Abstrak :
Local Food Experience merupakan salah satu produk yang ditawarkan dalam industri pariwisata. Makanan dilihat sebagai salah satu refleksi budaya lokal, dan pengalaman tersebut dapat menciptakan tourist satisfaction, terutama bagi wisatawan yang baru pertama kali memakan makanan tersebut dalam sebuah perjalanan wisata. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh local food experience terhadap tourist satisfaction pada wisatawan mancanegara di Kota Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis penelitian eksplanatif, metode survey, dengan menyebarkan kuesioner ke 100 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non-probability sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara local food experience dengan tourist satisfaction. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengalaman terkait makanan lokal telah menciptakan kepuasan wisatawan yang baik pada wisatawan mancanegara di Kota Yogyakarta.
Local food experience is a product that is being offered in tourism industry. Local food is seen as a reflection of local culture, and the experience may results in tourist satisfaction, especially for tourist who eat local food for the first time during a tourism purpose trip. This research was conducted with the aim to explain the influence of local food experience towards tourist satisfaction among international tourists in Yogyakarta City. This study was conducted using quantitative research approach with explanative type of research, survey method, with the number of survey respondents is 100 to the technique of taking samples of non probability sampling. The results shows that local food experience had created positive tourist satisfaction among international tourist in Yogyakarta City.

Market globalization mempengaruhi pariwisata secara global. Ada penurunan ekonomi, persaingan yang semakin ketat, dan pertumbuhan teknologi baru yang menawarkan peluang dan ancaman. Pariwisata adalah suatu kegiatan dalam masyarakat yang didukung oleh berbagai macam fasilitas dan pelayanan yang tersedia baik oleh masyarakat itu sendiri, pengusaha atau investor, bahkan oleh pemerintah daerah. Di antara metode pemasaran lainnya, penerapan experiential marketing mulai berkembang. Hal ini juga relevan dalam pariwisata karena menciptakan behavioral intention, atraksi menarik untuk menarik aspek afektif, sensorik dan intelektual konsumen. Studi ini menguji dampak experiential marketing pada kepuasan konsumen sambil mengidentifikasi pentingnya dalam industri. Dengan bantuan kuesioner tertutup, dilakukan survei untuk menguji persepsi 224 wisatawan di Bromo Tengger Semeru. Analisis SEM dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh experiential marketing terhadap behavioral intention melalui tourist satisfaction menggunakan software SPSS AMOS. Di sini experiential marketing diwakili oleh lima komponen yaitu sense, feel, think, act dan relate, sedangkan behavioral intention diwakili oleh tiga komponen yaitu word of mouth, revisit intention, willingness to pay dan tourist satisfaction. Temuan penelitian dimensi feel dan think tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap tourist satisfaction Selain itu, dimensi sense, act, relate berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tourist satisfaction dan tourist satisfaction berpengaruh signifikan terhadap behavioral intention. Terakhir, experiential marketing, yang diwakili oleh 2 hipotesis, sense dan relate memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap behavioral intention melalui tourist satisfaction. ......Market Globalization affects tourism globally. There is an economic downturn, increasingly intense competition, and the growth of new technologies that offer both opportunities and threats. Tourism is an activity in the community supported by various kinds of facilities and services available either by the community itself, entrepreneurs or investors, even by the local government. Among other marketing methods, the application of experiential marketing began to develop. It is also relevant in tourism as it creates behavioral experiences, engaging attractions to appeal to the affective, sensory and intellectual aspects of consumers. This study examines the impact of experiential marketing on consumer satisfaction while identifying its importance in the industry. With the help of a closed questionnaire, a survey was conducted to test the perceptions of 224 tourists in Bromo Tengger Semeru. SEM analysis was conducted to examine the impact of experiential marketing on consumer satisfaction using SPSS AMOS software. Herein, experiential marketing is represented by five components, namely sense, feel, think, act and relate, while behavioral intention is represented by three components, namely word of mouth, revisit intention, willingness to pay and tourism satisfaction. Research findings feel and think dimensions do not have a direct influence on tourist satisfaction. In addition, sense, act, relate dimensions have a significant effect on tourist satisfaction and tourist satisfaction has a significant effect on behavioral intention. Finally, experiential marketing, which is represented by 2 hypotheses, sense and relate has an indirect influence on behavioral intention through tourist satisfaction.

Saat ini pariwisata telah menjadi salah satu penopang ekonomi terbesar negara karena peningkatan jumlah masyarakat yang melakukan perjalanan wisata. Pariwisata banyak dilakukan oleh masyarakat baik secara individu maupun berkelompok. Kampung Budaya Sindang Barang dalam beberapa tahun terakhir telah menjadi destinasi wisata budaya unggulan Kabupaten Bogor dimana jumlah pengunjungnya selalu meningkat sehingga penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh destination attributes terhadap revisit intention yang dilakukan pada wisata Kampung Budaya Sindang Barang dengan tourist satisfaction sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis penelitian eksplanatif, dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 wisatawan domestik menggunakan teknik non probability sampling berupa purposive. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara destination attributes terhadap revisit intention melalui tourist satisfaction. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman berkunjung ke Kampung Budaya Sindang Barang telah menciptakan kepuasan yang mendorong keinginan wisatawan untuk berkunjung kembali ke Kampung Budaya Sindang Barang. ......Currently, tourism has become one of the biggest economic pillars of the country due to the increasing number of people who travel. Tourism is mostly carried out by the community, both individually and in groups. Sindang Barang Cultural Village in recent years has become a leading cultural tourism destination in Bogor Regency where the number of visitors is always increasing, so this study was conducted to explain the effect of destination attributes on revisit intentions carried out on Sindang Barang Cultural Village tourism with tourist satisfaction as a mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach, the type of explanatory research, by distributing questionnaires to 100 domestic tourists using a non-probability sampling technique in the form of purposive. The results show that there is an influence between destination attributes on revisit intention through tourist satisfaction. This study shows that the experience of visiting the Cultural Village Sindang Barang has created satisfaction that encourages the desire of tourists to return to the Sindang Barang Cultural Village.

Pulau Bintan merupakan sebuah destinasi wisata yang menghadirkan wisata dengan kekayaan wisata alam bahari. Untuk mendatangkan wisatawan, maka strategi pemasaran loyalitas tercipta akibat adanya kepuasan wisatawan akibat pengalaman perjalanan di sebuah destinasi pulau. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh travel experience terhadap destination loyalty melalui tourist satisfaction dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara travel experience terhadap destination loyalty, melalui mediasi tourist satisfaction. Hasil lain menunjukan bahwa tourist satisfaction menjadi faktor yang memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan dalam menciptakan destination loyalty. Terdapat saran dari penelitian ini yaitu perlunya peningkatan untuk pembangunan daerah dalam menyediakan pelayanan dan fasilitas Pulau Bintan untuk meningkatkan pengalaman perjalanan wisata. ......intan Island is destination that presents with natural landscape of marine tourism. To increase tourist visit, destination loyalty is marketing strategy to created tourist satisfaction with the travel experience in an island destination. This research was conducted to analyze the effect of travel experience on destination loyalty with mediation tourist satisfaction with a quantitative approach. The results showed that there was an effect between travel experience on destination loyalty, through the mediation of tourist satisfaction. Other results show that tourist satisfaction is a factor that has a significant direct effect in creating destination loyalty. There are suggestions from this research, namely need for improvement in regional development in providing services and facilities for Bintan Island to improve travel experience in destination.

ABSTRACT
The objective of this study was to identify the factors affecting domestic tourist satisfaction of tourist destinations. The type of this study was a quantitative descriptive study using Cochran Q test and factor analysis of tourist satisfaction drivers factors. The result of this study showed that there were 38 attributes affecting domestic tourist satisfaction in Indonesia. The first rank was the beauty of natural attractions; the second rank was artificial tourism attractions; and, the third rank was the cost and cleanliness of facilities and environment of tourism destinations. Furthermore, all these attributes were clustered into several factors: attraction, amenities, accessibility, hospitality, and ancillary. The significance of this study is that the identified factors are beneficial for stakeholders as the indicators of customer satisfaction.

[Membangun keterikatan destinasi adalah kunci dalam pemasaran kepariwisataan saat ini Sebuah studi menjelaskan bahwa secara teori model untuk membangun kepuasan dalam berwisata dapat didasari oleh rasa keterikatan pada destinasi yang rasa keterikatan tersebut dapat diciptakan dari kredibilitas suatu informasi dan citra destinasi itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara event quality, personal involvement, destination image, tourist satisfaction, dan destination loyalty dalam penyelenggaraan event olahraga berskala besar pada kasus event MotoGP dan World Superbike (WSBK) yang dilaksanakan di Mandalika, Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan wisatawan nusantara (domestik) yang pernah menghadiri event olahraga MotoGP dan WSBK di Mandalika pada tahun 2022 atau 2023 lalu. Jumlah sampel yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 154 responden dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Method (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa personal involvement dan tourist satisfaction secara signifikan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap destination loyalty. Di sisi lain, event quality dan personal involvement juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap destination image. Namun di sisi lain, event quality tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap tourist satisfaction dan destination loyalty. Selain itu, personal involvement dan destination image juga tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap tourist satisfaction, yang juga tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dalam memediasi hubungan destination image terhadap destination loyalty. ......This study aims to determine the effect of event quality, personal involvement, destination image, tourist satisfaction, and destination loyalty in organizing large-scale sporting events in the case of the MotoGP and World Superbike (WSBK) events held in Mandalika, Indonesia. The sample used in this study are nusantara (domestic) tourists who have attended the MotoGP and WSBK sports events in Mandalika in 2022 or 2023. The number of samples obtained in this study were 154 respondents using purposive sampling method. The analytical method in this study uses Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Method (PLS-SEM). The results of this study indicate that personal involvement and tourist satisfaction have a significant positive effect on destination loyalty. On the other hand, event quality and personal involvement also have a significant influence on destination image. But on the other hand, event quality does not have a significant effect on tourist satisfaction and destination loyalty. In addition, personal involvement and destination image also do not have a significant effect on tourist satisfaction, which also does not have a significant effect in mediating the relationship between destination image and destination loyalty.

Agar dapat menyediakan pariwisata ramah-Muslim serta menarik wisatawan Muslim sebagai target utama, pemasar destinasi tidak hanya harus mempertimbangkan atribut umum (generik) yang tersedia pada destinasi, namun mereka juga harus memastikan ketersediaan atribut yang dapat mengakomodir kebutuhan wisatawan Muslim, yaitu atribut Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengklasifikasikan atribut generik dan Islam kedalam basic, performance dan excitement factors sesuai dengan three-factor theory of customer satisfaction yang disebutkan dapat memiliki dampak yang berbeda terhadap kepuasan wisatawan. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini menguji pengaruh ketiga faktor tersebut terhadap kepuasan wisatawan dan konsekuensinya pada behavioral dan attitudinal loyalty serta konsekuensi negatif pada complaint dan churn intention. Selain itu, pengujian juga dilakukan terhadap pengaruh moderasi religiusitas Islam pada hubungan antara atribut Islam dan kepuasan wisatawan. Survei dilakukan dengan total sampel 835 wisatawan Muslim yang mengunjungi destinasi mayoritas non-Muslim dan destinasi mayoritas Muslim. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan antara destinasi mayoritas non-Muslim dan destinasi mayoritas Muslim terletak pada anteseden pembentuk kepuasan (dalam penelitian ini atribut-atribut destinasi yang terdiri dari atribut generik dan atribut Islam). Sementara konsekuensi dari kepuasan tersebut ditemukan sama dikedua jenis destinasi. Untuk destinasi mayoritas non- Muslim, semua atribut generik ditemukan berpengaruh pada kepuasan wisatawan, dilain sisi untuk atribut Islam, hanya klasifikasi dari excitement factor yang secara signifikan mempengaruhi kepuasan mereka. Sedangkan untuk destinasi mayoritas Muslim, dari atribut generik ditemukan performance dan excitement factor serta basic factor dari atribut Islam yang berpengaruh pada kepuasan wisatawan. Konsekuensi kepuasan wisatawan pada kedua destinasi ditemukan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada behavioral dan attitudinal loyalty serta secara negatif mempengaruhi complaint dan churn intention. Hasil penelitian juga menemukan bahwa efek moderasi dari religiusitas tidak signifikan di kedua jenis destinasi.  ......To provide Muslim-friendly tourism and attract Muslim tourists as the main target, destination marketers must not only consider the generic attributes commonly available at the destination, they must also ensure the availability of attributes that serve the needs of Muslim tourists: Islamic attributes. This study identifies and classifies generic and Islamic attributes as basic, performance, and excitement factors in accordance with the three-factor theory of customer satisfaction to emphasise that the three factors may have different impacts on tourist satisfaction. This study also examines the influence of the three factors on satisfaction and the consequences of satisfaction on tourist behavioral and attitudinal loyalty, also the negative consequences on complaint and churn intention. The moderation effect of Islamic religiosity on the relationship between Islamic attributes and tourist satisfaction was also considered. A survey was conducted with total 835 Muslim tourists who visited non-Muslim and Muslim majority destinations. The result of this study showed that the difference between non-Muslim majority destinations and Muslim majority destinations lies in the antecedents that forming satisfaction (in this study the destination attributes that consist of generic and Islamic attributes). While the consequences of satisfaction are found to be the same in both types of destinations. For the non-Muslim majority destinations, the results showed that all generic attributes influenced Muslim tourists satisfaction, whereas for Islamic attributes, only the classification of excitement factors significantly affected their satisfaction. For Muslim majority destinations, the generic performance and excitement factors as well as the Islamic basic factors were found to influence tourist satisfaction. The consequences of tourist satisfaction in both types of destinations have a positive and significant effect on increasing tourists behavioral and attitudinal loyalty and negatively influenced complaint and churn intention. Likewise, the moderation effect of Islamic religiosity was insignificant in both destinations.

Local cuisine has become one of the main attractions for tourists to visit a destination. Local cuisine shifts tourist behavior towards Indonesian local cuisine, to the extent of repurchasing. In order to find out the intention to repurchase, satisfaction, perceived quality, and perception are analyzed. To this date, very few researches examined Indonesian cuisine in relation with the tourist behavior. Currently, cuisine tourism has become a trend, increasing the amount of tourist visiting Indonesia. The aspects of Tourist Satisfaction, Tourist Perception, Repurchase Intention, Perceived Quality, Consumer Behavior Local Cuisine, and Tourist Behavior are among tourists preference for local cuisines. This research had 148 participants taking part on the online survey that was conducted in Indonesia. Data were collected both online and offline in Yogyakarta. The respondents are tourist who have visited Indonesia in the past 12 months and have tried Indonesian food during their visit. The data were then analyzed using structural modeling equation, specifically using Partial Least Square method (Smart PLS 3.2.8). The results showed that Tourist Behavior (willingness to recommend Indonesian food, revisit Indonesia and the impression on Indonesia food) was influenced by Repurchase Intention. Repurchase Intention was influenced directly by Tourist Satisfaction on Local Food and Tourist Perception. While Perceived Quality of Local Food influenced Tourist Repurchase Intention through Tourist Perception.
Kuliner lokal merupakan salah satu daya tarik utama bagi wisatawan untuk mengunjungi suatu tempat wisata. Kuliner lokal mengubah Tourist Behavior terhadap kuliner lokal Indonesia dan melakukan pembelian lagi. Untuk mengetahui keinginan mereka untuk membeli lagi, maka dilakukan analisis terhadap kepuasan, kualitas yang dirasakan, dan persepsinya. Namun, masih sedikit penelitian yang meneliti hubungan makanan Indonesia terhadap perilaku wisatawan. Saat ini, wisata kuliner telah menjadi sebuah tren dan jumlah wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Indonesia semakin meningkat. Aspek Tourist Satisfaction, Tourist Perception, Repurchase Intention, Perceived Quality, Consumer Behavior Local Food, Tourist Behavior menjadi seleksi wisatawan terhadap kuliner lokal. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini memiliki 148 peserta untuk survei online yang dilakukan di Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan secara online dan offline di Yogyakarta. Responden adalah turis yang telah mengujungi Indonesia dalam 12 bulan terakhir dan mencoba makanan Indoesia selama kunjungan mereka. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan persamaan pemodelan struktural, khususnya metode partial least square (Smart PLS 3.2.8). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tourist Behaviour (kesediaan untuk merekomendasikan makanan Indonesia, mengunjungi kembali Indonesia dan kesan pada makanan Indonesia) dipengaruhi oleh Tourist Repurchase Intention. Tourist Repurchase Intention dipengaruhi langsung oleh Tourist Satisfaction on Local food dan Tourist Perception. Sedangkan Perceived Quality of Local food Tourist Repurchase Intention melalui Tourist Perception.
