"ABSTRAKLetak geografi dan lingkungan mempengaruhi seseorang. Isolasi sosial merupakan salah satu gejala negatif dari skizofrenia. Asuhan keperawatan yang holistik memperhatikan bio, psiko, sosio dan budaya. Gangguan isolasi sosial jika tidak diintervensi dengan segera akan menyebabkan perubahan sensori persepsi: halusinasi dan risiko tinggi mencederai diri, orang lain bahkan lingkungan. Penulisan karya ilmiah ners ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui intervensi yang dilakukan berfokus pada tindakan generalis pasien isolasi sosial dengan pendekatan budaya Sunda. Metode yang digunakan dengan analisis kasus dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan terhadap Ny. S (43 tahun) yang dirawat di RS. Dr. H. Marzoeki Mahdi Bogor, dengan diagnosis keperawatan utama isolasi sosial. Hasil pemberian tindakan keperawatan dengan pendekatan budaya Sunda selama 7 hari perawatan adalah pasien mengalami peningkatan kemampuan kognitif 33%, afektif 16,6%, dan perilaku klien dalam berinteraksi 33%. Kesimpulan pendekatan budaya dalam memberikan intervensi keperawatan dapat menurunkan tanda dan gejala isolasi sosial dan meningkatkan kemampuan sosialisasi.

ABSTRACT

The location of geography and environment affects a person. Social isolation is one of the negative symptoms of schizophrenia. Holistic nursing care concerns about bio, psycho, socio and culture. Disorders of social isolation if it is not intervened immediately will cause the change of sensory in perception: hallucinations and high risk of injuring oneself, others and even the environment. The writing of this scientific paper aims to find out which intervention was carried out focusing on the generalist therapy of patients with social isolation with a Sundanese cultural approach. The method which is used with case analysis in the provision of nursing care to Mrs. S (43 years) who was admitted to the hospital. Dr. H. Marzoeki Mahdi Bogor is the main nursing diagnosis of social isolation. The results of giving nursing actions with a Sundanese culture approach for 7 days of care are, patients have improved 33% in cognitive abilities, 16.6% affective, and 33% interacting client behavior. The conclusion of this paper is the cultural approach in providing nursing interventions can reduce the signs and symptoms of social isolation and improve socialization skills."
