Supply chain Operations Reference (SCOR) adalah Metode yang digunakan kerangka pengukuran kinerja dalam suatu rantai pasok. Melengkapi metode SCOR, metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) digunakan untuk melakukan pembobotan. Setelah mendapatkan nilai kinerja rantai pasok, metode Imporetance Performance Analysis (IPA) digunakan untuk memetakan indikator kinerja perusahaan yang masih kritis. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada gudang PT. X Indonesia yang bergerak di industri manufaktur baterai aki. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan dan mengukur kinerja dalam kegiatan gudang; sistem pengukuran harus didasarkan pada model Supply chain Operations Reference (SCOR). Terdapat 26 indikator kinerja (KPI) yang akan digunakan untuk mengukur dalam perspektif model SCOR untuk setiap level. Pengukuran kinerja diperlukan untuk menentukan kondisi rantai pasokan suatu perusahaan. Hasil pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok gudang PT. X Indonesia pada tahun 2021 dari bulan Agustus hingga Desember adalah 73,87% yang menunjukkan kinerja perusahaan saat ini berada dalam kategori baik. Dari kuadran IPA, ada 3 KPI dalam rantai pasokan gudang yang membutuhkan perbaikan segera. Untuk memperbaiki 3 KPI yang memiliki performa buruk, terdapat 2 usulan strategi yang paling efektif dan cocok untuk direkomendasikan dengan keadaan dan kemampuan perusahaan untuk melakukan implementasi. Rekomendasi strategi tersebut adalah adalah mengembangkan shortage attack team dan menggunakan teknologi forecasting yang tepat.

Supply chain Operations Reference (SCOR) is a method used by the performance measurement framework in a supply chain. Complementing the SCOR method, the Analytical Hierarchy Proses (AHP) method is used to perform the weighting. After obtaining the supply chain performance value, the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method is used to map the company's performance indicators that are still critical. This research was conducted at the warehouse of PT. X Indonesia which is engaged in the battery manufacturing industry. The purpose of this research is to develop and measure performance in warehouse activities; the measurement system should be based on the Supply chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model. There are 26 performance indicators (KPI) that will be used to measure in the perspective of the SCOR model for each level. Performance measurement is needed to determine the condition of a company's supply chain. The results of measuring the performance of the warehouse supply chain of PT. X Indonesia in 2021 from August to December is 73.87% which shows the company's current performance is in the good category. From the IPA quadrant, there are 3 KPIs in the warehouse supply chain that need immediate improvement. To improve the 3 KPIs that have poor performance, there are 2 proposed strategies that are most effective and suitable to be recommended with the company's circumstances and ability to implement. The strategy recommendations are developing shortage attack teams and using appropriate forecasting technology .

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur kinerja rantai pasok pada perusahaan pengolahan Air Minum Dalam Kemasan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pencapaian kinerja perusahaan dan mengusulkan rekomendasi perbaikan sehingga perusahaan dapat meningkatkan kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) sebagai kerangka pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan. Pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui kondisi rantai pasok dari suatu perusahaan, yang menjadi langkah awal perbaikan. Pada penelitian ini, perbaikan dilakukan berkaitan dari kondisi daya saing perusahaan dan juga permasalahan di operasi rantai di pabrik. Tingkat kepentingan atribut kinerja diukur berdasar pembobotan dengan kuesioner oleh beberapa pakar. Terdapat 35 Key Performance Indicator (KPI) yang diukur dan terbagi ke dalam perspektif model SCOR untuk tiap levelnya. Dari hasil pengukuran menggunakan sistem penilaian Objective Matrix (OMAX), didapatkan nilai total indeks kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan pada tahun 2022 sebesar 5,95 yang menunjukkan kinerja perusahaan berada pada kategori cukup baik dengan warna kuning namun masih perlu adanya beberapa perbaikan. Pada tabel OMAX, dapat diketahui indikator yang memiliki performa belum baik yang ditunjukkan dengan warna merah untuk segera dilakukan perbaikan. Melalui matriks OMAX, didapatkan 9 KPI pada rantai pasok perusahaan dengan kinerja belum baik. Penyusunan rekomendasi sudah dilakukan sebagai strategi peningkatan kinerja perusahaan.

This research was conducted to measure supply chain performance at bottled drinking water company to know the company's performance achievements and improvement recommendation. The method used is the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) as a framework for measuring the company's supply chain performance. The measurement is done to know its condition. In this study, improvements were made related to the condition of the company's competitiveness and problems in chain operations at the factory. The importance level of performance attributes is measured by weighting with a questionnaire by several experts. There are 35 Key Performance Indicators (KPI) that are measured and divided into the the SCOR model for each level. From the measurement results using the Objective Matrix (OMAX) scoring system, the total value of the company's supply chain performance index in 2022 is 5,95, which shows that the it is in the fairly good category in yellow but still needs some improvement. In the OMAX table, the indicators that have not performed well are shown in red to be repaired immediately. Through the OMAX matrix, 9 KPIs were obtained in the supply chain of companies with poor performance. Recommendations have been prepared as a strategy to improve company performance."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan meningkatkan efisiensi rantai pasok di Gudang PCB PT XYZ, sebuah perusahaan manufaktur elektronik. Dengan menggunakan model Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), penelitian ini mengukur dan menganalisis kinerja gudang berdasarkan 26 indikator kinerja yang telah divalidasi oleh para ahli perusahaan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa nilai performa gudang pada tahun 2023 adalah 59,01%, yang termasuk dalam kategori average (50-70%) menurut Traffic Light System. Proses dispatch dan periode waktu bulan Juli tercatat sebagai performa terendah. Berdasarkan Importance Performance Analysis, terdapat lima indikator yang masih memerlukan perbaikan, termasuk Accuracy of product delivery according to item, Unfinished Outgoing Process Rate, dan Accuracy of product delivery according to quantity. Usulan perbaikan meliputi integrasi Sistem Active Tracking dan Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) berbasis RFID untuk mengatasi permasalahan terkait akurasi pengiriman, pemeliharaan peralatan, dan efisiensi operasional. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis dalam meningkatkan kinerja operasional dan daya saing PT XYZ di industri elektronik.

This research was conducted to evaluate and improve supply chain efficiency in the PCB warehouse of PT XYZ, an electronics manufacturing company. Using the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), this research measures and analyzes warehouse performance based on 26 performance indicators that have been validated by company experts. The evaluation results show that the warehouse performance value in 2023 is 59.01%, which falls into the average category (50-70%) according to the Traffic Light System. The dispatch process and the July time period recorded the lowest performance. Based on Importance Performance Analysis, there are five indicators that still require improvement, including Accuracy of product delivery according to item, Unfinished Outgoing Process Rate, and Accuracy of product delivery according to quantity. Proposed improvements include the integration of Active Tracking System and RFID-based Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to address issues related to delivery accuracy, equipment maintenance, and operational efficiency. This research provides a practical contribution in improving the operational performance and competitiveness of PT XYZ in the electronics industry."
