Abstrak :
Students loyalty merupakan niat dan perilaku mahasiswa yang menunjukkan kesetiaan pada institusinya dengan ikut mengembangkannya. Memiliki mahasiswa yang loyal dapat meningkatkan reputasi dan jumlah pendaftar karena mahasiswa yang loyal akan mempromosikan institusi tersebut dari mulut ke mulut. Bahkan hingga setelah mereka lulus, mereka akan tetap menyokong institusinya secara finansial atau dalam bentuk kerjasama. Hal-hal ini berkontribusi dalam perkembangan jangka panjang dan daya tahan institusi. FMIPA UI membutuhkan mahasiswa yang loyal. Penelitian ini dibuat untuk mencari tahu faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat students loyalty mahasiswa FMIPA UI. Dari hasil yang didapatkan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square, diketahui bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi students loyalty dari yang memiliki pengaruh paling besar secara berurutan adalah students satisfaction, students affective commitment, social environment quality, image and reputation perception, student perceived value, students trust, social integration, instructor quality, dan administration quality.
ABSTRACT
Student rsquo s loyalty is the intention and behavior of students that shows devotion to the institution by contributing to expand it. Having loyal students can increase the reputation and number of applicants because loyal students promote the institution from mouth to mouth. Even when they have graduated, they would still support their institution financially or in the form of collaborations. These contributes to the long term development and the longevity of the institution. FMIPA UI needs students who are loyal. This study is made to find out about the factors that influence the level of students loyalty of students in FMIPA UI. From the result that uses the method Partial Least Square, it shows factors that influence students loyalty respectively from the ones with the greatest influence are students satisfaction, students affective commitment, social environment quality, image and reputation perception, students perceived value, students trust, social integration, instructor quality, and administration quality.
