...... The success of antiretroviral therapy is largely determined by the adherence of taking an tiretroviral drugs. YPI is one of the foundation care HIV AIDS located in Tebet,South Jakarta. Several HIV AIDS patients in YPI have been found to have experienced drug withdrawal that could be at risk of death due to ARV therapy failure. This study aims to look at the picture of adherence to taking ARV drugs and factors that influence adherence in HIV AIDS patients at YPI. This research is a qualitative research using in depth interviews. Data were collected on 10 people from HIV patients, family, andYPI groups. This study shows that there are still patients who do not adhere to taking ARV drugs. 2 of 5 informants had a drug break, 2 informan not on time in taking medication. This study shows the factors that cause non adherence to take medication ARV that is busy, saturation of medicine, fear of side effects, and feel healthy.

[ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang.
ABSTRACT
Background. There are increasing numbers of people living with HIV/AIDS in Indonesia. HIV/AIDS infection could cause a decrease in testosterone level which affect patients? quality of life. Symptoms of decreasing testosterone level in HIV infected male are very unspecific, while laboratory tests are costly. Therefore it is important to know factors that could predict a decrease in HIV patient?s testosterone level. Purpose. To know the correlation between initial CD4 count, duration and type of ARV, lipodystrophy, size of waist circumference with free testosterone level of HIV infected male on ARV. Method. A cross-sectional study was conducted March 2015 in HIV Integrated Clinic, RSCM, Jakarta. The subjects were 18-40 years old, got regular ARV therapy for at least 1 year. Examination includes measuring waist circumference, presence of lipodystrophy, examination of total testosterone, SHBG and free testosterone level (Free Testosterone Index:FTi). Linear regression used to analyze factors associated with free testosterone level in this study. Results. Of 54 subjects examined, the median age was 35.11 years (21-40), median duration of antiretroviral therapy was 59 months (16-129), mean of waist circumference was 82.4 cm (SB 10.33), median of initial CD4 level was 57/mm3 (3-443). Total subjects with lipodystrophy were 17 subjects (32%), subjects who used first-line combination were 48 and 6 subjects used a second line combination. Median level of free testosterone levels was 30.87% (9.78-85.64) and there were 32 subjects with a low free testosterone level (59%). The presence of lipodystrophy (p=0,003, OR=-12,225) and duration of antiretroviral therapy (p=0,002, OR=-0,182) are associated with free testosterone level. Conclusions. Among HIV infected male who receiving antiretroviral therapy, the presence of lipodystrophy and duration of antiretroviral therapy are associated with free testosterone levels. There were no association between initial CD4 count, type of antiretroviral therapy and waist circumference with free testosterone levels.;Background. ......The Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) is a virus that infects white blood cells called CD4 cells and targets the body's immune system. The cases of HIV in DKI Jakarta in 2022 have cumulatively reached 79,043, making it the province with the highest number of cases. The highest number of cases reported in 2020 by the DKI Jakarta Health Profile were in the South Jakarta area. One of the efforts to increase the life expectancy of people living with HIV (PLWH) is the use of antiretroviral (ARV) drugs. Generally, ARV therapy is given in combination and must be consumed for life. The adherence rate at the Puskesmas in Kecamatan Setiabudi is 45.6%. This figure is lower than the Ministry of Health's target of 95% of patients achieving virus suppression. Adherence to antiretroviral therapy at the Puskesmas in Kecamatan Setiabudi is influenced by various factors. This study aims to understand the picture and factors associated with adherence to antiretroviral therapy at the Puskesmas in Kecamatan Setiabudi. This study uses a cross-sectional design with respondent interviews based on a pre-made questionnaire. The population is HIV patients >18 years old with a minimum of 6 months of therapy. A sample of 90 people was calculated using a difference of proportion test formula. Based on a univariate analysis, the average adherence to antiretroviral therapy at the Puskesmas in Kecamatan Setiabudi is 84.3 out of 100. The results of the multiple logistic regression tests show that self-efficacy is associated with adherence to antiretroviral therapy. Self efficacy is the dominant variable associated with adherence to antiretroviral therapy at the Puskesmas in Kecamatan Setiabudi (p=0.023, OR 2.87). Monitoring adherence can be a good intervention for the Puskesmas in Kecamatan Setiabudi.

ABSTRACT
This research discusses the evaluation results of antiretroviral therapy on CD4 cell count changes and weight, and OAT therapy on weight changes in patients coinfected with TB/HIV in RSCM in 2009. The study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of ARV therapy and OAT and see the impact of demographic characteristics to changes in weight and CD4 count in patients coinfected with TB/HIV in RSCM. Study designed used was cross sectional. Research shows that patients who received antiretroviral therapy experienced an increase in mean CD4 counts average of 200,44 cell/mm3 with a p value 0.0005 (statistically significant). In the measurement of body weight, ARV therapy can increase a patients weight average of 5,12 kg with a p value 0.0005 (statistically significant), and in patient receiving OAT full weight increase average of 4,79 kg with a p value of 0.0005 (statistically significant). Based on demographic characteristics, that in patients with age group over 30 years, more than high that in patients with age group over 30 years, more than high school education, married, working and male gender had a weight gain is higher, but the test was not statistically significant. If viewed from an increase in CD4 cell counts, patients with the age group over 30 years, more than high school education, married, working and women gender have increased CD4 counts are higher, but the test was not statistically significant. Thus, the conclusion is the demographic characteristics did not affect weight gain and CD4 cell count
