Abstrak :
SIMPRO merupakan sistem informasi manajemen yang mendukung dokumentasi keperawatan terkomputerisasi dan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pasien. Penerapan SIMPRO dipengaruhi berbagai faktor, di antaranya adalah kesiapan perawat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi determinan kesiapan perawat dalam menggunakan SIMPRO di RS RST Dompet Dhuafa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan cross-sectional untuk mengetahui hubungan variabel yang diteliti. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu perawat pelaksana sejumlah 88 orang yang diambil dengan cara total sampling. Hasil uji multivariat menunjukkan faktor yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan perawat adalah persepsi perawat terhadap aspek teknik. Penerapan sistem informasi dengan memerhatikan aspek teknik akan meningkatkan kesiapan perawat yang akan berdampak pada efektivitas penggunaan sistem tersebut dan meningkatkan kualitas asuhan keperawatan yang diberikan. ...... Implementation of SIMPRO is affected by numerous factors such as nurse readiness. This study aimed to identify determinant factor affecting nurse's readiness in utilizing SIMPRO in RS RST Dompet Dhuafa. This correlational study used cross sectional approach to identify variables involved. 88 nurses were selected by total sampling method. Result of multivariate analysis suggested that technical aspect was the most dominant factor affecting nurse's readiness. Implementation of information system with emphasize on technical aspect will improve nurse's readiness that, in turn, improves the effectiveness in using such system and quality of nursing care provided.
