"Pertanian perkotaan berkelanjutan berbasis komunitas adalah praktik pertanian di lingkungan perkotaan yang melibatkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat untuk meningkatkan ketahanan pangan, biodiversitas, dan kualitas lingkungan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Cempaka Putih, Jakarta Pusat, sebagai contoh penerapan konsep tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merumuskan strategi pertanian perkotaan berkelanjutan berbasis komunitas dalam membantu pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan masyarakat, menggunakan metode campuran kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas pelaku pertanian di Cempaka Putih adalah wanita non-produktif dengan pengalaman bertani yang cukup lama. Inovasi teknologi seperti hidroponik dan vertikultur diterapkan untuk mengatasi keterbatasan lahan, dengan produktivitas tertinggi di RW 03 Cempaka Putih Timur. Keberlanjutan berbasis komunitas di wilayah ini bervariasi, dengan RW 03 Cempaka Putih Timur menunjukkan kemajuan signifikan, sedangkan komunitas lain memerlukan peningkatan aspek ekologi. Strategi agresif untuk pertanian perkotaan berkelanjutan berfokus pada pemanfaatan teknologi dan kolaborasi dengan sektor swasta serta pemerintah untuk meningkatkan ketahanan pangan dan efisiensi lahan di wilayah perkotaan.

Sustainable urban farming community is an agricultural practice in urban environments that involves the active participation of communities to improve food security, biodiversity and environmental quality. This research was conducted in Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta, as an example of the application of the concept. The purpose of this study was to formulate a strategy for sustainable urban farming to fulfill the food needs of the community, using quantitative and qualitative mixed methods. The results showed that most urban farmers in Cempaka Putih are non-productive women with long farming experience. Technological innovations such as hydroponics and verticulture are applied to overcome limited space, with the highest productivity in RW 03 Cempaka Putih Timur. Community-based sustainability in the region varies, with RW 03 Cempaka Putih Timur showing significant progress, while other communities require improvement in ecological aspects. Aggressive strategies for sustainable urban agriculture focus on technology utilization and collaboration with the private sector and government to improve food security and land efficiency in urban areas."
