"Tesis ini menelusuri agensi objek pada self generating sebagai metode desain untuk menghasilkan arsitektur. Pada umumnya, hasil karya arsitektur berupa bangunan. Kebutuhan akan bangunan dipertanyakan ketika arsitektur bisa terealisasikan melalui media seperti objek. Tulisan ini mempertanyakan kapabilitas objek sebagai metode perancangan arsitektur yang bisa terbentuk dengan sendirinya. Lingkungan terpisah yang disebabkan oleh objek menghasilkan reaksi dari makhluk hidup. Objek bisa memiliki agensi di luar intensi awal perancang. Agensi objek akan melebihi ekspektasi perancang ketika objek memiliki kegunaan di luar dari fungsi inisial. Potensi objek untuk membentuk ruang dengan kapabilitas di luar fungsi yang ditentukan pada awalnya dieksplorasi dalam tesis ini. Melalui operasi combine dan substitute pada objek, proses self generating makhluk hidup dapat berubah menjadi initiate, inhibit atau redirect. Merancang dengan objek yang dialihkan fungsinya oleh makhluk hidup mewujudkan arsitektur. Agensi objek dirancang agar memberikan dampak pada lingkungan sekitar melalui self generating. Tesis ini menelusuri pembuatan bahan makanan tempe sebagai proses yang membutuhkan objek agar terealisasi. Dari studi proses tersebut, rancangan yang dihasilkan adalah susunan objek yang dapat melangsungkan fermentasi tempe dengan sendirinya melalui kapabilitas peralihan fungsi untuk membentuk ruang berspora.

This thesis explores the agency of objects in self-generating as a method of design in architecture. In general, architectural projects are in the form of buildings. The need for buildings is questioned when architecture can be realized through media such as objects. This writing questions the capability of objects as a method of architectural design that can be formed by itself. A separate environment that is caused by objects creates a reaction from living beings. Objects can have agency outside of the initial intention of the designer. The agency of objects will exceed the expectations of the designer when objects have a use outside of its initial function. The potential of objects to create space with the capability outside of its determined function is explored in this thesis. Through the operation of combine and substitute towards objects, the process of self generating from living beings can change to initiate, inhibit or redirect. Designing with objects that have been redirected functionally by living beings produces architecture. The agency of object is designed to provide impact towards its environment through self generating. This thesis explores the production of food as a process that needs objects to be realized. From the study of its process, the design is an arrangement of objects that can carry out tempeh fermentation by itself through the capability of functional redirection to create a spore space."

Tesis ini membahas mengenai adanya seseorang yang mengaku sebagai Notaris Pengganti dari Notaris yang masih aktif dimana orang yang bersangkutan menggunakan nomor Surat Ketetapan pengangkatan palsu dalam membuat akta Hal ini tentu sangat merugikan masyarakat selaku pengguna jasa dari orang yang bersangkutan karena akta yang dibuat oleh orang yang bersangkutan menjadi akta yang tidak otentik dan tindakan hukum yang tertuang didalamnya ikut batal terkait hal tersebut tentu kita dapat melihat peranan Notaris yang namanya digunakan oleh orang yang bersangkutan terutama jika Notaris tersebut mengetahui penggunaan namanya dan tidak melakukan tindakan apapun atau bahkan bekerja sama dengan orang tersebut maka ia dapat dikenakan pasal 55 Kitab Undang Undang Hukum Pidana mengenai turut serta sanksi berdasarkan Undang Undang Nomor 30 Tahun 2004 tentang Jabatan Notaris dan sanksi dari segi Kode Etik karena telah berperilaku tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan Oleh karenanya seorang Notaris dalam melaksanakan jabatannya harus patuh kepada ketentuan Undang Undang Nomor 30 Tahun 2004 tentang Jabatan Notaris dan Kode Etik Notaris terutama untuk selalu menjunjung tinggi harkat dan martabat Notaris Kata kunci Notaris Notaris Pengganti Kode Etik Notaris

This thesis discuss the existence of someone who is claimed to be a Substitute Public Notary while The Public Notary is still active Which the person concerned is alleged to be using false numbers Decree in making deed It is certainly very detrimental to the public as costumers of the Public Notary that uses their services are concerned that the deeds are not authentic and legal actions contained were null and void it is unauthorized certainly to those as we can see that role of a Public Notary whose name were used by people alleged especially the Public Notary knows that her legal name were used and does not do anything about it or even cooperated with those unauthorize d subtitute Public Notary if it so then the Notary public can be subject to article 55 of the Criminal Law Code about participating sanctioned by law No 30 Year 2004 about Notary title and sanctions in terms of the Code because it has not inapropriate in accordance with the provisions Therefore a Notary Public in carrying out his must obey the provisions of Law No 30 Year 2004 concerning Notary and Code of Conduct a Notary primarily to always uphold the dignity of a Notary "

"[ABSTRAK
Injectable bone substitute (IBS) merupakan metode penanganan kerusakan tulang yang efektif, karena dapat mempermudah proses operasi dan memberi kenyamanan bagi pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan material pengisi tulang mampu injeksi berbasis kalsium fospat dengan perbandingan Ca/P (1.67) dan kitosan. Sintesis dilakukan dengan cara mencampurkan semen kalsium fosfat dan kitosan sebesar 0%, 4%, 8%, 11% dalam larutan Na2HPO4 (1mol/L) yang kemudian dicetak dan dipanaskan pada suhu 370C selama 2 jam. Sampel hasil percobaan kemudian dikarakterisasi dengan XRD, SEM, FTIR, serta pengujian kemampuan injeksi dan setting time. Dari hasil karakterisasi tersebut didapatkan bahwa proses injeksi yang baik dapat dilakukan dengan perbandingan larutan dan serbuk (0.68 ml/gram). Setting time dan kekuatan tekan meningkat dengan penambahan kitosan, sedangkan modulus kompresi-nya berkurang dari 140-106 MPa. Terbentuknya senyawa HA yang diindikasikan dari uji XRD serta hasil uji FTIR menunjukkan tidak ada ikatan secara kimia antara semen kalsium fospat (HA,DCPD) dan kitosan, melainkan berupa ikatan hidrogen. Adapun hasil karakterisasi menunjukkan bahwa produk IBS yang telah disintesis berpotensi untuk dijadikan material pengisi tulang.
ABSTRACT
Injectable bone substitute (IBS) is an effective methode to treat bone damage, because it can provide a minimun surgical and make the patient feel comfort. The aim of this study is to make injectable calcium phosphate-based bone substitute material with a ratio of Ca/P (1.67) and chitosan. Synthesis was performed by mixing calcium phosphate cement and chitosan at 0, 4, 8, 11 wt.% in Na2HPO4 (1 mol/L) as a solvent. Sampels were then characterized by using XRD, SEM, FTIR, injectability and seting time. The results showed that the injection process can be performed with liquid and powder rasio of 0.68 ml/g. Setting time and compression strength increases with the addition of chitosan, while its Young's modulus decreases. Formation of HA indicated by XRD and FTIR showed that there is no chemical bond between calcium phosphate cement (HA, DCPD) and chitosan, but in the form of hydrogen bonds. Based on the aforementioned data, the results showed that IBS produced in this work has the potential to be used as a bone substitute material.
