"Skripsi ini akan membahas mengenai subjek yang eksis dan hubungannya dengan keputusan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menunjukkan adanya relasi interdependensi yang terjadi antara seorang subjek dan orang lain yang menjadi landasan penting dalam eksistensialisme Jean Paul Sartre. Relasi interdependensi akan memberi dampak pada keputusan yang dibuat oleh seorang subjek, karena subjek yang eksis tidak akan lepas dari pengaruh orang-orang yang pernah terlibat dalam pengalamannya. Hal ini terjadi karena orang lain merupakan salah satu unsur pembentuk faktisitas manusia.

This thesis will talk about an exist subject and its relation with decision. The purpose of this research is to show an interdependent relation between the Self and the Other who became Jean Paul Sartre’s base of existentialism. The interdependence relationships will have an impact on decisions made by a subject, because the subject would not exist apart from the influence of the Other who have been involved in the experience. This happens because the Other is one of the elements forming man’s facticity."

"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan menemukan pengaruh Other Customer Effect pada Corporate Marketing dalam konteks perusahaan Apple & Telkomsel (diwakili Apple & simPati). Penelitian ini bersifat konklusif dan desktiptif dengan desain cross-sectional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan convenience sampling dan menghasilkan 235 responden yang terbagi atas pengguna produk Apple & pengguna layanan simPati. Dilakukan uji validitas, reliabilitas, analisis model pengukuran, model struktural, dan analisis multisample melalui Lisrel 8.8. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Other Customer Effect yang dipersepsikan konsumen secara signifikan mempengaruhi emotional attachment dan consumercompany identification yang mempengaruhi pembentukan corpowrate image, serta mempengaruhi behavioural loyalty, purchase intention, dan customer extrarole behavior.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to find the role of Other Customer Effect in Corporate Marketing in the case of Apple dan Telkomsel (represented by Apple & simPati). This is a conclusive and descriptive study with cross sectional design. Data is generated through convenience sampling which resulted in 235 responses divided into users of Apple products and simPati cellular services. Lisrel 8.8 is used in validity & reliability testing, measurement & structural model analysis, and multisample analysis. Results show that other customer effect perceived by consumers significantly affect emotional attachment and consumer-company identification which contribute to company image generation; moreover it is also found to influence behavioural loyalty, purchase intention, and customer extrarole behavior."

"ABSTRAKRuang terbentuk tak hanya dipengaruhi oleh suatu geometri yang teraga semata, tetapi terdapat dimensi lain yang mempengaruhi. Dimensi lain ini berkaitan dengan Kendali. Formalisasi ruang merupakan bentuk menanamkan citra kendali pada ruang yang dilakukan dengan memberikan simbol-simbol batas kuasa. Akan tetapi ketertutupan dari batas kuasa ini justru menegaskan keberadaan the Other yang merupakan ancaman bagi the Body. Ancaman ini hadir di dalam realita keseharian the Body berupa dualitas kendali antara the Body dan the Other yang menyebabkan terjadinya intellectual uncertainty. Intellectual uncertainty inilah penanda adanya guncangan yang dilakukan dengan tujuan menciptakan intimidasi kendali atau rasa takut di dalam ruang. Dalam keseharian, dualitas yang terkandung pada formalitas ruang menjadi realita yang diulang berkali-kali, keberadaan kendali the Other di dalam ruang kendali the Body menghantui the Body sehingga berakibat rasa takut yang berlipat-lipat. Dengan kata lain, menghadirkan kendali the Other dalam formalisasi ruang keseharian merupakan penciptaan Ruang Teror. Labirin merangkum Ruang Teror dalam bentuk sebuah perjalanan melalui ruang dan waktu yang menghadirkan the Body dan the Other secara bersamaan.

ABSTRACTThe creation of space is not only influenced by merely the tangible geometry, but also by the dimension of power. This dimension is related to the control. The formalization of space is like embeding an image of power in space by giving the symbols of control limits. However, the closure of this limit confirms the existence of the Other which is a kind of threat for the Body rsquo s existence. This threat presents in the Body rsquo s everyday reality by becoming a duality of control between the Body and the Other which leads the Body rsquo s mind to intellectual uncertainty. This intellectuals uncertainty marks the existence of the trembles which is purposedly created to stimulate some intimidations or just some fear to appear in space. In everyday life, the duality in the formality of space becomes reality which is repeated, the existence of the power of the Other in the Body's space haunts the Body to cause fear greater. In other words, to present the power of the Other in the formalization of everyday space is equal to create the Space of Terror. Labyrinth brings the concept of the Space of Terror into reality as a passage through space and time which the Body and the Other could present in one time."

"Undang-undang Nomor 32 Tahun 2004 menekankan fungsi utama pemerintah daerah yaitu memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Dengan demikian, dalam perspektif peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik, pelimpahan sebagian kewenangan dari bupati/walikota kepada camat dan dari camat kepada level dibawahnya seharusnya dapat dijadikan sebagai upaya untuk menciptakan efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam penyelenggaran pemerintahan, serta dapat digunakan sebagai alat untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan umum di daerah. Sebagai pemimpin di kecamatan, seorang camat harus mempunyai sejumlah kemampuan tertentu.Seorang pemimpin dalam melaksanakan manajemen pemerintahan harus memiliki kemampuan manajerial yaitu kemampuan untuk memanfaatkan dan menggerakkan sumber daya yang ada agar dapat digerakkan dan diarahkan bagi tercapainya tujuan melalui kegiatan orang lain serta mempunyai kemampuan leadership yaitu kemampuan untuk memimpin, mempengaruhi, mengarahkan agar timbul pengakuan, kepatuhan, ketaatan serta memiliki kemampuan dan kesadaran untuk melakukan suatu kegiatan (mengambil langkah-langkah) bagi tercapainya suatu tujuan. Dengan posisi barunya di perundang-undangan, seharusnya camat dapat menjadi ujung tombak kembar pelayanan publik di kabupaten./kota karena jika kewenangan terkonsentrasi di kabupaten/kota permasalahan umum yang timbul adalah pemerintah kabupaten/kota akan mengalami overload beban kerja, yang akan mempengaruhi pelaksanaan fungsi pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Tetapi pada kenyataannya selama ini pemerintahan kabupaten/kota lebih menjadikan kepala dinas dan kepala badan sebagai ujung tombak pelayanan, dibandingkan melimpahkan kewenangan kepada kecamatan.Penelitian tentang peran camat di Kecamatan Bekasi Selatan dan Gambir akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisa deskriptif kualitatif, dengan narasumber camat, sekretaris daerah, kepala dinas terkait dan aparat dinas terkait. Sebagai sampel penelitian diambil Dinas kependudukan dan Dinas Tata Kota karena kedua dinas tersebut oleh peneliti dianggap sebagai dinas yang paling banyak berhubungan dengan pelayanan kepada masyarakat.Dengan menggunakan analisa data yang bersumber pada hasil wawancara, data sekunder dan peraturan-peraturan pendukung, diperoleh simpulan bahwa masih dimungkinkan untuk melakukan penguatan peran kelembagaan di Bekasi Selatan yang dilakukan dengan cara menegaskan pelimpahan kewenangan dari Walikota kepada camat sehingga dapat memaksa dinas untuk ketentuan tersebut dengan adanya sumber dana yang cukup bagi kecamatan untuk menjalankan fungsi pelayanan kepada masyarakat sehingga tidak muncul keengganan dari aparat kecamatan dalam menjalankan pelimpahan kewenangan. Disamping itu adanya dukungan peralatan dan teknologi yang memadai bagi kecamatan untuk menjalankan kewenangan yang dilimpahkan.Saran yang diberikan yang diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi bagi permasalahan diatas adalah diperlukan adanya ketegasan dari walikota Bekasi untuk memberikan sebagian kewenangan dari dinas kepada kecamatan, adanya kelegowoan dari dinsa terkait dalam memberikan sebagian kewenangan yang dimilikinya, pelimpahan sebagian wewenang harus disertai pula dengan pelimpahan dana, perbaikan sarana dan prasarana di kecamatan yang dapat mendukung pelaksanaan pelayanan kepada masyarakat yang sudah dilimpahkan kepada kecamatan. Dari sisi sumber daya manusia yang ada di kecamatan juga harus terus ditingkatkan kemampuannya sehingga dapat lebih optimal dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat.

Law Num. 32/2004 emphasizes that the main function of local government is to give service to public. Therefore, in order to enhance the quality of public service, the delegation of some of the authorities of district officer to the subdistrict officer. The one of sub district officer to the subordinate should be regarded as the effort to achieve effectivity and effeciency in performing government, and utilize as the means to improve the quality of public service in local area. The officer of the subdistrict, one must have certain ability.Leading the sub district, the officer must have managerial capability such as empowering and making the best use of the existing human resources, to achieve the goals through activities. The other leadership capabilities are to rule, influence and direct to pull out the admitance, obidience and loyalty. Last but not least, one should be able to make necessary action to achieve the goals. Given a new position in the bill, the officer of the district should become the leading rule in public service of district/municipality. If all the authorities are concentrated in district/municipality, they will be heavy work overload which eventually will influence the quality of public service. In reality, district/municipality, refers to delegate the authority to the head of institution, rather than to the sub district.The research on The Role of Sub District Officer of South Bekasi (Of Bekasi City) and Gambir (of Central Jakarta) is conducted by using qualitative, descriptive analysis. The informen are the head of institution and entailed. The sample are the institution of Demography and Planology, by which most services are given to public.The conclusion gathered from data analysis of interviews, secondary data and laws, as confirmed that if it possible to enhance and enpower the role of sub district by emphasizing the delegation of authority from major to sub district so that it will enforce the institution to obey and adjust themselves to the situation. The delegation of authority should also conclude the adequate funding and technology to support the performance of the tasks. Therefore the subdistrict employee will not be unwilling to do the duties.The recommendation is given hoping to be the solution of the problem. It is the emphasize of the delegation of some of authorities from the major of South Bekasi to sub district and also the willingness of the institution entailed in giving the authority. The delegation must also conclude funding and facility recovery at sub district that will support the public services. More over the quality of human resources should also improve to optimize the public service given."

"Studi ini bertujuan untuk menguji reliabilitas dan validitas dari sebuah alat ukur mengenai perilaku ketegasan dalam keluarga dan pasangan. Survey diberikan kepada 141 mahasiswa/i University of Queensland yang terdaftar di kelas alat ukur Psikologi. Setelah semua data diperoleh, skala pengembangan alat ukur perilaku ketegasan (ICYRAS) diuji dalam segi reliabilitas, Items Diskriminasi Indeks dan validitas dalam kaitannya terhadap RAS dan alat ukur harga diri (RSES). Hasil mendukung dua hipotesis yang menunjukan bahwa alat ukur ICYRAS berhasil memiliki reliabilitas yang baik antar items. Setidaknya hanya satu item yang perlu untuk direvisi. Alat ukur ini dapat diaplikasikan diluar pendekatan klinis dan butuh penelitian lebih lanjut untuk memvalidasi penggunaannya dengan variabel lainnya.

The present study aims to test the reliability and validity of a new developed measure of assertiveness in relationship with family and significant other. Surveys were administered toward 141 university students of The University of Queensland who enrolled in Measurement in Psychology class. After all the data were obtained, the developed scale of assertiveness (ICYRAS) was tested on its reliability, Item Discrimination Indices, and validity in conjunction with RAS, and self-esteem (RSES). Results have supported the two hypotheses that indicate the developed ICYRAS shown to have good reliability among its items and good discriminating indices with at least one item that needs rewording. This developed scale is applicable to non-clinical settings and need further research to validate its use with other variables. "

Dalam film Blue Jasmine 2013 , Jasmine tidak memiliki kekuasaan untuk merancang dan memimpin masa depannya karena ia menyerahkan dirinya kepada laki-laki. Kemudian, ketika ia berusaha untuk membebaskan dirinya dari situasi tersebut, ia mengalami tekanan yang datang dari atasannya, seorang laki-laki. Menerapkan konsep imanen dan transenden milik Beauvoir untuk menjelaskan perjalanan Jasmine, pada akhirnya ia terjebak dalam imanensi ketika ia membiarkan laki-laki memiliki kekuasaan atas dirinya. Although there have been more Hollywood movies having their stories centered on female characters, their representation in Hollywood cinema is still problematic as most of these female characters often internalize the notion of women as the Other. According to Beauvoir 2010 , since women are deemed to be the Other, they become inessential part of the society. In the movie Blue Jasmine 2013 , Jasmine has no power to design and lead her future as she subjugates herself to men. Then when she tries to free herself from this situation, she experiences oppression that comes from a male higher-up. Applying Beauvoir rsquo;s concept of immanence and transcendence to explain her journey, Jasmine initially is stuck in immanence when she lets men have power over her. However, when she wants to take control over her own life through education, she aims at achieving transcendence. Albeit her attempt to reach her transcendence, in the end, Jasmine falls back into immanence. Using textual analysis, this paper found that the movie creates an environment that makes it impossible for a woman to transcend. Moreover, this failure leads to her tragic ending, and it conveys a message that women are bound to immanence."

"In Christian Apocalyptic Texts in Islamic Messianic Discourse Orkhan Mir Kasimov offers an account of the interpretation of these Christian texts by Fadl Allah Astarabadi (d. 796/1394), the founder of a mystical and messianic movement which was influential in medieval Iran and Anatolia.
