"Sport confidence merupakan aspek psikologi penting bagi para atlet agar kineija mereka mencapai kesuksesan. Perenang di SMP/SMA Ragunan adalah atlet junior berbakat untuk mempercepat prestasi di bidang olahraga. Penelitian ini meneliti peran pelatihan mental dalam meningkatkan sport confidence perenang SMP/SMA Ragunan ini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan mental memiliki peran aktif dalam meningkatkan sport confidence perenang SMP/SMA Ragunan. Relaksasi dan pelatihan visualisasi memainkan peran terbaik dalam meningkatkan sport confidence. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perenang Ragunan ini melanjutkan latihan mental sampai mereka mendapatkan efek positif dalam kineija mereka. Selain itu, bidang olahraga membutuhkan lebih banyak psikolog olahraga di masa depan untuk memberikan pelatihan mental dan program pendidikan di bidang olahraga lainnya."
