Abstrak :
Resep adalah permintaan tertulis dari dokter, dokter gigi atau dokter hewan kepada apoteker baik dalam bentuk maupun elektronik untuk menyediakan dan menyerahkan sediaan farmasi dan/atau alat kesehatan bagi pasien. Resep dikatakan rasional apabila terdapat informasi terkait obat yang akan diberikan kepada pasien. Penyusunan tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang mungkin terjadi pada telaah peresepan. Penyusunan tugas khusus ini menggunakan metode studi literatur, dengan menggunakan resep yang diperoleh tahun 2022 di Apotek Atrika. Penulis menganalisis permasalah kelengkapan resep meliputi kelengkapan aspek administratif, aspek klinis, dan aspek farmasetik. Resep dikaji dengan menggunakan referensi Farmakope Indonesia edisi III, Info Spesialite Obat, PIONAS, dan MIMS. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa masih terdapat kekurangan pada kajian administratif seperti jenis kelamin pasien, berat badan pasien, alamat pasien, nomor telepon pasien, dan tanda tangan atau paraf dokter. ......Prescription is a written request from a doctor, dentist or veterinarian to a pharmacist, either in form or electronically, to provide and deliver pharmaceutical preparations and/or medical devices to patients. A prescription is said to be rational if there is information relating to the drug to be given to the patient. The preparation of this special assignment aims to overcome problems that may occur in the recipe review. The preparation of this special assignment uses the literature study method, using recipes obtained in 2022 at the Atrika Pharmacy. The author analyzes the problem of prescription completeness including the completeness of administrative aspects, clinical aspects, and pharmaceutical aspects. Recipes were reviewed using references to the Indonesian Pharmacopoeia, Edition III, Drug Specialist Info, PIONAS, and MIMS. So it can be concluded that there are still deficiencies in administrative studies such as patient gender, patient weight, patient address, patient telephone number, and doctor's signature or initials.

Latar belakang/tujuan Apotek merupakan salah satu sumber utama obat bagi masyakarakat dan tempat pelayanan kefarmasian secara langsung yang dilakukan oleh Apoteker. Resep adalah permintaan tertulis dari dokter atau dokter gigi kepada Apoteker dalam bentuk tertulis atau elektronik untuk menyediakan dan menyerahkan obat kepada pasien. Telaah resep merupakan salah satu bentuk dari pelayanan farmasi klinis yang dibutuhkan agar tidak terjadi masalah terkait obat pada pasien. Masalah kulit merupakan masalah kesehatan yang umum terdapat di masyarakat sehingga penting bagi seorang apoteker untuk memahami pengobatan dan manajemen kondisi penyakit yang berkaitan dengan kulit. Metoda Resep yang tersedia dikaji kelengkapan admistrasinya serta aspek farmakologis dan klinis dari tiap-tiap obat. Obat-obat yang terdapat di dalam resep harus sesuai dengan indikasi yang terdapat pada pasien. Seperti halnya penggunaan obat-obat oral, obat-obat topikal untuk alergi kulit juga membutuhkan kepatuhan pasien dalam mengaplikasikan obat. Kesimpulan Resep-resep untuk mengobati pasien alergi kulit di Apotek Atrika sudah memenuhi kelengkapan persyaratan administrasi, farmasetika, dan klinis. ......Background/Aims Pharmacy is one of the main sources of medicine for the community and is a direct pharmaceutical service provided by Pharmacists. A prescription is a written request from a doctor or dentist to the Pharmacist, in written or electronic form, to provide and dispense medication to the patient. Prescription review is one form of clinical pharmacy service that is necessary to prevent medication errors and drug-related problems in patients. Skin problems are common health issues in society, so it is essential for a pharmacist to understand the treatment and management of skin-related conditions. Methods The prescription methods available are assessed for their completeness in administration, as well as the pharmacological and clinical aspects of each drug. The drugs included in the prescription must be suitable for the patient's indications. Results similar to the use of oral medications, topical medications for skin allergies also require patient compliance in applying the medication. Conclusion: The prescriptions for treating skin allergy patients at Atrika Pharmacy meet the requirements for administrative, pharmaceutical, and clinical completeness.
