"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan proses verifikasi dokumen untuk penagihan proyek EPC menggunakan pendekatan Business Process Reengineering (BPR). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, solusi yang memungkinkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada adalah dengan mengembangkan sistem informasi yang memanfaatkan perangkat lunak CRM terintegrasi. Model To-Be yang dipilih menghasilkan pengurangan waktu pemrosesan sebesar 33% untuk fase engineering, 11% untuk fase procurement, dan 38% untuk fase construction. Solusi tersebut menghasilkan rancangan sistem informasi yang terdiri dari satu Entity Relationship Diagram, satu Relational Database, delapan Use Case Diagrams, lima Data Flow Diagrams, dan delapan Activity Diagrams, yang digunakan untuk membuat wireframe sebagai tahap akhir dalam Siklus Hidup Pengembangan Sistem (SDLC).

This study aims to improve the document verification process for EPC project billing using the Business Process Reengineering (BPR) approach. Based on the research findings, the feasible solution to address the existing problems is to develop an information system utilizing integrated CRM software.
