"Pertumbuhan pesat dalam transportasi maritim telah berdampak signifikan pada kualitas udara akibat emisi dari kapal. Skripsi ini berfokus pada pengembangan sistem pemantauan emisi kapal di Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok menggunakan data Automatic Identification System (AIS). Sistem ini bertujuan untuk memantau dan menganalisis emisi kapal untuk memberikan wawasan yang dapat ditindaklanjuti untuk mengurangi dampak lingkungan. Dengan mengintegrasikan berbagai teknik pemrosesan data, termasuk pre-processing data AIS, basis data, perhitungan waktu berlayar, kecepatan berlayar, dan emisi kapal menggunakan model STEAM, penelitian ini menawarkan pendekatan komprehensif untuk pemantauan emisi. Sistem ini menggunakan pemrograman Python dan kerangka kerja Django untuk membuat dasbor berbasis web yang interaktif, meningkatkan kemampuan pengambilan keputusan otoritas pelabuhan dan pemangku kepentingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan potensi sistem dalam memantau emisi secara efektif, mendorong operasi maritim yang berkelanjutan.
The rapid growth in maritime transportation has significantly impacted air quality due to emissions from ships. This thesis focuses on developing a ship emission monitoring system at the Port of Tanjung Priok using Automatic Identification System (AIS) data. The system aims to monitor and analyze emissions from ships to provide actionable insights for reducing environmental impacts. By integrating various data processing techniques, including pre-processing AIS data, calculating sailing times, sailing speeds, and ship emissions using the STEAM model, this study offers a comprehensive approach to emission monitoring. The system utilizes Python programming and Django framework to create an interactive web-based dashboard, enhancing the decision-making capabilities of port authorities and stakeholders. The results demonstrate the system's potential in effectively monitoring emissions, promoting sustainable maritime operations."

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini membahas mengenai proses pengiriman bahan bakar minyak yang dilakukan oleh ABC Carrier. Masalah pengiriman bahan bakar minyak ini dikaji karena masih terdapat beberapa permasalahan dalam proses pengiriman bahan bakar minyak yang menghambat jaringan rantai pasokan bahan bakar minyak di Indonesia. Dengan semakin meningkatnya konsumsi bahan bakar minyak di Indonesia setiap tahunnya, membuat bahan bakar minyak membutuhkan penanganan lebih agar kinerja rantai pasokan bahan bakar minyak dapat berjalan efektif dan efisien. Untuk dapat menangani permasalahan tersebut, dilakukan penelitian untuk menganalisa bagaimana proses pengiriman bahan bakar minyak pada ABC Carrier dan mencari alternatif solusi proses pengiriman lain yang mampu meningkatkan efisiensi rantai pasokan bahan bakar minyak. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode simulasi event diskrit menggunakan perangkat lunak Arena versi 14 oleh Rockwell Automation®. Parameter utama yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah waktu pengiriman (lead time), total biaya pengiriman dan keuntungan (profit) yang didapatkan oleh ABC Carrier. Dengan dua skenario usulan yaitu skenario 1 (penambahan resource berupa SME) dan skenario 2 (pelatihan dan sertifikasi) maka ditemukan bahwa skenario 1 dengan penambahan resource berupa SME, memberikan waktu pengiriman (lead time) yang paling rendah dengan keuntungan yang tinggi.
ABSTRACT;This study discusses the fuel delivery process conducted by ABC Carrier. Fueldelivery problem is studied because there are still some problems in the process offuel delivery, which inhibits the supply chain network of fuel in Indonesia. Alongwith the increased consumption of fuel in Indonesia, have made fuel requires aspecial attention so that supply chain performance of fuel can run effectively andefficiently. To be able to deal with these problems, the research is carried out toanalyze the fuel delivery process at ABC Carrier and seek the alternative solutionsthat can improve the efficiency of the fuel delivery process. This researchconducted using discrete event simulation using Arena simulation softwareversion 14 by Rockwell Automation®. The main parameters used in this study arelead time, total shipping costs and profits (profit) obtained by ABC Carrier.Among two alternatives proposed, scenario 1 (additional resource in the form ofSME) and scenario 2 (training and certification) it was found that scenario 1 withthe addition of resources such as SME, providing lower lead time with higherprofits., This study discusses the fuel delivery process conducted by ABC Carrier.
