"Usaha Kecil Menengah merupakan salah satu sektor usaha yang paling berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan perekonomian nasional. Beberapa Usaha Kecil Menengah berhasil berkembang tetapi tidak sedikit pula yang gagal, misalkan akibat krisis ekonomi. Kebertahanan dan perkembangan Usaha Kecil Menengah dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor. Faktor yang ingin dilihat dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh dari Strategic Agility, Entrepreneurial Leadership, dan Kapabilitas Inovasi dalam mengembangkan kinerja Usaha Kecil Menengah. Objek penelitian ini adalah UKM dengan pendapatan lebih besar dari 2 miliar rupiah yang berlokasi disekitar Jakarta-Bogor-Depok-Tangerang-Bekasi (Jabodetabek) dengan target responden adalah Pemilik dan Manajemen dari UKM. Jumlah UKM yang berhasil dikumpulkan dan dianalisis sebanyak 97 responden, dan menggunakan SEM-PLS untuk menganalisis ketiga konsep tersebut terhadap kinerja Usaha Kecil Menengah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh dari Strategic Agility dan Entrepreneurial Leadership terhadap Kinerja UKM.
Small and Medium Enterprises are one of the sectors which have the most impact on the growth of the national economy. Some SMEs have succeded ini growth but a few have failed or gone out of business, for example due to the economic crisis. The survival and development of SMEs can be influenced by several factors. The objective of this research is to analyzed the role of Strategic Agility, Entrepreneurial Leadership, and Innovation Capability in improving the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises. The object of this research is SMEs with revenue greater than 2 billion rupiah and located around Jakarta-Bogor-Depok-Tangerang-Bekasi (Jabodetabek), and the target respondents are Owners and the Managemen teams. The survey data were collected from 97 respondents, and SEM-PLS was used to analyze data. The result of this study indicate that Strategic Agility and Entrepreneurial Leadership have influences on SME’s Performance. The research can be used by SMEs to improve their performance"

"Beradaptasi terhadap environmental turbulence adalah keharusan bagi setiap perusahaan disektor perbankan. Diperlukan untuk mengembangkan strategi rasional upaya merespon lingkungan tersebut secara efektif. Environmental turbulence terutama turbulensi pasar dan turbulensi teknologi,yang terjadi akhir-akhir ini di industri perbankan, mengharuskan perusahaan untuk meninjau strategi mereka secara terus menerus. Strategic Agility dengan dimensinya: strategic sensitivity, collective commitment, dan resource fluidity, adalah kemampuan perusahaan yang telah diidentifikasi sebagai kunci untuk berhasil dalam lingkungan yang sangat kompetitif dan cepat berubah. Kelincahan strategis juga dikenal sebagai sumber keunggulan kompetitif yang juga akan meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Studi ini mencoba untuk menguji strategic agility dan dimensinya, dan mengungkapkan pentingnya di sektor perbankan untuk mendapatkan keunggulan daya saing dalam turbulensi lingkungan. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penerapan kelincahan strategis dan potensinya untuk meningkatkan kinerja unit melalui keunggulan daya saing. Populasi penelitian ini adalah manajer di salah satu bank swasta di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling(PLS-SEM) untuk menganalisis data. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategic agility memiliki peran untuk mendapatkan keunggulan daya saing dengan mengambil keuntungan dari turbulensi lingkungan khususnya di pasar dan turbulensi teknologi yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan kinerja unit.
Adapting to environmental turbulence is mandatory for every player in the banking sector. They need to develop rational strategies and respond effectively. Environmental Turbulence especially market turbulence and technological turbulence, which happen lately in banking industry, require firms to review their strategies continuously. Strategic agility with its dimensions: strategic sensitivity, resource fluidity, and collective commitment, is a capability of a firm that has been identified as a key to succeed in a highly competitive and rapidly changing environment. Strategic agility is also known as a source of competitive advantage which will also enhance performance of the firm. This study tries to examine strategic agility and its dimension, and reveal its importance in the banking sector in order to gain competitive advantage in environmental turbulence. Furthermore, this study explores the application of strategic agility and its potential to improve unit performance through competitive advantage. The population of this study is managers in one of private bank in Indonesia. This study uses Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) to analyze the data. Findings of this study suggest that strategic agility has a role to gain competitive advantage by taking advantages from environmental turbulence spesifically in market and technological turbulence which in turn will also improve firm performance."

"Perusahaan digital berpeluang untuk berkembang dan kompetitif bersaing melalui perkembangan teknologi dan terbukanya investasi. Namun, pandemi Covid-19 dapat menjadi peluang atau ancaman bagi mereka untuk makin berkembang. Penelitian ini akan menguji secara empirik dampak orientasi kewirausahaan dan kemampuan ambidexteritas dalam meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan digital melalui peran ketangkasan strategis dan inovasi model bisnis. Total 68 perusahaan digital yang tersebar di Indonesia akan diteliti untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Penulisan penelitian ini akan ini memberikan wawasan bahwa melalui orientasi kewirausahaan dan kemampuan ambidexteritas terhadap ketangkasan strategis dapat mencapai inovasi model bisnis dan selanjutnya mencapai performa yang baik dari segi keuangan, invoasi dan organisasi.
Digital companies have the opportunity to grow and compete competitively through technological developments and open investment. However, Covid-19 pandemic might be opportunity or threat for them to develop further. This research will empirically examine the impact of entrepreneurial orientation and ambidexterity in improving digital company performance through role of strategic agility and business model innovation. Total 68 digital companies spread across Indonesia will be examined to test research hypothesis. "Pandemi Covid-19 merupakan krisis yang menyebabkan hampir seluruh organisasi profit mengalami kerugian finansial, pengurangan karyawan dan bahkan penutupan lini usaha. Dalam menghadapi krisis, analisis risiko dan kelancaran komunikasi internal organisasi merupakan isu kebijakan yang penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengujian empiris atas pengaruh organizational learning dalam mempengaruhi organizational resilience, serta efek mediasi strategic agility dan inovasi organisasi. Pengujian teori dilakukan dengan melakukan survei terhadap 169 perusahaan di dalam direktori industri manufaktur BPS 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis structural equation modelling (SEM), dimana hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara seluruh variabel yang diuji, yaitu organizational learning, strategic agility, serta inovasi organisasi terhadap organizational resilience. Efek mediasi oleh strategic agility dan inovasi organisasi juga menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan. Pembangunan kapabilitas dasar perlu diawali untuk membentuk organisasi yang kuat dalam situasi krisis. Organizational learning perlu dibentuk sebagai sistem di dalam organisasi. Kemudian, kebijakan learning diarahkan secara langsung kepada kapabilitas agility, inovasi, dan resilience. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel - variabel tersebut dapat membangun ketahanan organisasi dalam menghadapi krisis ekstrim.
The Covid-19 pandemic is a crisis that has caused almost all profitable organizations to experience losses, layoffs of employees and even closure of business lines. In dealing with a crisis, risk analysis and smooth internal organizational communication are important policies. This study aims to conduct an empirical examination of the effect of organizational learning on organizational resilience, as well as the mediating effects of strategic agility and organizational innovation. Testing the theory was carried out by conducting a survei of 169 companies in the BPS 2021 manufacturing industry directory. This study used structural modeling equation analysis (SEM), where the results of the analysis showed that there was a significant positive relationship between all the variables tested, namely organizational learning, strategic agility, and organizational innovation on organizational resilience. The mediating effect by strategic agility and organizational innovation also shows significant results. Development of basic capabilities needs to be anticipated to form a strong organization in a crisis situation. Organizational learning needs to be formed as a system within the organization. Then, learning policies are directed directly to agility, innovation, and resilience capabilities. This shows that these variables can build organizational resilience in facing extreme crises"

"This study explores the paradoxical relationship of strategic agility and. that under series of literature, hypothetically affects SME performance. Furthermore, this research also assign copability and adaptability as an antecedent. Strategic Agility is measured through 3 dimensions, Strategic Sensitivity, Resource Fluidity, and Collective Commitment. Organization Routine is measured through 2 dimensions, Ostensive Routine and Performative Routine. This research is conducted on 119 SMEs across Indonesia that is under UMKM Binaan Bank Indonesia program using Qualtrics XM online survey platform. Data processing is done through SEM using SmartPLS3. This research covers PLS and Bootstrapping with 5000 subsamples .The study is able to identify the positive effect of strategic agility and organization routine to SME performance, which also indicates that SME performance is affected by agility and routine factors. Furthermore, this research also find that it is evident that strategic agility affect organization routine. Not only that, adaptability and copability have positive effect to strategic agility. However, only adaptability is affecting organization routine but the copability do not provide positive effect to routine.

"Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memainkan peran yang sangat vital dalam struktur ekonomi suatu negara, baik itu negara maju maupun berkembang. Di Indonesia, UMKM memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Domestik Bruto (PDB) negara. Meskipun memiliki peran yang besar, UMKM di Indonesia dihadapkan pada berbagai masalah, terutama terkait dengan pemanfaatan teknologi yang masih rendah serta produktivitas yang belum optimal. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki faktor-faktor yang dapat mendorong peningkatan kinerja bisnis UMKM. Penelitian ini fokus pada analisis variabel-variabel tertentu, yaitu kapabilitas kecerdasan buatan, kapabilitas jaringan, dan kepemimpinan kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini mengusulkan bahwa ketiganya memiliki peran penting dalam mendorong ketangkasan strategis di UMKM, yang pada gilirannya diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan. Metode yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan teknik Partial Least Square (PLS), yang dianggap lebih sesuai untuk sampel yang relatif kecil. Penelitian ini melibatkan data dari 199 pemilik UMKM di sektor jasa di Indonesia. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kapabilitas kecerdasan buatan, kapabilitas jaringan, dan kepemimpinan kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap ketangkasan strategis di UMKM. Temuan ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam baik secara teoritis maupun praktis, terkait faktor-faktor yang dapat menjadi pendorong utama dalam meningkatkan kinerja bisnis UMKM di Indonesia.
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in the economic structure of a country, whether it is a developed or developing nation. In Indonesia, MSMEs make a significant contribution to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of the country. Despite their substantial role, MSMEs in Indonesia face various challenges, particularly related to low technology utilization and suboptimal productivity. To address these challenges, this research aims to investigate factors that can drive the improvement of MSMEs' business performance. The study focuses on the analysis of specific variables, namely artificial intelligence capabilities, networking capabilities, and entrepreneurial leadership. It suggests that these three factors play a crucial role in fostering strategic agility in MSMEs, which is expected to enhance overall organizational performance. The method used to test hypotheses in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) technique, considered more suitable for relatively small samples. The study involves data from 199 MSME owners in the service sector in Indonesia. The results of the analysis indicate that artificial intelligence capabilities, networking capabilities, and entrepreneurial leadership have a positive influence on strategic agility in MSMEs. These findings provide a deeper understanding, both theoretically and practically, of the factors that can be key drivers in improving the business performance of MSMEs in Indonesia."
