"Perkembangan teknologi turbin angin di dunia meningkat secara pesat. Dengan banyaknya teknologi tersebut, maka perlu adanya suatu penelitian untuk melakukan studi komparasi terhadap teknologi turbin angin. Dari studi komparasi tersebut, maka diharapkan dapat dilakukan pemetaan dan pemilihan teknologi turbin angin untuk wilayah Indonesia. Komparasi teknologi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dua macam metode, yaitu dengan menghitung nilai Cp dan nilai daya per satuan panjang untuk masing-masing turbin angin. Setelah dilakukan komparasi, maka dilakukan pemetaan teknologi turbin angin untuk wilayah Indonesia dengan mempertimbangkan aspek-aspek dan hasil dari studi komparasi yang dilakukan. Dari studi komparasi yang dilakukan, maka dapat terlihat bahwa turbin angin dengan teknologi selubung diffuser merupakan teknologi yang memiliki keunggulan dalam berbagai aspek.

The development of wind turbine technologies in the world has increased rapidly. With many of these technologies, it is necessary to make a research for a comparative study of wind turbine technology. From that comparative study, it is expected to make a mapping and selection of wind turbine technology for the Indonesian territory. There are two comparison methods using in this comparative study, which is by calculating the value of Cp and the power per unit length for each wind turbine. After doing the comparison, mapping of wind turbine technology was made by considering many aspects and the result of the comparative study. From the comparative study, it can be seen that a diffuser-shrouded wind turbine has advantages in many aspects."

"Sistem dan infrastruktur transportasi di Indonesia didominasi oleh jalan mode. Karena alasan fundamental seperti kebijakan transportasi nasional dan tidak adanya visi jangka panjang, jaringan jalan nasional menanggung beban dari pergerakan orang dan barang di seluruh negeri yang menghadap mode lainnya transportasi. Dengan demikian, penting untuk membangun infrastruktur dan layanan kereta api nasional ke panggung di mana jaringan kereta api bisa menjadi efisien alternatif yang mampu bersaing secara sehat dengan jaringan jalan untuk mengurangi nasional beban ekonomi gerakan. Hal ini diperkirakan bahwa beberapa tahun ke depan, Indonesia akan memiliki kecepatan kereta api yang menyerupai Shinkansen di Jepang. Hal ini karena tahun depan segmen pertama dari kecepatan tinggi proyek kereta akan dimulai. Selain itu, transportasi darat rencana pembangunan dalam bentuk kecepatan tinggi melatih Jakarta ke Surabaya telah dibahas dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Perkembangan prioritas untuk pemilihan proyek O & M harus selaras untuk tujuan strategis yang ditetapkan dalam rencana bisnis terpadu. Idealnya, sistem harus mendorong pemilihan proyek yang kontribusinya nilai ke pencapaian tujuan strategis yang tinggi dan diperlukan. Sebaliknya, mestinya mencegah pemilihan proyek, yang menambah sedikit nilai untuk mencapai tujuan.

Systems and transport infrastructures in Indonesia are dominated by road modes. Because of fundamental reasons such as national transportation policies and lack of long term vision, the national road network bears the brunt of the movement of people and goods across the country which overlooking other modes of transportation. Accordingly, it is important to build the infrastructure and national railway services to the stage where the rail network can be an efficient alternative that able to compete fairly with the road network to reduce national economic burden of movement.

It is predicted that a few years next, Indonesia will have a speed railways that resembles the Shinkansen in Japan. This is because the next year the first segment of the high-speed train project will be started. In addition, the land transportation development plan in the form of high-speed train Jakarta to Surabaya has been discussed in recent years.

The development of priorities for the selection of O&M projects must be aligned to the strategic objectives prescribed in the integrated business plan. Ideally, the system should encourage the selection of projects whose value contribution to the achievement of strategic goals is high and necessary. Conversely, it should discourage the selection of projects, which add little value to achieving goals."
