ABSTRACT
Penelitian ini membahas mengenai persepsi anggota arisan mengenai manfaat dari arisan. Dalam hal ini penelitian memfokuskan pembahasan mengenai apakah persepsi anggota arisan mengenai manfaat keuangan dari arisan dapat mempengaruhi keputusan mereka mengikuti kegiatan arisan. Apakah persepsi mengenai manfaat sosial juag dapat mempengaruhi huubungan diantara keduanya. Peneliti menemukan bahwasanya terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara persepsi anggota mengenai manfaat keuangan dari arisan terhadap keputusan mengikuti arisan. Namun, sebaliknya persepsi manfaat sosial tidak mempengaruhi keputusan anggota mengikuti arisan. Persepsi manfaat sosial memiliki potensi menjadi penguat/pelemah hubungan antara persepsi manfaat keuangan dan keputusan mengikuti arisan dilihat dari hasil pengujian yang dilakukan.

ABSTRACT
This study discusses the perception of arisan members regarding the benefits of arisan. In this case the research focuses on the discussion of whether the perception of arisan members regarding the financial benefits of arisan can influence their decision to participate in arisan activities. Whether perceptions of social benefits can also influence the relationship between the two. The researcher found that there was a positive influence between members perceptions of the financial benefits of social arisan on members decisions to join arisan. However, on the contrary the perception of social benefits does not affect the decision of members to join arisan. The perception of social benefits has the potential to be a reinforcer/weakener of the relationship between the perception of financial benefits and the decision to join arisan viewed from the results of the tests conducted.

Skripsi ini membahas membahas mengenai kebijakan penghentian dan pelarangan penempatan penempatan TKI sektor domestik ke Arab Saudi pada tahun 2015. Skripsi ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Teori yang digunakan dalam skripsi ini adalah teori pengambilan keputusan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mendasari keputusan Pemerintah Indonesia dalam pengimplementasian kebijakan penghentian dan pelarangan penempatan penempatan TKI sektor domestik ke Arab Saudi. Dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa setidaknya terdapat faktor internal dan eksternal yang menjadi faktor yang mendasari keputusan pemerintah tersebut. Faktor internalnya adalah peran lembaga non-pemerintah yang fokus di studi TKI. Sedangkan faktor eksternalnya terdiri dari eksklusivitas undang-undang ketenagakerjaan Arab Saudi terhadap pekerja domestik, sistem kafala yang berlaku di Arab Saudi, dan perjanjian bilateral yang belum dapat diimplementasikan oleh kedua negara.Kata Kunci: Teori Pengambilan Keputusan, Penghentian Penempatan TKI Sektor Domestik, Faktor Internal, dan Faktor Eksternal.

ABSTRACT
This study explains about the termination and restriction policy for Indonesian Domestic Worker Placement to Saudi Arabia in 2015. This study is a qualitative research. The theory that is used in this study is decision making theory, this theory is used for analyzing the factors that underlying the Indonesian government rsquo s decision for implementing the termination and restriction policy for Indonesian Domestic Worker Placement to Saudi Arabia in 2015. The research explains that there are two factors that influenced the Indonesian goverment rsquo s decision, the internal and external factor. The internal factor is the role of non govermental organizations that focus on study of migrant worker. In the other hand, the external factors are consisted of three matters. They are the exclusion of domestic worker from Saudi Arabia Labor Law, the kafala system that is implemented in Saudi Arabia , and the bilateral agreement that is not implemented yet by both the countries.
