks. The overall 10-year survival rate of patients after Arterial Switch Operation is 90%. Even though the mean survival time of the operating age group ≤ 3 weeks is longer than the operation age group > 3 weeks (113 months vs 107 months), but it is not statistically significant. Age at surgery > 3 weeks had a risk of increasing the risk of death by HR 0,49 (IK95% 0,11-2,27; p=0.86).

"Odd-even-transposition adalah suatu algoritma paralel yang merupakan pengembangan dari algoritma sekuensial ―bubble sort‖. Algoritma odd-even-transposition ini didesain khusus untuk model jaringan array linier (homogen). Untuk n elemen data, kompleksitas waktu dari algoritma bubble sort adalah O(n2), sedangkan pada odd-even-transposition yang bekerja di atas n prosesor adalah (n). Ada peningkatan kecepatan waktu pada kinerja algoritma paralel ini sebesar n kali dibanding algoritma sekuensialnya. Hypercube dimensi k adalah model jaringan non-linier (non-homogen) terdiri dari n = 2k prosesor, di mana setiap prosesor berderajat k. Model jaringan Fibonacci cube dan extended Lucas cube masing-masing merupakan model subjaringan hypercube dengan jumlah prosesor < 2k prosesor dan maksimum derajat prosesornya adalah k. Pada paper ini, diperlihatkan bagaimana algoritma odd-even-transposition dapat dijalankan juga pada model jaringan komputer cluster non-linier hypercube, Fibonacci cube, dan extended Lucas cube dengan kompleksitas waktu O(n).
Odd-even-transposition is a parallel algorithm which is the development of sequential algorithm ―bubble sort‖. Odd-even transposition algorithm is specially designed for linear array network model (homogeneous). For n data elements, the time complexity of bubble sort algorithm is O(n2), while the odd-even-transposition that works with n processor is (n). There in an increase in the speed of time on the performance of this parallel algorithms for n times than its sequential algorithm. K-dimensional hypercube is a non-linear network model (non-homogeneous) consists of n = 2k processors, where each processor has k degree . Network model of Fibonacci cube and extended Lucas cube are the hypercube sub-network model with the number of processors <2k processors and maximum processor degree is k. In this paper, it is shown how the odd-even-transposition algorithm can also be run on non-linear hypercube cluster, Fibonacci cube, and extended Lucas cube computer network model with time complexity O(n)."

Terdapat mortalitas tinggi yaitu 9% dibandingkan dengan mortalitas yang pernah dilaporkan sebelumnya yaitu 5%. Telah banyak penelitian yang memperlihatkan faktor risiko yang memengaruhi keluaran ASO primer pada TGA IVS late presenter, tetapi belum terdapat penelitian yang melaporkan keluaran prosedur tersebut di Indonesia. Jumlah kasus yang banyak di Indonesia dan tingkat mortalitas operasi yang masih tinggi menjadi alasan untuk mencari faktor risiko yang memengaruhi keluaran tersebut. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kohort retrospektif yang melibatkan pasien TGA-IVS late presenter yang menjalani ASO primer pada tahun 2015-2022 di Rumah Sakit Pusat Jantung Nasional Harapan Kita (RSPJNHK). Variabel yang dinilai meliputi faktor praoperasi seperti usia, indeks massa ventrikel kiri, diameter dinding posterior ventrikel kiri serta faktor intraoperasi seperti lama penggunaan CPB dan klem silang aorta. Analisis bivariat dan multivariat dilakukan untuk menilai hubungan faktor risiko tersebut dengan kejadian mortalitas dini. adjusted Odds Ratio (aOR) dinilai untuk mengidentifikasi seberapa besar pengaruh faktor risiko tersebut apabila faktor lain disamakan (adjusted) Hasil: Terdapat 88 subjek yang diikutsertakan dalam penelitian ini. Median usia subjek adalah 7,2 (4-365) minggu. Kejadian morbiditas dini dialami oleh 11,7% subjek. Indeks massa ventrikel kiri merupakan faktor risiko independen yang memengaruhi keluaran mortalitas dini pasien TGA IVS late presenter yang menjalani ASO primer dengan nilai p = 0,003 serta aOR 14,02 (2,4-83,8). Lama penggunaan klem silang aorta dan mesin CPB memengaruhi keluaran mortalitas dini dengan nilai p 0,035 dan 0,011. Usia dan diameter dinding posterior ventrikel kiri tidak memengaruhi keluaran mortalitas dini pasien TGA IVS late presenter yang menjalani ASO primer. Kesimpulan: Indeks massa ventrikel kiri merupakan faktor independen yang memengaruhi mortalitas dini pada pasien TGA-IVS late presenter yang dilakukan ASO primer. Sedangkan lama penggunaan klem silang aorta dan lama penggunaan mesin CPB menjadi faktor risiko yang memengaruhi mortalitas dini untuk ASO primer pada Transposition Great Arteries–Intact Ventricular Septum late presenter.

Background: The Pediatric Cardiac Surgery database of RSPJNHK showed that there were 133 TGA-IVS patients who underwent primary ASO. There was a high mortality rate of 9% compared to the previously reported mortality rate of 5%. There have been many studies showing risk factors affecting the outcome of primary ASO in TGA IVS late presenters, but there are no studies reporting the outcomes of the procedure in Indonesia. The large number of cases in Indonesia and the high operative mortality rate are the reasons to search for risk factors affecting the outcomes. Methods: This study was a retrospective cohort study involving the Primary Arterial Switch Operation for Late Presentation of Transposition of the Great Arteries With Intact Ventricular Septum between 2015 and 2022 at Harapan Kita National Heart Center Hospital (RSPJNHK). The variables assessed included preoperative factors such as age, left ventricular mass index, and left ventricular posterior wall diameter, and intraoperative factors like the duration of CPB use and aortic cross-clamp time. Bivariate and multivariate analyses were conducted to evaluate the association of these risk factors with the incidence of early mortality. The adjusted Odds Ratio (aOR) was calculated to determine the extent of influence these risk factors had when other variables were controlled for. Results: A total of 88 subjects were included in this study. The median age of the subjects was 7.2 (4-365) weeks. Early morbidity events were experienced by 11.7% of subjects. Left ventricular mass index was an independent risk factor affecting early mortality outcomes of late presenter TGA IVS patients undergoing primary ASO with a p value = 0.003 and aOR 14.02 (2.4-83.8). Length of use of aortic cross clamp and CPB machine influenced early mortality outcomes with p values of 0.035 and 0.011. Age and left ventricular posterior wall diameter did not affect early mortality outcomes of late presenter TGA IVS patients undergoing primary ASO. Conclusion: Left ventricular mass index, is an independent risk factor that affect early mortality of patient with TGA-IVS late presenter underwent primary ASO. While duration of aortic cross clamp use, and duration of CPB machine use are risk factors that affect early mortality of the Primary Arterial Switch Operation for Late Presentation of Transposition of the Great Arteries With Intact Ventricular Septum."
