[Skripsi ini membahas tentang perlindungan jangka waktu terhadap suatu karya seni, terutama karakter kartun. Dengan adanya perubahan perlindungan jangka waktu, membuat ada hal yang harus diteliti lebih lanjut mengenai alasan-alasan mengapa terjadi perubahan jangka waktu terhadap perlndungan. Lalu apa akibat yang terjadi terhadap karya terutama karakter kartun dengan adanya perubahan jangka waktu ini.
